Objective:To research the efficacy and adverse reactions of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods:According to the order of admission, 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into the observation group (34 cases) and the control group (34 cases). The two groups of patients were given chemo-therapy, and the observation group was treated with compound matrine injection additionally. After 3 months treatment, the curative effect and KPS score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. And adverse drug reactions were recorded for the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (44. 12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (20. 59%,P<0. 05). After the treatment, the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer is notable, which can significantly improve the KPS score and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is worthy of promo-ted use in clinical practice.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
Experiments with lard show that the addition of 10% crude soya bean oil gives a protective index approaching that obtained by the addition of 0.005% of either propyl gallate or tetrahydroxyl-dimethyl-biphenyl (TDBP). In the presence of cupric or ferric salts, however, the percentage of soya bean oil has to be raised in order to obtain satisfactory protection of the lard against oxidation.Dry mixed rations prepared from wheat flour, soya flour, egg powder, dried carrot powder, sesame seeds, sucrose, salt and a suitable concentration of either crude soya bean oil, refined soya bean oil, lard, or lard plus 10% crude soya bean oil, have been kept at 30℃ for over three years without fat deterioration. The rations containing lard or lard plus crude soya bean oil did not give any indication of rancidity even after 160 weeks at 40℃. Under temperatures of 50? and 60℃, they only became rancid after 90 and 52 weeks respectively. Addition of either propyl gallate or TDBP gives only slight improvement in the keeping quality of the rations compounded with crude soya bean oil or refined soya bean oil, and somewhat greater improvement in the ration made with lard. The wrapping material has been shown to exert a profound influence on the keeping quality of the dry rations. Of the 9 different wrapping materials tested, cellophane has been found to be the best; aluminium foil and gum guaiac-treated paper were found also to be excellent, while waxed paper, propyf gallate-treated paper and ordinary untreated wrapping paper greatly accelerate the appearance of rancidity of the rations.

Objective To compare the surgical outcomes between microsurgery lumbar discectomy and microendoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods A prospective study was conducted on the surgical procedures for lumbar disc herniation. The target of our study was a group of 33 patients who underwent surgery by microsurgery lumbar discectomy(MSLD group)and 36 patients who underwent surgery by microendoscopic discectomy(MED group). The items investigated were the operation time, amount of bleeding, duration of hospitalization,pre-and postoperative scores based on judgment criteria for treatment of lumbar spine disorders established by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score, visual analog scales (VAS,0 to 10) for lumbago and sciatica before surgery and at discharge, perioperative complications. Results The mean duration of follow-up was 2 years and 2 months (11 months to 4 years). There were no significant differences between the 2 surgical procedures in the frequency of the pre-and postoperative Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores or postoperative VAS for lumbar pain and sciatica, operation time and duration of hospitalization. Statistically significant differences were observed in amount of bleeding and operation time, but the differences were not large, and may not have been clinically significant. Conclusion Both microsurgery lumbar discectomy and microendoscopic discectomy are appropriate for lumbar disc herniation.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2019;33(3):227-231
Objective:To explore whether there is self-positivity bias in implicit information processing among college students with depressive traits.Methods:Forty-two college students of the depressive-trait group [Trait Depression Scale (T-DEP) T>60 and Trait Anxiety Inventory (T-AI) T<60] and 42 cases of the non-depressive-trait control group [T-DEP and T-AI T<60] were selected. They performed positive and negative words judgment tasks under self or other primed conditions by adopting the supraliminal attitude-prime paradigm, and the difference in reaction time between the two groups was compared.Result:The interaction effects between primed conditions and emotional words in depressive-trait group were not significant [F (1, 41) =1.56, P=0.218].There was significant interaction effect between primed conditions and emotional words in the control group [F (1, 41) =55.43, P<0.001], and the reaction time of self-positive words and other-negative words in self-positivity bias was shorter than other-positive words and self-negative words outside the bias [ (602.64±20.03) ms, (654.56±20.41) ms vs. (663.19±20.78) ms, (678.64±20.70) ms, Ps<0.001].Conclusion:It suggests that there may be no self-positivity bias in the implicit information processing of depressive-trait college students, and non-depressive-trait ones show the implicit self-positivity bias.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2021;37(12):954-959
Objective:To deeply explore the clinical features and gene mutations of Waardenburg syndrome (WS) by tested of the eyes and genes of three patients. Methods:A Case series study. From 2019 to 2021, 3 children with WS who were diagnosed at Department of Ophthalmology, West China Hospital of Sichuan University were included in the study. Among them, there were 2 males and 1 female; the ages were 3, 4, and 12 months, respectively. All children underwent external eye, anterior segment, fundus and fluorescein fundus angiography, the clinical features of the eyes were observed. The peripheral venous blood of 3 children was collected, and the whole genome DNA was extracted for whole exome sequencing to analyze the gene mutation sites. Results:All children had different degrees of iris heterochromia and fundus pigment abnormalities, and were accompanied by sensorineural hearing impairment. Case 1 had dystopia canthorum; case 2 had macular fovea hypoplasia. The sequencing results of case 1 showed that there were large fragments of heterozygous deletion in exons 2-8 of the Paired box 3 ( PAX3) gene, who was diagnosed as WS Ⅰ type. The sequencing results of of case 2 showed heterozygous mutation in exon 9 of Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor ( MITF) gene (c.1066 C >T), combined with heterozygous mutation in exon 1 of HPS6 gene (c.1417 G> T), who was diagnosed as WS Ⅱ type. The sequencing result of case 3 showed that the exon 3 of SOX10 gene had loss of heterozygosity (c.497_500 delAAGA), who was diagnosed as WS Ⅳ type. Both PAX3 and SOX10 gene mutations were newly discovered mutations. Conclusions:The ocular clinical features of Waardenburg syndrome include hypopigmentation of the iris and choroid, and dystopia canthorum, etc. Early screening of the eye and hearing will help to better diagnose the disease. The large fragments of heterozygous deletion in exons 2-8 of the PAX3 gene, the heterozygous mutation in exon 9 of MITF gene (c.1066 C> T), and the loss of heterozygosity in exon 3 of SOX10 gene are pathogenic genetic variations of 3 children.
