Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating chloasma with acupuncture and bloodletting therapy.Methods 176 cases with chloasma were recruited into two groups randomly. Acupuncture and bloodletting therapy was adopted in the treatment group (90 cases), and exclusive acupuncture was applied in the control group (86 cases). Results The effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 51.2% in the control group. There was a significant statistical difference between two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture and bloodletting therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on chloasma, being worthy of spread.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofToutongning Formula in the treatment of migraine. Methods Totally 100 cases of migraine patients (wind disturbance, blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the experimental group were treated withToutongning Formula orally, and patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine capsules 5 mg orally, for 30 d. The scores of number, degree, duration and accompanying symptoms of episodes before and after treatment were observed, the total scores were calculated, and adverse reactions were recorded, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results Clinical total efficiency was 92.0% (46/50) in experimental group and 64.0% (32/50) in the control group; the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 20.0% (10/50) in experimental group and 80.0% (40/50) in the control group; there was statistical significant differences in efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups (P<0.05). After the treatment, the differences in the scores of number, degree, duration and accompanying symptoms of episodes, and in the total scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was statistical significance in the different value of above indexes before and after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionToutongning Formula can not only improve symptoms significantly in patients with migraine (wind disturbance, blood stasis syndrome), but also reduce adverse reactions, with more safety and efficacy than flunarizine capsules.

And the two dimension code conversion software, which was developed by using C++ language compiler software and medical equipment management system, could achieve two dimension code information conversion and label production of medical equipment for instruction, maintenance, meterage and scraping and other information. And the intelligent terminal couldbe used to obtain information in real time, and it could combine with the existed one dimensional code to achieve informationization management for medical equipment, and then gradually replace one dimensional code. Through discussed the advantages of two dimension code and compared with the traditional model, the results indicated that this technology could provide a new direction in developmental trends and application prospect, and enhance the management level for dynamic information, and solve the problems of inconvenience in updating information.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intravenous immunoglobulin combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of severe pneumonia in infants and children.Methods:Selected the January 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 88 cases of children with severe pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed,which 47 cases by routine treatment plus intravenous immunoglobulin protein (treatment group),41 cases of children only take routine therapy (control group),with a course of 2 weeks.Results:The symptoms of fever,dyspnea,cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales were improved faster in the treatment group than the control group (P＜0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,IgG levels were significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group(P＜0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group(P＜ 0.05);after 1 week of treatment,57.45％ of patients was cured in the treatment groups while only 34.15％ patients in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous immunoglobulin combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of infants with severe pneumonia can significantly improve the theraputic effect and enhance blood immunoglobulin levels.

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of treatment of knee joint-effusion with moxibustion plus auricular point sticking.Methods 35 cases(51 knees)of knee joint effusion were treated by moxibustion plus auricular points sticking for once daily.Results The total effective rate was 96.1%.Conclusion The treatment of moxibustion plus auricular point sticking has a definite therapeutic effect on knee joint-effusion with the function of reducing swelling and alleviating pain,being worthy of spread.

Objective To investigate the manifestations and genetic mechanisms of male sex reversal syndrome. Methods A 22 year old male patient with 46,XX karyotype was systemically examined and a Y specific sequence tagged site (STS),sY14,was chosen to detect sex determining region of Y (SRY) gene by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results This patient shows primary and secondary male sex characters while gonads are hypoplastic and malfunctional.The patent has 46,XX karyotype and SRY gene.Therefore,the patient is diagnosed as 46,XX male sex reversal syndrome. Conclusions Translocation of SRY can bring about 46,XX male sex reversal syndrome,whereas gonads of the patients are hypoplastic and malfunctional because of the absence of other genes on Y chromosome.SRY gene plays an important role in sex determination.

AIM To study the growth inhibition of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and adenosine (ADO) on cultured tumor cells in vitro. METHODS MTT assays were used to determine the inhibition of proliferation of ATP and ADO on several tumor cell lines, including human squamous esophageal carcinoma cells TE-13, human stomach carcinoma cells HGC-27 and human erythroleukemia cells K562. The morphological changes of ATP and ADO on the cell lines were observed under light microscope. RESULTS ATP and ADO produced a certain inhibition effect on TE-13, HGC-27, K562 cells at different concentration between 0.01～1.0 mmol?L -1. The maxium inhibition fraction of TE-13, HGC-27, K562 cells exposed to ATP for 72 h was 80.52%, 58.67% and 45.07%, respectively; and to ADO for 72 h, was 74.03%, 52% and 30.99%, respectively. Under light microscope, the tumor cells exposed to higher concentration(1 mmol?L -1) of ATP and ADO displayed morphological changes of apoptosis. CONCLUSION These results suggested that ATP has a certain cytotoxic effect on several tumor cell lines, it might partly be related to ADO. Its mechanism might involve apoptosis.
