Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;(12):1119-1121
Objective To explore effective coping style of targeted psychodrama on teenager offenders. Methods Targeted psychodrama intervention procedures were designed.60 teenagers selected from juvenile detention jail were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Psychodrama intervention was applied to the experimental group to test the changes of the two groups before and after the intervention using simplified coping style questionnaire. Results Before the intervention, the positive coping style level of the experimental group was 1.40 ± 0.42,the negative coping style level was 2.19 ± 0.32; after the intervention, the positive coping style level of the experimental group was 2.13 ± 0.36,the negative coping style level was 1.77 ±0.30.The difference of the experimental group's positive response and the negative response were significant before and after the intervention(t =-6.223,P< 0.01; t =9.749,P<0.01).The difference of the control group's positive response and the negative response were not significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion Psychodrama intervention has a positive effect on the criminal teenagers coping styles, and it can improve their social adaptability.
2.Moderating effects of gender on relationship between love relationship satisfaction and empathy in college students
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(7):573-576
Objective:To explore the moderating effect of gender between love relationship satisfaction and empathy in college students. Methods:Totally 175 pairs of college couples were enrolled. They were assessed with the Quality of Relationship Index (QRI) and Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C (IRI-C) to evaluate love relationship satisfaction and empathy.IRI-C included 4 dimensions named perspective taking (PT),personal distress (PD),fantasy (FS) and empathetic concern (EC).Multiple regression analysis was used to investigate the moderating effects of gender on relationship between love relationship satisfaction and empathy in college students. Results:The scores of QRI and PT were higher in the males than in the females, but the PD scores were lower in the males [(36.6 ±5.9) vs.(35.2 ±6.0),(10.9 ±3.4) vs.(9.9 ± 3.4),(6.0 ±4.1) vs.(8.1 ±4.3),Ps <0.01].The QRI scores were the lowest in the students who were in love for less than 3 months (33.1 ±7.1).The PT scores positively predicted the QRI scores (3 =-0.19),the PD scores multiplied by gender negatively predicted the QRI scores (β =-0.17),and the EC scores multiplied by gender positively predicted the QRI scores (β =-0.21).Conclusion:Male students may experience higher love relationship satisfaction than females. The gender plays a moderating role to the influence of empathy on love relationship satisfaction in college students.
3.Mediating effect of marital attitude on relationship between self-esteen and romantic satisfaction in college students
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(8):654-658
Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of marital attitude on the relation between self-esteem and romantic relationship satisfaction in college students. Methods:Totally 342 college students in love were assessed with the Self-esteem Scale (SES),Marital Attitude Scale (MAS) and Quality of Relationship Index (QRI).The Bootstrap method was used to explore the mediating roles of marital attitude between self-esteem and romantic relationship satisfaction. Results:There were significantly positive correlations among the scores of SES,MAS and QRI (r =022-0.95,Ps < 0.01).Self-esteem could directly predict college students'romantic relationship satisfaction (β =0.45,95 % CI:0.27-0.63),and had significant positive predictability to college students romantic relationship satisfaction when the marital attitude was controlled (β =0.17,95% CI:0.08-0.29).Conclusion:It suggests that marital attitude may have a partial mediating effect between self-esteem and romantic relationship satisfaction in college students.

To get formed of the status of research and application of the domestic behavior therapy and its development trend, the time distribution and the subject distribution were bibliometrically analyzed of the literature on behavior therapy from 1981 to 2000 in the CBMdisc. Our results showed that the number of literature of behavior therapy has been increasing in exponential manner over the past 20 years; the behavior modification, the biofeedback and the cognitive therapy are extensively used in China. In clinical practice, the behavior modification and the biofeedback have been applied in all departments of medical institutions, especially for treating the cardiovascular and the neurological conditions. The cognitive therapy has been employed mainly for the treatment of mental disorders (or dysphrenia), the aversive therapy mainly for material withdrawal, and the systematic desensitization for phobia. There was no report found on the clinical use of meditation. It is concluded that the study and application in behavior therapy in China is currently developing very fast.

