Objective To explore the influence of patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) on incidence of postpartum depression after cesarean section. Methods 256 cases of singleton term primary cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the study group( 130 cases)and the control group( 126 cases).The study group retained analgesia pump connected with epidural catheter,analgesic liquid was injected.In the control group,epidural catheter was removed,and was given intramuscular injection of pethidine hydrochloride 100 mg 4～6 h after operation,repeated 6 h later,total dosage was 200 mg.Postoperative observation time was 48h.Plasma prolactin(PRL) concentration was determined by radioimmunoassay in prenatal,postnatal 24 h and 48 h.Edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS) was used to assess depression state 6 weeks postpartum in the two groups.The incidence of postpartum depression was compared between two groups. Results The plasma PRL level in the study group was significantly higher than the control group 24 h,48 h postpartum.The incidence rate of depression in the study group was 6.15％,while was 16.67％ in the control group,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The application of PCEA after cesarean section can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,and has very important practical significance in preventing the incidence of postpartum depression.

Objective To explore the effect of applying phase changing theory mode on reducing depression occurrence of pregnant women after delivery. Methods 89 cases of pregnant women suffered from pre-delivery depression were separately divided into the intervention group (45 cases) and the control group (44 cases) at random.The intervention group accepted the intervention measure of the phase changing theory mode but the control group accepted the routine instruction of the nursing.The EPDS and self-designed ordinary situation questionnaire were used to investigate the two groups.The depression pre and post-delivery and general situation post-delivery were separately compared between the two groups. Results The depression degree of the pregnant women of the intervention group was evidently reduced compared with before intervention and the contemporaneous results of the control group.Postpartum recovery,ability of attending babies and developmental condition of the babies were better in the intervention group than those of the control group. Conclusions The application of the phase changing mode in nursing of parturients can reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression,so as to help them set up a healthy living manner,supply appropriate feeding and attendance for babies and improve the living quality of them.

Objective To investigate the application of venereal disease research laboratory(VDRL) test and toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST) in syphilis laboratory diagnosis.Methods Serum,plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in syphilis patients and healthy controls were measured by VDRL and TRUST.Results The VDRL detection results in serum and CSF sepcimens were generally higher than the TRUST detection results by 1-2 titers,while in plasma specimen,the VDRL detection results were generally lower than the TRUST detection results by 1-2 titers than TRUST when using plasma specimen.In addition,the VDRL detection in normal control serum and plasma specimens all appeared different degrees of false positive,but in the detection of normal control CSF,the results of TRUST and VDRL were consistent.Conclusion TRUST is more suitable for serum and plasma specimens,and CSF is suitable for the CSF specimen,but not suitable for serum and plasma detection.
