Along with the development of society,people pays more attention to health.Since water resources is increasingly missing with depravation,the water quality analysis technique gets a value increasingly,which promotes the development of portable water quality instrument.This paper expounds the present situation and future prospects of portable water quality instrument,puts forward its application in army,aquiculture and enviroment,and enumerates the main technique parameters of several instruments both here and abroad.

Mechanism of diabetes is due to damaged ?-cell or absolute or relative lack of insulin caused by insulin resistance. Stem cells have the potential of proliferation and differentiation into insulin-secreting cells, can also solve the problems of immune rejection. Pancreatic stem cells, embryonic stem cells, bone marrow stem cells and cord blood stem cells can be induced to differentiate into ?-cells, or increased ?-cell regeneration using drugs to play a role in diabetes treatment. Stem cell therapy for diabetes research have made progresses, high blood sugar status have been corrected in some of diabetes animals. But islet development and differentiation mechanisms require deeply studies to gain information for embryonic stem cells induced to differentiate into ? cells. A higher differentiation rate and more mature insulin-secreting cells can be achieved using inducible factor with procedures and application.

Objective To investigate human esophageal cancer Eca109 cells apoptosis induced by resveratrol.Methods Eca109 cells were treated with difierent concentrations of resveratrol and the change of morphology was observed by inverted microscope and transmission electron microscope in different time;The cell growth inhibitory rate of resveratrol on the proliferation of Eca109 cells were evaluated in vitro by MTT assay.Flow cytometry (FCM)analysis was used to determine the apoptosis of Eca-109 cells.Results Resveratrol was able to inhibit the growth of Eca109 cells,and the suppressive effect was increased with treating concentration and treating time.Resveratrol inhibited the growth of esophageal cancer Eca109 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner and induced the apoptosis in esophageal cancer.Conclusion Resveratrol could inhibit the proliferation of Eca-109 cells and block the cell cycle at G0/G1.And in the end resveratrol could induce the apoptosis of Eca109 cells.

This paper aimed to investigate the botanical origins of Isatidis Radix and Isatidis Folium, and clarify the confusion of its classification. The second internal transcribed spacer (ITS2) of ribosomal DNA, the chloroplast matK gene of 22 samples from some major production areas were amplified and sequenced. Sequence assembly and consensus sequence generation were performed using the CodonCode Aligner. Phylogenetic study was performed using MEGA 4.0 software in accordance with the Kimura 2-Parameter (K2P) model, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining methods. The results showed that the length of ITS2 sequence of the botanical origins of Isatidis Radix and Isatidis Folium was 191 bp. The sequence showed that some samples had several SNP sites, and some samples had heterozygosis sites. In the NJ tree, based on ITS2 sequence, the studied samples were separated into two groups, and one of them was gathered with Isatis tinctoria L. The studied samples also were divided into two groups obviously based on the chloroplast matK gene. In conclusion, our results support that the botanical origins of Isatidis Radix and Isatidis Folium are Isatis indigotica Fortune, and Isatis indigotica and Isatis tinctoria are two distinct species. This study doesn't support the opinion about the combination of these two species in Flora of China.
