Results: the patients with irritable bowel syndrome before and after meal gastric electrical change significantly compared with the control group(t=-8.437, t=-7.126;P<0.01), gastric electrical variability index, intestinal transfer time and the control group with significant difference (t=-2.312, t=-1.694, t=-9.163, t=-7.894;P<0.01). Conclusion:The abnormal in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal digestion and absorption function may be caused by abnormal gut electrophysiological activity.
4.Clinical observation of acute promyelocytic leukemia remission induction and sequential treatment programs
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(9):545-547
Objective To observe efficacy of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) by chemotherapy induction and treatment programs after remission. Methods 28 cases of newly diagnosed APL were treated with combined arsenic trioxide and retinoic acid which was called induced program, the patients whose leukocytes >10×109/L would be given anthracycline chemotherapy (DNR 40 mg × 3 d).Remission induction anthracycline chemotherapy was given after three courses of intensive therapy, the standard-dose cytarabine was used to the patients with high white blood. After the intensive treatment and with the recorery of the patient' s blood, bone marrow sequential therapy was used [arsenic trioxide (As2O3),retinoic acid (ATRA),6-MP + MTX and chemotherapy],during which recurrence rate and adverse reactions in the patient' s course of treatment were observed. Results Except 1 was died of intracranial hemorrhage at the beginning of treatment, the remaining 27 patients had received hematologic remission with PML/RARα fusion gene negative.Fusion gene of 5 patients remained negative even after maintenance treatment 2 years later. Conclusion As2O3,ATRA combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of APL is effective, the hematologic response time may be shortened, and sequential therapy can significantly reduce the relapse rate and hospitalization time, patient compliance is increased and the quality of life in patients is improved.
5.Identification of leaf structure of Cyclocarya paliurus
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(02):-
Objective To study the leaf morphology and structure of Cyclocarya paliurus. Methods Foliar maceration, preparation of venation order, sectioning paraffin blocks, and scanning electron microscope were used to study the leaf morphology and structure. Results Cuticular papillates, glandular hairs, peltate scales, and non-glandular hairs presented on the leaf epidermis of C.paliurus.Anomocytic stomata were confined to the lower epidermis.Large cluster crystals existed in the uppermost layer of palisade cells.Midrib included one closed vascular system and one additional vascular strand.Secondary veins are semicraspedodromous and form marginal loops, tertiary veins are percurrent, quaternary veins form orthogonal or polygonal areoles filled up by branched and freely ended veinlets. Conclusion These structure characteristics are first reported and are useful for leaf identification of C.paliurus from other Juglandaceae plants.

Human rotavirus has been discovered since the early 1970s, which is still a primary pathogen causing infant diarrhea under the age of five. Each year about 600,000 infant died of severe body dehydration caused by rotavirus infection. Since the current rotavirus diarrhea have no specific therapeutic drugs, using vaccine to prevent rotavirus infection is an effective method. Research on a vaccine often involved in a multidisciplinary theory and technology. This article reviewed the epidemic situation of rotavirus, animal model, the body's immune response after infection, developing and using vaccine and other related issues.
