1.Expression and clinical significance of stromal cell-derived factor-1 and its receptor CXCR4 in leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(1):57-59
Stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)is an early cell growth factor which belongs to a subfamily of chemokines. The CXCR4 is SDF-1 receptor. The SDF-1 interacting with CXCR4 plays important roles in physiological and pathological processes such as hematopiesis, stem cell homing, angiogenesis and leukemic cells infiltrating. To study the expression of CXCR4 in leukemia and the relationship between CXCR4 and leukemic cells infiltration can add indicators for leukemic MIC diagnosis of immunology indexes and have great significance to take molecule targeted therapy for preventing leukemia from infiltration or relapse as well.

3.The cervical dermatoglyphic character of 229 Chinese patients and its application in incision design for the cervical lymph nodes dissection.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(24):1385-1388
OBJECTIVE:
To summarize the cervical dermatoglyphics distribution in 229 participants, and to design dermatoglyphic incision for cervical lymph nodes dissection, including II , III, IV or/and V regions, in accordance with the requirement for cosmetology.
METHOD:
To keep the patient's head right forward when the number and locations of the dermatoglyphy were collected by macroscopic observation. Upper Cricoid-Region is defined as the region above the cricoids, and Cricoids-Collarbone-Region is referred to the region below the cricoids. The relationship among the distribution of cervical dermatoglyph, patients' age, gender, and body mass index were analyzed. According to the distribution of cervical dermatoglyph, when performing the regional cervical lymph nodes dissection in patients with laryngocarcinoma and thyroid cancer, cervical dermatoglyphy incision or parallel dermatoglyphy incision were designed, and the operation time, operative complications, and cosmetology effects after surgery were observed.
RESULT:
Distribution of cervical dermatoglyphics was statistically correlated to the age, gender, and body mass index (P < 0.05) of patients. The follow-up time were 12 months to 49 months, 19 months on average. Average operating time of unilateral lymph nodes dissection was (46 +/- 12) minutes. Patients undergone the designs of cervical dermatoglyphy incision or parallel dermatoglyphy incision, suffered neither skinflap necrosis nor accessory nerve injury. One patient had lymphatic fistula after surgery, and relieved by conservative treatment. One with T3 N2 M0 laryngocarcinoma got V region lymph nodes recurrence 6-months after surgery.
CONCLUSION
The cervical lymph nodes dissection with dermatoglyphy design is safe with prominent cosmetology effects. It will take a little longer time to perform the neck dissection with the dermatoglyphy incision in the beginning.

4.The effect of low concentration lanthanum chloride solution on the remineralization in deciduous teeth
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
0.05). The microhardness values of three test groups were higher than those of three control groups(P 0.05 ).Conclusion:Lanthanum chloride solution at 0.1 g/L has the same remineralization effect to 0.5 and 2.0 g/L in deciduous teeth with artificial enamel caries.
5.Comparison of effects of fluorine and lanthanum on enamel surface layer of deciduous molars
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To compare effects of APF and APF-La(NO3)3 on enamel surface layer and to probe the mechanism of combined application of APF-La(NO3)3 on deciduous molars. Methods:9 caries-free second lower molars were selected and divided randomly into two groups: APF group (n=4) and APF-La(NO3)3 group (n=5). All teeth were cut into two parts, paralleled to axis of the teeth, along the line connecting mesial buccal and lingual cusps. Mesial parts were experimental group and distal parts were control group. Spot analysis of EPMA was performed to measure concentration of F or/and La in enamel surface layers, and compare changes of concentration of F in enamel surface layers treated with APF solution and changes of concentration of F and La treated with APF-La(NO3)3 solution. Results: ①Concentrations of F in enamel surface layers increased in APF experimental group. ②Concentrations of F and La increased in deciduous teeth enamel surface layers of APF-La(NO3)3 experimental group. ③ Increment of F in cusp of deciduous molar is the same as that of pit in APF experimental group. ④ Increment of F and La in cusp of deciduous molar was the same as that of pit in APF-La(NO3)3 experimental group. Conclusion:Compared with APF, treatment by APF-La(NO3)3 can increase the concentrations of both La and F in enamel surface layer while there is no difference of increment between cusp and pit in each group. The result can provide useful data for prevention of caries in children.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(8):1646-1649
Tuo-Fawas one of three internal treatment rules in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) surgery. It had been widely used in the treatment of superficial suppurative diseases, visceral suppurative diseases and other diseases. This article was aimed to clarify the action mechanism ofTuo-Fa for carrying forward better services in the clinic. This article reviewed and recapitulated related literatures on experimental researches ofTuo-Fa in recent years. It mainly showed the research status on anti-infection, anti-tumor and anti-gastric ulcer withTuo-Fa and its prescriptions. It summarized the existed shortcomings, which was that experimental researches on the action mechanism ofTuo-Fa was still on the initial stage with a few references and obviously lagged behind clinical applications. However, some achievements were also made. It had initially revealed the action mechanism ofTuo-Fa in treatment of pyogenic infection. It also had research on action mechanism of anti-tumor and anti-gastric ulcer treatment. It developed new field for the clinical practice. Finally, the research on action mechanism ofTuo-Fa and future prospects were expressed.
9.Effect of microglia on iron metabolismin midbrain dopaminergic neurons and theunderlying mechanism: study protocol for anin vitro cellular experiment
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(8):1262-1267
BACKGROUND: Iron metabolism disorder has been proved to be a key factor of Parkinson's disease, but research on brain iron metabolism is still immature, and the role of glial cells in the brain iron metabolism remains unclear. Many studies have pointed that microglia plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease, which closely related to iron.OBJECTIVE: To further explore the relationship between microglia and neurons in iron metabolism based on our previous study, and to clarify the role of microglia in iron-induced selective damaged dopaminergic neurons of Parkinson's disease.METHODS: This was an in vitro cellular experiment, which was finished in the Medical College of Qingdao University, Shandong Province, China. The effects of conditioned medium of microglia on the survival rate of mesencephalic neurons and iron metabolism were observed by changing the iron levels in microglia.Lipopolysaccharide was used to activate different iron-loaded microglia, and then the effects of conditioned medium on the survival rate of mesencephalic neurons and iron metabolism were determined. The effects of different iron levels in microglia on microglia and inflammatory factors and lactoferrin released from the activated microglia were detected by siRNA and ELISA. The effects of these inflammatory factors and lactoferrin on the survival of mesencephalic neurons and iron metabolism were observed. The iron levels in mesencephalic neurons were changed, and then added into the above conditioned medium to observe the survival of neurons and iron metabolism. This experimental protocol was approved by the Hospital Ethics Committee (No. 01482311234). All experimental procedures were performed in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals issued by the United States National Institutes of Health.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Our study results show that the function of microglia is closely related to the iron metabolism in nigra dopaminergic neurons. Research on the rational use of microglia to prevent neuronal degeneration gives a strong impetus to the prevention and treatment of Parkinson's disease.
