1.High Resolution Ultrasonography of Male Reproductive Organ Disease
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;2(2):80-82,插页9
One hundred and eleven cases of male reproductive diseases including epididymis, testi tis, cyst of epididymis, cryptochidism and varicocele were scanned with 10 MHz bifunctional soft probe.Utilization of high frequency probe may differentiate distinctively testitis from hemorrhage of testis and may easily find the locatipn and structrure of the eryptochidism. The combined use of 2 dimensional ul-trasonography and Doppler technique may be helpful fo detect the extent of varicocele and to evaluatethe postoperative efficacy.High resolution ultrasonography has been an important method for diagnos-ing the scrotal disease and the main indicator to decide whether the surgical or nonsurgical treatment should be undertaken.

Quorum sensing systems of pathogens are central regulators for the expression of virulence factors. Increasing evidence implies that targeting the quorum sensing system of many pathogenic bacteria is a promising therapeutic approach to control infections. In this work,we isolated 47 strains of actinomycetes from the mud sample of Jiaozhou Bay. Quorum sensing inhibitory activity was monitored by Chromobacterium violaceum CV026. As a result, the culture broth extract of actinomycetes WA-7 was found to have significant quorum sensing inhibitory activity. This strain was assigned to the genus Streptomyces based on its 16S rDNA sequence. Further investigation revealed that the extract could inhibit the quorum sensing-controlled violacein and proteases production of C. violaceum in a concentration-dependent manner.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors and prevent meaures of ophthalmic infection after operation. METHODS The factors associated with ophthalmic infection after operation were analyzed. The comprehensive and strict system of washing and sterilization of operative instruments were established. The usage of aseptic implantable articles was strictly managed. The management of operation environment, faculty, patients, and aseptic technique were further strengthened. The samples of the faculty were cultivated routinely and the fulfillment of institution was assured. RESULTS The procedure of peri-operation infection control was bettered. The awareness of infection prevention during ophthalmic operations was improved for the nurse faculty. A safe operation procedure was ascertained. The risk of ophthalmic operation infection was decreased. CONCLUSIONS Scientific and consummate management of ophthalmic operation and its proper fulfillment are key factors to prevent ophthalmic operation infection.

International Journal of Surgery 2013;(5):306-310
Objective To explore the constituent ratio and clinical characteristics of multifocal thyroid papillary carcinoma (MPTC).Methods The clinical data of 1616 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) were retrospectively analyzed from January 2002 to December 2011 of the First Affiliate Hospital of Dalian Medical University, which operated at the first time and confirmed by pathology. The change of constituent ratio of MPTC in PTC was analyzed and the differences of the clinical characteristics of the multifocal group and single focal group were analyzed. Results The constituent ratio of MPTC in PTC was increasing from 8.33% (4/48) in 2002 to 30.38% (96/316) in 2011 gradually.Compared to the single focal group,MPTC group had higher rate of neck lymph node metastasis(45.09% vs 25.02% ; P =0.000) and extrathyroidal invasion (20.95% vs 9.04% ;P =0.000).Compared with pure microcarcinoma, none pure microcarcinoma had higher rate of neck lymph node metastasis (P =0.000).More than two focuses has higher rate of neck lymph node metastasis than two focuses (P =0.000).The rate of recurrence with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis (24.05% vs 8.98% ;P =0.000) conformed by postoperative pathology. Conclusions The number and constituent ratio of MPTC in PTC is increasing gradually.MPTC group has high proportion of lymph node metastasis and extrathyroidal invasion than single focal group.None pure microcarcinoma has higher rate of neck lymph node metastasis than pure microcarcinoma;more than two focuses has higher rate of neck lymph node metastasis than two focuses. The recurrence rate is correlated with the rate of lymph node metastasis.

Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on genu recurvatum after stroke. Methods 80 stroke patients with genu recurvatum were randomly assigned to treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The control group accepted routine rehabilitation, and the treatment group accepted electroacupuncture at Yanglingquan (GB34), Futu (ST32), Weizhong (BL40), Chengshan (BL57) and Zusanli (ST36) in addition, for 30 days. The incidence of effectiveness was compared between groups. All the patients were assessed with range of motion (ROM) of knee and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of lower limbs (FMA) before and after treatment. Results The incidence of effectiveness was 72.5% in the treatment group, which was more than 55% in the control group (P<0.05). The ROM and score of FMA improved more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The electroacupuncture can promote the recovery of genu recurvatum after stroke.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR) on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods517 spastic cerebral palsy cases were operated on by SPR, and a following up was performed for 24 months. After operation, curative effect of SPR was examined and evaluated.Results298 cases had excellent effect (57.6%); 187 cases had good effect (36.2%).Conclusion SPR is very effective for children with spastic cerebral palsy.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(4):333-336
Objectives:To understand the current situation of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and type D personality in female college students, and to explore the relationship between them. Methods:Totally 856 female college students were assessed with the Premenstrual Syndrome Scale (PMSS,those with total score of 6 or higher as having PMS) and Type D Personality Scale 14 (DS-14,those negative emotion and social inhibition factor with total score of 10 or higher as having type D personality).Result:A total of 280 students were detected with PMS,and the rote was 32.7%.Totally 272 students were detected with the type D personality, and the rote was 31.8%.The total score of DS-14 and the score of 2 factors were higher in PMS group than in non-PMS group (Ps <0.001).The rate of PMS was lower in type D personality group than in non-type D personality group (11.76% vs.25.34%,P < 0.001).Conclusions:The occurrence of premenstrual syndrome may be related to the type D personality. The evaluation of personality characteristics should be taken into consideration when formulating the intervention program.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of Yunzhi polysaccharopeptide (PSP) and analyze its mechanism. Methods: The hot plate test in mice and the tail stimulation vocalization test in rats were used. Results: PSP administered po at a dose of 1.0 g/kg for 7 days could produce a significant analgesic effect, which could last for more than two hours. The analgesic effect of PSP disappeared after lesion of mediobasal hypothalamus. Conclusions: PSP could elicit a central analgesic effect.
