Objective To evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy by different arteriovenous ways on ovarian function of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer after surgery. Methods We retrospectively studied 38 cases of young women (surgical age <45 years) who were diagnosed with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix and undergone radical hysterectomy with ovaries. According to the way of adjuvant chemotherapy, these cases were divided into 20 cases of group A (arterial embolization chemotherapy), 18 cases of group B (intravenous chemotherapy). Each patient underwent a course of chemotherapy. Then we retrospectively analyzed and compared serum estradiol (E2 ), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), lute-inizing hormone (LH) in two groups before and after surgery to assess ovarian function. We compared E2 ,FSH and LH levels 2-3 weeks after chemotherapy (before surgery) and 1 month after surgery, and 6 months after surgery in two groups. Results The E2 levels in group A 1 month before and after surgery significantly decreased, while FSH increased compared with those be-fore chemotherapy(P<0. 05). LH levels in two groups at different time points and 6 months after surgery showed no significant difference (P>0. 05) compared with those before chemotherapy. the E2 , FSH and LH levels in group B at different time points presented no significant difference (P>0. 05). Only E2 level in group A was significantly lower than that in group B before surger-y. Conclusion For patients with locally advanced cervical cancer, the effect of arterial embolization chemotherapy before sur-gical intervention on ovarian function is transient and reversible, while intravenous chemotherapy before surgery exerts few effects on ovarian function. Retaining ovaries in radical hysterectomy is a safe and effective method to protect the endocrine function for young patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.

Objective To investigate the influence of different educational methods on the metabolic indices in patients with diabetes .Methods A total of 218 patients with diabetes in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were ran-domized divided into two groups .Different intervention ways were used :patients in the control group received conventional educa-tional methods ,while patients in experiment group received the educational methods combined with empowerment and multi-stage theory of change .The C-DES-SF scale scores and the HbA1c ,FPG ,2 h PG ,TC ,TG ,LDL ,HDL indices was compared between the two groups .Results Indices and empowered ability of HbA1c ,FPG ,2 h PG ,TC ,LDL were changed in accordance with time .As compared with control group ,the educational method in intervention group had better change of FPG ,2 h PG ,TC ,LDL(P< 0 .05) . Indices and empowered ability of HbA1c ,FPG ,2 h PG ,TC ,LDL had inter-action with time ,and indexes in intervention group were better than those in the control group(P< 0 .05) .At the 3rd and 6th month after invention in the intervention group ,patients in movement stage and movement maintaining stage were higher than those in control group(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Well correction of bad diet behaviors by application of educational methods of combined with empowerment and multi-stage theory of change for the type 2 diabetes patients would help the patients to improve the ability of self-care and control the level of metabolic indices .

Objective:To understand the driving factors of postpartum health promotion behaviors in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods:From September to October 2019, the purpose of the sampling method was to select 14 cases of gestational diabetic gynaecologists who visited the outpatient department of diabetes care in our hospital as the research subjects. The phenomenological research method was used to conduct a semi-structured interview. Colaizzi′s 7-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the data to refine the subject. Results:The driving force of postpartum health promotion behaviors of gestational diabetes mothers mainly came from the internal driving force and the external driving force. The internal driving force was mainly the uncertainty of gestational diabetes, the solution of the problem improves self-worth, and the post-traumatic growth made patients re-understand life. The external driving force was mainly family support, full mobilization of subjective initiative, quantitative diet intake and building of a healthy lifestyle. Conclusions:The driving factors for postpartum health promotion of gestational diabetic women are complex and diverse. Medical staff should timely grasp the post-natal health promotion status of gestational diabetic women, and promote their self-support and social support.

Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of the medical outcomes by applying short form-36 (SF-36) in evaluating gout patients’ health related quality of life (HRQOL).Methods Gout patientswere enrolled between March 2016 and June 2016 in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients completed the SF-36 questionnaire.Summary scores, physical component summary (PCS) and mental component summary (MCS) were calculated by summing factor-weighted scores across all 8 subscales, with factor weights derived from general population. The indicators of reliability and validity included internal consistency,test-retest reliability, structural and discriminant validity, ceiling and floor effect. Results Totally 306 patients were enrolled. The internal consistency test showed that the Cronbach α coefficients ranged from 0.782 to 0.822,and the test-retest reliability coefficients ranged from 0.720 to 0.986 (P<0.01).Structural validity analysis showed that there were two items whose eigenvalues were greater than one with the cumulative contribution rate of 66.1%.The discriminant validity analysis found that patients with more numbers of tophi, higher frequency of flare,multi-arthrosis involved and more complications had less scores of PCS and MCS (P<0.05).There was a high ceiling effect on physiological function and a higher ceiling and floor effect on role limitation and emotional function caused hy impaired physical health. Conclusion The SF-36 can be used for the assessment of HRQOL in Chinese gout patients but disease specific questionnaire are warranted.

Objective To evaluate the utilization of human serum albumin (HSA ) in intensive care unit (ICU ) to pro-mote rational use of HSA clinically .Methods Data were collected from the patients received HSA therapy during the period of January 1 ,2015 to December 31 ,2015 .The indications and usage of HSA were analyzed statistically .Results 416 bottles of HSA were administered to 64 patients .The average dose was 62 .5g per patient .The most popular indication was for hypopro-teinemia (39 .1% ) followed by encephaledema ,craniocerebral trauma ,shock and tumors .Before the HSA therapy ,36 patients (56 .3% ) had albumin level of 15-25 g/L and 23 patients (35 .9% ) of 25-35 g/L .Conclusion HSA is widely used in ICU for different indications .Some misuses still exist .Guidelines for proper use of HSA are needed to guarantee its rational use .HSA should be used strictly following these guidelines .