Objective To evaluate the application of cervical lateral mass plate fixation in the treatment of fracture and dislocation of lower cervical spine. Methods From February 2001 to June 2003, 21 cases of lower cervical spine injury were treated by cervical lateral mass plating fixation, received spinal decompression and reduction according to the types of fracture and dislocation. A cervical lateral mass plate was applied in each lateral mass. The screw prick point was defined at 1-2 mm inner and lower to the mass center. The sagital angle, horizontal angle of internal fixation screw were 45 degrees and 25-30 degree respectively. Results The follow up ranged from nine months to two years and nine months (mean 13 months). All cases were encouraged to sit up, wearing soft collar 4-7 days after the surgery. The mean off-bed time of those cases without spinal cord injuries less than Frankel C grade were seven days (4-14 days) after operation. All cases obtained solid bony fusion 4-6 months postoperatively. Sixteen cases with spinal cord injury improved for one grade according to American Spinal Injury Association. Three cases with nerve root injury obtained complete recovery after operation. There was no severe complication such as vertebral artery nerve root or spinal cord injuries or aggravation of spinal cord injury. One case had uneven reduction and two suffered screw loosening. Conclusion Cervical lateral mass plate fixation is an efficient and reliable technique for segmental posterior fixation, for it has the advantages of wide indication, relatively simple and safe operating as well as strong stability.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of acetabular fractures. Methods From June 1995 to December 2000, 62 cases of acetabular fracture with dislocation were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. There were 13 cases with fractures of the posterior wall, two with posterior column fractures, three with anterior column fractures, five with transverse fractures, 15 with transverse and posterior wall fractures, three with posterior column and wall fractures, five with T-shaped fractures, four with anterior and hemi-transverse fractures and 12 with fractures of both column. Kocher-Langenbeck (K-L) approach was applied in 37 cases, ilioinguinal approach in 12, extended iliofemoral approach in four, iliofemoral approach in two, and combined approaches (K-L+ilio-inguinal) in seven. Results Anatomic reduction was done in 37 cases, with satisfactory results in 17 and unsatisfactory results in eight. Reduction for joint vallatae was performed in four cases. The follow-up was 1-5 years (average 2.7 years). The total excellence rate of clinical results was 71% (44/62), with excellence rate in anatomic and non-anatomic reduction groups for 89% (33/37) and 44% (11/25), respectively, with a very significant difference (?2=22.89, P

Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2019;27(5):352-357
Objective:
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sofosbuvir (Nanjing Zhengda Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) combined with ribavirin in patients with genotype 2 chronic hepatitis C virus infection.
Methods:
Treatment-naïve or treatment experienced genotype 2 chronic hepatitis C patients from sixteen research centers of China were screened. All subjects received once-daily dose of sofosbuvir (400 mg) combined with ribavirin (body weight < 75 kg, 1 000 mg/day, 400 mg in the morning and 600 mg in the evening; body weight > 75 kg, 1 200 mg/d, 600 mg in the morning and 600 mg in the evening) for 12 weeks. Patients were followed-up for a period of 12 weeks after discontinuation of treatment. Continuous variables were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The proportion of subjects with virologic response at different follow-up time points and 95% confidence intervals were estimated by maximum likelihood ratio and Clopper-Pearson interval.
Results:
132 cases with genotype 2 chronic hepatitis C virus infection from sixteen research centers of China were included, 12 cases of whom were associated with cirrhosis, and the remaining 120 cases were not associated with cirrhosis. One hundred and thirty-one cases completed the study, and one patient lost to follow-up at week 4 after the end of treatment. The sustained virological response rate was 96.2% (95% confidence interval: 92.37% - 99.16%) after 12 weeks of drug withdrawal. Virological relapse occurred in four cases. Of the 132 subjects enrolled in the study, 119 (90.2%) reported 617 adverse events during treatment, of which 359 (76.5%) were TEAE related to sofosbuvir and/or ribavirin. There were nine TEAEs of grade 3 and above, and six cases (4.5%) of them had six severe adverse events. Only one serious adverse event was associated with sofosbuvir and ribavirin (unstable angina pectoris). There were no adverse events leading to drug discontinuation or death.
Conclusion
Sofosbuvir combined with ribavirin has a high SVR rate in the treatment of genotype 2 chronic hepatitis C virus infection, and most of the adverse events occurred were mild with acceptable safety profile.
