1.Effect of needling “Chang Qiang Point” on the febrifugal and analysis its mechanism after damaging lumbar spinal cord of febrile rabbits
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
In order to observe the febrifugal response of needling "Chang Qiang Point", and analyse its mechanism lumbar spinal cord of rabbits were damaged in the expermental study. The experimental findings were as follows: 1. It was found that cAMP content in csf was striking increased, when leukocytic pyrogen fever of rabbits was significant. During needling "Chang Qiang Point" of febrile rabbits, however, febrile response was markedly inhibited(at 60 min~?T℃ was 0.23?0.07 and TRI4 0.61?0.03). There was significant difference(P0.05). 3. After damaging lumbar spinal cord of rabbits, there were certain change of rectal temperature and the febrile response, but it had no effect on cAMP content in csf. The authors infered that the impulses from "Chang Qiang Point" transmiled Via spinal cord might be closely associated with reflex mechanism and the change of cAMP content might play an important role in the mechanism of febrifugal effect during needling "Chang Qiang Point" in febrile rabbits.

Objective To explore the role of ripply1 in zebrafish dorsal-ventral development .Methods Using ze-brafish whole-mount in situ hybridization to examine the ripply1 expression pattern in early embryo development .To analyse the expression pattern changes of dorsal-ventral marker genes at shield stage and the morphological changes at 24 hpf (hours post-fertilization) after overexpression of ripply1 by injecting synthetic mRNA at 1-cell stage.Using Tol2 transposon technology to obtain a ripply1 promoter driven GFP transgenic fish and to identify promoter region that recapitulates endoge -nous ripply1 expression pattern .Results The in situ hybridization results revealed that ripply1 specifically expresses in the future dorsal region at shield stage .Overexpression of ripply1 caused an enhanced expression of dorsal marker genes and a reduction of ventral marker genes .Embryos overexpressing ripply1 also showed severely dorsalized phenotype , with enlarged head, reduced ventral yolk extension , and shortened posterior trunk and tail regions , and the formation of a secondary trunk axis.Transgenic fish revealed the maternal expression of ripply1 and suggested that a 1.2 kb promoter-driven GFP is able to recapitulate the endogenous gene expression pattern .Conclusion ripply1 may participate in the early development of dor-sal-ventral axis in zebrafish embryo .

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To study stress distribution and displacement by different distract directioos on mandibular corpus with finite element method. Methods:A three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular distraction osteogenesis was established.Von Mises stress as well as the displac ement of gnathion and gonion under different loads were measured. Result s:The stress and displacement were positively related with distract forc e. Von Mises stress primarily accumulated in distracted areas and were higher un der bilateral distraction parallel to the occlusial plane. Gnathion and gonion w ere positively displaced on X and Z axes and negatively displaced on Y axis. Distraction parallel to the mandibular body induced positive displaceme nt of mandible on X and Y axes and negative on Z axis. Concl usion:Transversal displacement to the opposite side is greater during un ilateral distraction, while displacement on the saggittal plane is greater durin g bilateral distraction.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
64 cases of gallstone pancreatitis were treatedin our hospital in recent eight years. Early biliaryoperations were performed in 36 cases and good re-sults were got. Gallstone pancreatitis has the char-acteristics of cholelithiasis, the temporary damageof liver and the manifestations of pancreatitis, aswell. The purpose of the paper is to analyse anddiscuss diagnostic methods and treatment of gall-stone pancreatitis. It is important to perform theexaminations of ultrasound scanning and liverfunction in differential diagnoses. The necessity ofoperation is emphasized. It is also proposed thatbiliary operation be performed early as soon as theinflammation of pancreas is controlled effectively.

Objective To preparing the reference material(RM) of lactate dehydrogenase(LD),we purification of LD from human erythrocyte(RBC)and studied its properties. Methods Using a modified procedure which including complete hemolysis of the RBC,hydroxyapatite treatment,(NH4)2 SO 4 Precipitation,CM- Sephadex C 50,Sephadex G100 and 5'- AMP- Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography. Results The purified LD has a sepecific activity of 163.0 kU/g protein. It is almost free of contaminating enzymes. Two corresponding bands were observed on both PAG plates stained for either protein or LD activity after electrophresis had been done. The apparent Michaelis constants were of 1.000 and 0.179 mmol/L for L-lactate and NAD and of 0.119 mmol/L 0.062 mmol/L for pyruvate and NADH respectively. Conclusion The final purified LD was found to be very similar to that in human serum in catalytic properties. It is intended to be a fundament to prepare a RM for the measurement of LD.
10. Effects of safflower yellow on inflammation reaction in the cortical of APP/PS1 transgenic mice
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2016;51(7):550-553
OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of safflower yellow (SY) on inflammatory injury in cortex of APP/PS1 double Alzheimer's disease (AD) transgenic mice. METHODS: Six-month-old APP/PS1 transgenic male mice were used in the study. The mice were randomly divided into five groups: model group, galanthamine group, high, middle and low dose groups of Safflower Yellow, and wild-type mice with same age were selected into normal control group. Each group mice were performed Morris water maze test after given different drugs by gavage for three months. The level of IL-1β, IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ and iNOS in cortex were detected by ELISA. RESULTS: Compared with wild-type controls, the ability of learning and memory were decreased in the model group. The level of IL-1β, IFN-γ and iNOS increased as well as the expression of IL-4, IL-10 decreased (P<0.01). After SY treatment, the learning and memory abilities of middle dose group were elevated (P<0.01); it could obviously down-regulate the expression of IL-1β, IFN-7, iNOS and up-regulate the expression of IL-4 and IL-10 (P<0.01). High and low dose groups could obviously down-regulate the expression of IFN-γ, iNOS and up-regulate the expression of IL-10 (P<0.01). High dose group does had obvious effect of up-regulating the expression of IL-4 (P<0.01), Both of High and low dose groups didn't have statistical significance on the expression of IL-1β. CONCLUSION Safflower Yellow could improve the ability of learning and memory and exert protective effects on inflammation damage in the cortex of APP/PS1 transgenic mice.
