Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(09):-
With the development of the market economy and the reform of the medical industry deepening and hospitals gaining the status of autonomy in China, the issue of hospital development strategy has come up. It is imperative to possess strategic analysis methods when formulating hospital development strategy. The authors introduce the analysis methods in strategic management into the field of hospital development management, proposing 3 modes of hospital development strategy analysis, viz. medical resources guided strategic analysis, competitive strategy analysis and knowledge progress based strategic analysis. At the same time, they argue for strategic integration and discuss several strategic problems hospitals in China are generally confronted with at present.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(11):809-813
Pectus excavatum and carinatum are the most common deformity of chest wall deformity. To get anatomical deformity correction, beautify, improve physical function and the quality of life are the therapeutic purposes.Among the various clinical research and treatment,non-invasive treatment, which is the trend,is popular in surgeons and patients as well. From clinical experience, combining international and domestic progress of treatment on chest wall deformity, this review discuss the application prospect of non-invasive treatment.
5.The usage of intravenous immunoglobulin in neonatal infection
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2021;28(2):98-101
Intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) contains multiple-antigen-specific IgGs and may protect the host from a wide spectrum of pathogens including but not limited to virus and bacteria. With a low IgG level, neonates, especially preterm infants are prone to infection.IVIG can rapidly increase the concentration of serum IgG level, and enhance the anti-infectious and immune-regulatory functions. It has been widely used as a common treatment against neonatal infections. However, there has been inadequate evidence to support the routine usage of IVIG.While prolonged IVIG usage may be beneficial to the extremely or very low birth weight with sepsis, the prophylactic usage of IVIG to decrease the risk of late-onset sepsis in preterm infants depends on the situation of nosocomial infections in different NICUs and the cost-effect efficiency.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the clinical application of mizoribine (MZR) in minimizing virus infection risk in renal transplant patients. Methods Four transplantation centers in Beijing participated in this clinical trial, and 112 primary cadaveric renal allograft recipients were enrolled. MZR in combination with CsA and corticosteroids was used for the prevention of acute rejection (AR). The biochemical data were observed and the infections of 7 different viruses were monitored and recorded. Results All patients were followed up for 12-20 months (average 15. 5 months). The patient/graft survival rate was 96% and the morbidity of AR was 11.6%. All ARs were converted. The major side effect was hyperuricimia, which could be controlled without withdrawal of MZR. The morbidity of CMV infection was 11.6% and no CMV diseases occurred. Only one case experienced adenovirus infection. Conclusions MZR is a safe and effective immunosuppressants. Hyperuricimia should be controlled after operation. The morbidity of virus infections was relatively lowered.
