3.Efficacy of Nutritioned Intervention with Nutritional Suspensions in Patients with Severe Stroke
China Pharmacist 2014;(10):1713-1715
Objective:To observe the efficacy of enteral nutritional suspensions in the patients with severe stroke. Methods:To-tally 823 cases of severe stroke patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting se-quence. The 423 cases in the observation group were treated with enteral nutritional suspensions, while another 400 patients in the con-trol group were given the home-made meals with nasal feeding, and relative routine treatment was given the patients according to the disease type in the two groups. Before and after the treatment, serum total protein ( TB) , hemoglobin ( HB) , serum albumin ( ALB) and TG of the two groups were recorded, neurological deficit scores ( NIHSS) , Barthel index, muscle recovery and complications were also studied and compared. Results:After the treatment, TB, HB, ALB and TG of the two groups were significantly decreased ( P<0. 05), while the nutritional indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). After the treatment, NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly decreased (P<0. 01), Barthel index was significantly increased (P<0. 01), and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The muscle recovery of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the compli-cations between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion: Enteral nutritional suspensions can improve the nutritional status of the pa-tients with severe stroke with fewer complications and better safety, which are worthy of clinical application.
4.Comparison of two kinds of drainage methods in choledocholithiasis with obstructive jaundice
China Journal of Endoscopy 2016;22(6):78-80
Objective To discuss which drainage method is more efficient in treatment of choledocholithiasis with obstructive jaundice. Methods Compared the difference of serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, the variation of serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin before and after drainage and daily biliary drainage by endoscopic nasobil-iary drainage (ENBD) and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage with continuous negative-pressure suction after three days. Results The daily biliary drainage about the patients by ENBD with continuous negative-pressure suction is much more effective than the patients by ENBD. The serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin about the patients by ENBD with continuous negative-pressure suction is less than the patients by ENBD after three days. The variation of serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin before and after drainage about the patients by ENBD with continuous neg-ative-pressure suction is more than the patients by ENBD. Conclusion The ENBD with continuous negative-pres-sure suction is more effective for choledocholithiasis with obstructive jaundice.
5.The role of stem cells in tumorgenesis
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1999;0(09):-
Stem cells are a lineage with capacities of self-renewal and multipotential differentiation. They are exactly regulated by microenvironment where they live. With the understanding of stem cells biology, researchers noticed that stem cells have many similar biology characters with tumor cells, and thought that tumors were likely derived from stem cells, and gave a concept that there were tumor stem cells in tumor tissues.
6.Application of Advanced Simulation Human in Clinical Practice of Medical Nursing
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(7):135-137
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive experiments on clinical practice of internal medicine nursing in the patients with advanced simulation human Simman3G.Methods Two grades of nursing students were selected by random cluster sampling and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group used the traditional clinical probation method to carry out clinical probation teaching in Department of internal medicine, the experimental group used the advanced simulation human Simman3G to conduct a comprehensive simulation of teaching before clinical probation. After the completion of the internship the self compiled questionnaire was given to two groups of students to investigate their opinion on the clinical probation. Then we compared, the semester examination results between two groups. Results In the experimental group, the grade of internal medicine nursing was higher than the control group at the end of the semester,P < 0.05.The results of questionnaire survey showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the promotion of theoretical knowledge and the two dimensions of the survey of nursing work environment. In the training of clinical thinking, improve nursing skill, communication skill, and the learning interest. At the great harvest of 5 dimensions of probation, the experimental group of students' recognition degree was significantly higher than the control group,P < 0.01.Conclusion Before clinical probation of internal medicine nursing, the application of high-end analog teaching can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical probation.
7.Research progress of thalidomide in combination therapy for the treatment of tumor
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(02):-
Following the reports of its teratogenicity, thalidomide was banned from the market in the 1960s.Later,researches discovered the teratogenicity was caused by inhibiting angiogenesis, and at that time the antiangiogenesis effect was considered an important factor in anti-tumour.Since then, many other anti-tumour mechanisms of thalidomide had been revealed and thalidomide was considered a kind of potential antitumor drug and was researched widely. This article focuses on the anti-tumour mechanisms of thalidomide and its use in combination therapy for the treatment of solid tumor.
8.Antibiotics in Fever Clinic of Our Hospital
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE To know the use of antibiotics in fever clinic of our hospital, and analyze whether it is reasonable.METHODS The situation was reviewed and analyzed that antibiotics were used for patients in fever clinic during the 4th quarter of 2005 by the doctor registry, original prescriptions, and data records of laboratory.RESULTS There were some unreadable aspects in the choice of antibiotics, the using method, drug combination etc in fever clinic of our hospital.CONCLUSIONS Fever clinic should enhance supervision management of the proper use of antibiotics.
