1.Study on the evaluation of different levels of QRS-T angle in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the evaluation of different levels of QRS-T angle in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 186 AMI patients from January 2010 to May 2016 in our hospital as the research object.The review method was used to analyze the clinical and followup data of the patients.The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),plane QRS-T angle,white blood cell (WBC) and isoenzyme count and creatine (CK-MB) were evaluated and compared.Results (1) The age of the patients with heart failure was larger than that in the patients with normal heart function,and the proportion of myocardial infarction and hypertension and diabetes distributionthe in two groups had statistically significant difference (P < 0.05);(2) The WBC and CK-MB levels of patients with normal cardiac function were lower than those in patients with heart failure.The planar QRS-T angle < 50 degrees,between 90 degrees and 100 degrees and more than 100 degrees were statistically significant between normal heart function patients and failure heart function patients (P < 0.05),and with the decrease of LVEF the levels of QRS-T angle increased;(3) The sensitivity and specificity of 90 degrees ≤ QRS-T angle < 100 degrees and QRS-T angle greater than 100 degrees were 96.32% and 95.98%,95.02% and 94.68%,and those were different with the sensitivity and specificity of WBC,CK-MB and other QRS-T angle(P < 0.05).Conclusions Different planar QRS-T angle on the evaluation of cardiac function insufficiency has certain clinical value,but when the 90°≤ QRS-T angle < 100° and QRS-T angle ≥ 100° have better sensitivity and specificity with no difference between two QRS-T angles.The QRS-T angle≥ 90° can be used as one of the indicators for the evaluation of cardiac function insuffieiency.
2.In vitro Corneal Permeation and Antibacterial Activity of N-Trimethyl Chitosan-coated Sparfloxacin Lac-tate Nanoliposomes

Objective:To study the in vitro corneal permeation and antibacterial activity of N-trimethyl chitosan(TMC)-coated sparfloxacin lactate(SL)nanoliposomes. Methods:Franz diffusion cells were used with rabbit cornea as the barrier to study the in vitro corneal permeation of TMC-coated SL nanoliposomes,and the permeation parameters were calculated. Eseheriehia eoli,staphylo-eoeeus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa and baeillus subtilis were used as the tested bacterial strains and the in vitro antibacterial activity of the SL preparations was investigated to obtain the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC)and the relationship of bacterial inhibitory rate and time. Results:The order of steady permeation rate(J),corneal perme-ation coefficient(P)and corneal retention rate was TMC-coated SL nanoliposomes > SL nanoliposomes > SL eye drop. The order of lag time(τ)and corneal diffusion coefficient(D)was SL nanoliposomes > SL eye drop > TMC-coated SL nanoliposomes. The in vitro an-tibacterial activity showed the order of TMC-coated SL nanoliposomes > SL nanoliposomes > SL eye drop. Conclusion:Compared with the eye drop,liposomes can enhance the corneal permeation and storage of SL with improved antibacterial activity,and TMC-coating can further improve the permeation and antibacterial activity,which is worthy of further study.
3.Analysis of clinical effect for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective To investigate the causes and therapeutic method for children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods 72 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were treated by adenctonsillectomy, operation and precaution of postoperation complication. Results 62 patients (86.1% )were cure.8 patients(11.1% ) were better. 2 patients(2.7% ) were no change. Conclusion The children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome caused by glandular organ and hypertrophyoftonsil, can improve the surgical results and late results.
4.Effect of rivaroxaban on HIF-α, P-selectin and TNF-αin patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis

Objective To investigate the effect of rivaroxaban on HIF-α, P-selectin and TNF-αin patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis.Methods 41 cases from May 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 21 cases in the control group were treated by routine treatment, 20 cases in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with ivaroxaban.Serum HIF-α, P-selectin and TNF-αwere detected before and after the treatment.ResuIts Compared with the control group, the clinical effect were higher ( P<0.05 ) , the adverse reactions occur rate was no difference (P>0.05).HIF-α, P-selectin and TNF-αwere lower(P<0.05),HIF-αwas positively correlated with TNF-α(r =-0.468,P<0.05), and was not correlated with P-selectin, P-selectin was not associated with TNF-α.ConcIusion Rivaroxaban can effectively improve the lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with clinical symptoms, reduce serum HIF-α, P-selectin and TNF-αexpression, has better clinical curative effect, for clinical treatment of lower limb venous thrombosis has important significance.
5.Analysis on Medical Insurance Impact on Chinese Rural Elders’ Health Demand

The data is taken from Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)between 2005 and 2008 to study health insurance’s impact on Chinese rural elders’ health demand. It found that health insurance significantly increased Chinese rural elders’ total health expenditure by 19%; however, it could neither significantly lengthen life expectancy nor decrease the risk of death. Chinese rural elders’ excessive demand induced by health insurance is probably inefficient. Therefore, to insure Chinese rural elders’ diseases could be treated, the government should improve medical security and control unreasonable increases in health service price.
7.Expression of PTEN, p53, Ki-67 and its relationship with tumor histopathological grade and proliferation in astrocytoma

Objective To study the incidence of PTEN, p53 and Ki-67 expression in astrocytoma and show the relationship between PTEN, p53 expression and the proliferation activity. Methods The surgical specimens from 68 brain astrocytoma patients were analysed to detect PTEN, p53 and Ki-67 expression with immunohistochemical method. Results The incidence of PTEN, p53 and Ki-67 expression was 54.4 %,45.6 % and 48.5 % respectively in astrocytoma. With the grade of astrocytoma increasing the levels of PTEN protein decreased, on the other hand the levels of p53, Ki-67 increased. There was a negative correlation between PTEN expression and grade of astrocytoma while there was a positive correlation between p53, Ki-67 expression and grade of astrocytoma by using the Spearman Correlation test to analyse the data. The incidence of Ki-67 positive expression was 24.3 % in 37 cases exhibiting PTEN positive staining, whereas the incidence of Ki-67 positive expression was 77.4 % in 31 cases exhibiting PTEN negative staining. In statistics, there was an inverse correlation between PTEN and Ki-67 expression. Conclusion There is an inverse correlation between histopathological grades of astrocytoma and PTEN expression. A positive correlation is found between p53, Ki-67 expression and histopathological grades of astrocytoma. PTEN can inhibit tumor cell proliferation in astrocytoma.
8.Effect of miR-19 on migration ability of lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549-Luc

Objective To investigate the effects of miR-19 on the migration ability of lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549. Methods The expressions of miR-19 in lung epithelial cell line BEAS-2B and lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549-Luc were detected by qRT-PCR.The A549-Luc cell line which over-expressed miR-19 was established. The expression levels of miR-19 in A549/RFP+/H2B and A549/RFP+/m19 were identified by qRT-PCR. The morphology of A549/RFP+/m19 was observed,and the migration ability of A549/RFP+/m19 was detected by transwell migration assay. Results The expression levels of miR-19 differed significantly between BEAS-2B cells and A549-Luc cells (t = -20.954, P < 0.001). The lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549/RFP+/m19 which over-expressed miR-19 was successfully established. Changes in A549/RFP+/m19 cell morphology were found. As compared with A549/RFP+/H2B cells, A549/RFP+/m19 had an increased migration ability (P <0.01). Conclusions miR-19 enhances the migration ability of lung adenocarcinoma A549-Luc cells.
