1.Clinical analysis of 30 cases of drug induced liver injury
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(13):2022-2024
Objective To investigate the clinical features and occurrence regularity of drug induced liver injury,so as to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods The choice of hospital 2012 -2014 reported adverse drug reaction monitoring center data, including DILI 30 cases,DILI related data to classify statistics,compre-hensive analysis. Results DILI was of many influence factors, the time of occurrence of large differences, partial onset occult, and related to a drug to immune enhancement agent most(23.33%),followed by anti -tumor drugs (20.00%)and lipid regulating agent(16.67%).Conclusion The medical staff should enhance the understanding of DILI medicine source disease, strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions,as far as possible to reduce the occurrence of DILI,and make its harm to a minimum, reduce the patients pain and medical expenses of disease.
2.Advances in mesenchymal stem cells combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy for liver fibrosis.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2014;12(3):147-155
Liver fibrosis is a primary cause of liver cirrhosis, and even hepatocarcinoma. Recently, the usage of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) has been investigated to improve liver fibrosis. It has been reported that the differentiation, proliferation and migration of MSCs can be regulated by traditional Chinese medicine treatment; however, the mechanisms are still unclear. In this article, the authors review the characteristics of MSCs such as multidirectional differentiation and homing, and its application in animal experiments and clinical trials. The authors also list areas that need further investigation, andlook at the future prospects of clinical application of MSCs.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Medpor ( porous high density polyethylene )as a padding material in correction of sunken eyelid after hydroxyapatite (HA) implantation. Methods We used Medpor in 17 patients ( 10 male and 7 female ), aged from 18 to 43 years (mean 26.6 years ), in which 9 cases had concomitant orbital fractures. The Medpor was implanted after HA sphere implantation ranged from 2 to 19 months ( average 6.7 months ). 17 consecutive patients with implantation of HA sphere were filled with Medpor under the periosteum. All of the cases were examined by CT scanning to distinguish orbital lesions with or without fracture. In the orbital fracture cases, we first repaired orbit bone defects with Medpor. Results There were no secondary infection or implant rejection occurred after following up for 1 to 18 months (average 8.7 months ). All patients' cosmesis was acceptable. 14 of 17 patients gained symmetric appearance. Although 3 patients had slight sunken eyelid, they gained a dramatic improvement of facial appearance nevertheless. Conclusions Sunken eyelid after HA sphere implant is related with orbital fracture as well as relative reduction of orbital content. Medpor presents fine biological compatibility. It is also easy to remodel and fix during operation. Medpor is a good implant for treatment of sunken eyelid after HA sphere orbital implantaion. [

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the prevalence of sick building syndrome (SBS) and explore the related risk factors in the people working in office environment in Beijing. Methods A cross-sectional study design was made in the present paper in April 2009. One hundred and two employees in 16 small and moderate offices in three different buildings in Beijing were investigated with the questionnaire for their subjective symptoms, environmental perceptions, psychosocial information and health situation. The indoor environmental factors of the buildings were monitored based on the standardized procedures at the same time. Generalized linear model and multilevel model were used for the data analysis. Results The prevalence rate of symptoms for sick building syndrome was 67.4%. The prevalence rate of SBS symptoms was positively associated with the self-feelings of the subject to high temperature, insufficient ventilation indoors, work stress, satisfaction for job and health complains, as well as with using photocopier in office by ANOVA(P

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(01):-
Background Isoliensinine(IL) is a kind monomer alkaloid of double benzyl group quinoline separated from Plumula nelumbinis, which has been speculated to have antiarrhythmic effect,Ca~(2+) and?1-receptor blockade, and reversal the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).It has been reported the activity of Sarco/Endoplasmic reticulum Ca~(2+)-ATP_(ase)(SERCA) in essential hypertention(EH)/LVH patients was lower than that of healthy people. Objective To investigate the effects of Isoliensinine on left ventricular hypertrophy and activity of SERCA in 2 kidney 1 clamp(2K1C) hypertensive rats. Methods 2K1C hypertensive rats were randomly received Isoliensinine (RHR-IL,5 mg/kg per day p.o,n=16) or placebo.Blood pressure, left ventricle mass index(LVMI) and the activity of myocardial SERCA were measured after 10 weeks treatment.Six untreated SD rats were served as control. Results Isoliensinine decreased BP and LV/BM ratio(IL:136.4?14.6 vs control:189.8?4.4 mm Hg,P

Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
The concentration of glycosylated serum protein (GSP) in 125 normal subjects and 105 diabetic patients was measured. The result showed that the mean value of GSP in diabetic patients increased as compared with that of normal subjects, and the mean , concentration of GSP correlated significantly with that of fasting blood glucose in diabetic patients as well as that the mean value of fasting blood glucose which was determined 1-3 weeks before. The level of GSP may be a sensitive indicator for recent control of diabetes

Korean Journal of Pathology 1996;30(2):166-168
Pulmonary agenesis is a very rare anomaly. It is defined as total absence of the pulmonary parenchyma, vascular structures, and bronchi beyond the carina. We experienced a case of right pulmonary agenesis in association with other congenital defects who died at 1 day of age. The other defects included: esophageal atresia, tracheoesophageal fistula, cardiac malformation, anal atresia and a malformed left thumb. The cardiac malformations were a type of Pentalogy of Fallot, composed of right ventricular hypertrophy, ventricular septal defect, an overiding of aorta, pulmonary atresia, and an atrial septal defect. Hand roentgenograms of the malformed left thumb showed an unarticulated metacarpopharyngeal joint. This unique combination of anomalies is extremely rare.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the action and the mechanism of Jinyin granule(JYG) on cholecystitis in guinea pigs. Methods Cholecystitis models of Guinea pigs were established and then randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group,XiaoYanLiDan tablet(XYLDT) group, treatment groups including low, middle and high dosage groups of JYG.The Pigs were given above drugs respectively while in normal and model groups the same volume of normal saline was given.Body weight, gallbladder weight, bile amount,IL-1? in the serum were measured and gallbladder pathological tissue was observed by light microscopy. Results Comparing with the model group, the treatment groups had higher body weight, lower gallbladder weight, less bile amount, obviously slighter inflammation and less amount of IL-1? in the serum. Conclusion JYG possesses the therapeutic action to cholecystitis on guinea pigs and its mechanism is interrelated to the decreasing of IL-1? in the serum.
