1.Integrins and cardiovascular diseases
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
The adhesion of cells to each other and to the proteins of the extracellular matrix provides a stable environment for cell growth, differentiation and migration. This is a prerequisite for the normal function of the cardiovascular system. Thus the abnormal adhesion function may play a key role in the pathogenesis and development of cardiovascular diseases. To date, there are six main groups of adhesion molecule, and integrins family are the largest and most broadly distributed of the families of cellular adhesion receptors. They have an important role in several aspects of cardiovascular diseases and that its regulated inhibition leads to a reduction in incidence and mortality due to these disorders. This review focuses upon the structure、mechanism and their roles in cardiovascular diseases which maybe facilitate the development of novel therapies.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(5):34-37
Objective:To analyze the advantages of the pressure-regulated volume control (PRVC) mode compared with the traditional continuous mandatory ventilation (CMV) mode about mechanical ventilation efficiency of ventilator. Methods: For the mechanical ventilation situations, the parameters of PRVC mode, V-CMV mode and P-CMV mode under same detecting conditions were tested by using gas analyzer, which based on the ventilation principle of PRVC mode. And then the differences between PRVC mode and CMV modes were analyzed. Results: PRVC mode can supply the almost same tidal volume, and provide lower pressure and higher compliance compare with the V–CMV mode under the same conditions. On the other hand, PRVC mode can supply more tidal volume and slightly higher compliance compare with the P–CMV mode under the same pressure. Conclusion: PRVC mode has combined with the advantages of CMV mode, and it can make sure the target tidal volume, at the same time, reduce the pressure of airway, and improve the compliance for circuit. It also can make the mechanical ventilation to got more efficiency and more safety.

Object To determine the variety of aconitine and tetrandrin in decocting Radix Aconiti and Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae separately and compatibly, and explore the mechanism of synergy between above two decocted herbs. Methods TLCS was used to determine the contents of aconitine and tetrandrin in separate decoctions and compatible decoction, respectively. Results The contents of both aconitine and tetrandrin were less in compatible decoction than in separate ones. Conclusion A scientific basis is provided by the compatible decoction of the two herbs for more effective and attenuate use.

AIM: To study the protetive effects of Danshenhonghua Injection (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Stigma Croci, etc) on acute cerebral ischemia in rats. METHODS : The model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was built by ligaturing bilateral carotid arteries. Cerebral index, cerebral water content ,capillary permeability of brain, and the change of cerebral morphology in rats were observed. RESULTS : The cerebral index, cerebral water content, capillary permeability of brain decreased remarkably with 7.2,14.4mg?kg -1 of Danshenhonghua Injection, and the injury of brain tissue was also abated by Danshenhonghua Injection significantly. CONCLUSION : Danshenhonghua Injection has the protetive effects on acute cerebral ischemia.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on the abatement of the mRNA,protein expression of RhoA and the improvement of the cardiac remodeling and cardiac disfunction after the myocardiac infarction in rats. Methods Rats were divided into 3 groups: the control group, the myocardiac infarction group and Simvastatin intervened group. After 8 weeks, cardiac weight index and hemodynamics were observed,mRNA and protein expression of RhoA in cardiac muscles was measured. Results Compared with the control group, the cardiac weight index and the mRNA and protein expression were increased in rats with myocardiac infarction and the hemodynamics was worsened(P

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2017;43(2):349-352
Objective:To detect the interleukin-22(IL-22) levels in peripheral blood of the asthma patients and analyze the relationship between the IL-22 levels and IgE,pulmonary function, fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FENO),and to investigate the role of IL-22 in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. Methods:Seventy-eight patients with asthma were selected as experiment group. The asthma patients were divided into increased IgE group (n=46)and normal IgE group(n=32)according to the IgE levels. The asthma patients were also divided into acute attack stage and clinical control stage according to patients' clinical symptoms. In addition, twenty healthy controls were chosen as healthy control group. The plasma IL-22 levels, IgE,forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and FENO levels of the subjects in various groups were detected and compared between various groups. The correlations between the plasma IL-22 levels and IgE, FEV1,FENO were analyzed. Results:The plasma IL-22 level and FENO level of the patients in asthma group were higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).The IL-22 level and FENO level of the patients in clinical control stage were lower than those in acute attack stage, but they were still higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).The plasma IL-22 level of the patients in increased IgE group was higher than that in normal IgE group(P<0.05).There were significant negative correlations between the IL-22 levels and FEV1 in the asthma patients in acute attack group and clinical control group(r=-0.365 3,P<0.05;r=-0.267 2,P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation between the IL-22 levels and FENO(r=0.011 9,P>0.05;r=0.059 8,P>0.05).Conclusion:The increased expression of IL-22 in peripheral blood of the patients with asthma may participate in the pathogenesis of asthma, and may aggravate the deterioration of pulmonary function of the asthma patients.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of ADSCs in the clinical treatment of traumatic femoral neck fracture. Methods: After the intervention by ADSCs,femoral neck fracture repair was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The vascular endothelial growth factor expression levels at the fracture segment were quantitatively measured by immunohistochemical staining,RT-qPCR was utilized to detect the mRNA formation in callus tissue. Results: In the study group,we observed less fracture repair than in the sham surgery group but more than in the blank group. Conclusion: ADSCs administration can promote osseous tissue and osteoblast repair, thereby contributing to the healing of traumatic femoral neck fracture in rats.

Objective To study protective immunity effects of co-immunization with P30 DNA vaccine and protein vaccine. Methods Forty-eight 5-6 weeks old BALB/c female mice were divided into four groups (A,B,C,D), 12 mice of each group. In group A (control group) each mouse was immunized with 100 ?g pcDNA3.1 plasmid DNA by intramuscular (i.m.) for three times at week 0,2 and 4; in group B (P30 protein group) each mouse was immunized (i.m.) with 50 ?g rP30+50 ?g CFA for three times at week 0, 2 and 4; in group C (pcDNA3.1-P30 group) each mouse was immunized with 100 ?g pcDNA3.1-P30 plasmid DNA (i.m.) for three times at week 0, 2 and 4; in group D (P30 DNA+rP30 co-immunization group) each mouse was immunized with 100 ?g pcDNA3.1-P30 plasmid DNA (i.m.) for two times at week 0, 2 and immunized by subcutaneous with 50 ?g rP30+50 ?g CFA at week 4. Each mouse was infected with 100 tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii RH strain four weeks later after last immunization. The anti-P30 antibodies were detected with ELISA before the challenge. Results The P30 DNA vaccine was successfully constructed. High titers of anti-P30 antibodies were induced in each mouse immunized with DNA vaccine. The protective trial proved that there was no significant difference between control group and experimental group though the survival time of mouse from experimental group had been prolonged. Conclusion The P30 DNA vaccine could induced high titers of anti- P30 antibodies in immunized mice, and it may be a potential DNA vaccine candidate.
