1.Altered perlecan expression in the formation of epidural scar after posterior lumbar laminectomy

Objective To make a research on the expression of perlecan in the formation of epidural scar after posterior lumbar laminectomy in the rat.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly and evenly divided into five groups:the experimental groups including A(the first week after surgery),B(the second week),C(the fourth week),D(the sixth week)and the control group.Laminectomy was performed on lumbar vertebra in each experimental group.The hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was used to observe the formation of epidural scar.Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the perlecan located in the epidural scar.Western blot and RT-PCR were made to quantify the expression of the perlecan after surgery.Results According to HE,with prolonged,the scar tissue gradually formed.Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that the perlecan was expressed in the fibroblast.Western blot and RT-PCR showed the high level expression of perlecan in the experimental groups compared to the control group(P<0.01).Furthermore,the expression of perlecan gradually increased with the prolongation of exposure time and had significantly statistical significance (P<0.01)between the first three experimental groups.However,compared to the fourth week group,the expression of perlecan in the sixth week decreased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion Perlecan was expressed in the fibroblast of the epidural scar,and which plays an important role in the formation of epidural scar.
2.Clinical studies of doppler ultrasound guidance interventional radiofrequency ablation in treatment of benign thyroid nodule

Objective To explore the clinical results of benign thyroid nodule by ultrasound guided interventional radiofrequency ablation(RFA).Methods The radiofrequency ablation therapy was utilized to treat 129 patients with 149 thyroid nodules.The size and the related complications were observed during the follow-up.Using the t-test of paired design,the nodules volume decreased rate were calculated.Results At the 3rd and the 6th month after operation,all thyroid nodules in size to differert degree (P <0.05).Six patients felt pain in the neck.The pain was alleviated after ablation.Two patients had skin puncture site redness,which was cured after anti-inflammation treatment.There was no skin burn,perforation of the esophagus,trachea injury,hoarseness,bucking and other complications.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided RFA may be an effective and useful nonsurgical alternative in the treatment of thyroid nodules.It is clinically prospective for application.

Taking the First Hospital Affiliated to Traditional Chinese Medicine University of Guangzhou as an example,the paper puts forward to establish the hospital's intelligent Short Message Service (SMS) follow-up visit system based on the analysis of research conditions and existing problems of domestic and overseas follow-up visit system,introduces the follow-up visit registration process and functional modules,and summarizes the application efficiency.This system can greatly improve the follow-up visit efficiency,reduce the rate of loss to follow-up visit,and immediately update information of patients.
4.Effection of HDAC1 deacetylase inhibition on gastric cancer stem cells

Objective To explore the effect of HDAC1 deacetylase inhibition on the proliferation differentiation and invasion in human gastric cancer stem cells (GCSCs) .Methods The GCSCs were selected as CD44 marker by using flow cytometry .RT-qPCR and Western Blot were used to detect the expression of HDAC 1 in GCSCs and non GCSCs .The effect of proliferation and in-vasion in GCSCs were observed by CCK-8 assay ,colony formation and transwell assay after the cells were treated with TSA .The expression of proteins related apoptosis ,differentiation and invasion were detected by using RT-qPCR and Western blot .Results The expression of HDAC1 in GCSCs was higher than that in non GCSCs .The capacities of proliferation and invasion in experimen-tal group were attenuated compared to the control group .The proteins related differentiation was down regulated ,and epithelial mesenchymal transition was mediated .Conclusion After the deacetylation of HDAC1 was inhibited ,the proliferation ,differentia-tion and invasion of GCSCs were reduced .
