Objective To establish an optimization model of hospital medical equipment purchase based on cost-benefit analysis to enhance equipment purchase demonstration. Methods An integer programming model for the types and amount of purchased hospital medical equipment was constructed with the cost benefit parameters based on market survey and the hospital annual purchase plan. LINGO optimization software was used to determine the optimal purchase scheme. Results The model acquired was applied to medical equipment purchase demonstration in some hospital, so that the purchase scheme was formed rapidly as desired. Conclusion The model may promote hospital medical equipment purchase demonstration and provide references for equipment selection.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the real-time tissue elastography (RTE)and AST/PLT ratio in-dex (APRI)for the assessment of the early stage liver fibrosis in chronic liver disease patients. Methods Totally 90 patients with chronic liver disease were enrolled in the present study. The RTE score and the area percentage of the blue color (AREA,one of the elastic characteristics),the AST and PLT were recorded.Compared the results among different stages of liver fibrosis reported by biopsy considered as the gold standard for the assessment of liver fibrosis. The accuracy of the diagnosis of liver fibrosis by RTE scores,AREA and APRI were compared. Results RTE scores,AREA and APRI increased with the stage of liver fibrosis. Taking ≥S1 as the diagnosis standard of the early stage liver fibrosis, the area under the curve of ROC for RTE scores,AREA and APRI were 0.88,0.92,0.76 (P <0.05).Conclusion RTE is a new and promising sonography-based noninvasive method for the assessment of hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic liver disease.Combined RTE with APRI have great clinical significance in di-agnosing the early stage liver fibrosis in chronic liver disease patients.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2007;24(6):1390-1393
In the study of cardiac activity, manual determination of local activation times is a time-consuming process that precludes the application of cardiac activity during a clinical procedure or an electrophysiologic experiment. Based on former bipolar algorithm and unipolar algorithm, this paper presents a novel method. Using unipolar electrograms and bipolar electrograms simultaneously, this method determines the activation times with good accuracy.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2009;34(7):854-857
OBJECTIVETo investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Angelica polymorpha.
METHODSilica gel column chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification of chemical constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence.
RESULTFourteen compounds were isolated and identified as follows, 5-hydroxy-2-[(angeloyloxy) methyl] furan [3', 2': 6, 7] chromone (1), octacosanoic acid (2), isoimperatorin (3), 3'S-(-)-O-acetylhamaudol (4), bergapten (5), iso-oxypeucedanin (6), beta-sitosterol (7), angeliticin A (8) , saxalin (9), pabulenol (10), noreugenin (11), oxypeucedanin hydrate (12), daucosterol (13), sucrose (14).
CONCLUSIONCompound 1 is a new chromone, named polymorchromone A. Compounds 2, 4, 11, 13, 14 were isolated from A. polymorpha for the first time.

Objective:To study the effects of ICA on HepG2.2.15 cell proliferation, their sensitivity to the lysis by CD3AK effector cell, to investigate the reversal action of ICA on hepatocarcinoma cells from immune escape through Fas/FasL pathway. To provide the theoretical and experimental bases for ICA development. Methods:MTT assay was used to detect cell proliferation and CD3AK cells cytotoxicity activity;flow cytometry assay was used to examine expression of surface molecules and apoptosis rate of HepG2.2.15 cells. Results:When HepG2.2.15 cells line was treated with 50 ?g/ml ICA,a significant reduction of the rate of cell proliferation was observed. Inhibition rate at 48h was 22.04%,and 29.68% at 72h.Kinetic study showed that inhibition of cell proliferation was time dependent (P0.05).ICA could inhibit apoptosis of Jurkat cells induced by HepG2.2.15 cells. In the co-culture system of HepG2.2.15 cell and Jurkat T cell, apoptosis ratio of Jurkat cell was reduced from 46.66% to 18.20% by ICA (P

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2021;27(12):947-950
Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and it is also the main cause of cancer-related death. However, the recurrence rate after surgical resection is still high. These problems have led to the development of more neoadjuvant treatment strategies aimed at improving the prognosis and reducing the recurrence rate. Despite the lack of high-level evidence to guide treatment decisions, recent advances in local and systemic therapies, including radiotherapy and immunotherapy, raise the prospect of new approaches that may improve outcomes in hepatocellular carcinoma patients.

Objective To explore the joint contact force, ligament tensile force and force transmission mode of foot internal structure in Down’s syndrome child (DSC) during standing. Methods The finite element models of foot were constructed based on CT image data from one DSC and one typically developing child (TDC). The models were validated by plantar pressure measurement during static standing. To simulate foot force during standing, the ground reaction force and the triceps surae force were applied as the loading condition. Contact pressure of the tibiotalar, talonavicular and calcaneocuboid joints, tensile force of the spring and plantar calcaneocuboid ligaments, and force transmission mode in transverse tarsal joints were calculated and analyzed. Results The finite element models of foot were validated to be reliable. Compared with the TDC, the DSC showed higher contact pressure at the tibiotalar joint and lower contact pressure at the talonavicular joint. The tensile force of spring and plantar calcaneocuboid ligaments of DSC was 10 times and 58 times of TDC, respectively. The forces transmitted through both mediate and lateral columns in DSC were lower than those in TDC. Conclusions Abnormal contact pressure of the tibiotalar joint, larger tensile force of midfoot ligaments and smaller force of the transverse tarsal joint were found in DSC during standing. The abnormal alteration of stress patterns in foot internal structure of DSC should be fully considered in clinical rehabilitation, so as to provide theoretical references for screening and making intervention plans for early rehabilitation, as well as designing individualized orthopedic insoles.
