Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(11):12-15
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of transitional care model on life quality of patients with Alzheimer's disease in China. Methods The literatures of randomized controlled trials (RCT) of transitional care of patients with Alzheimer's disease in mainland China published in Chinese or English were enrolled in this review.RevMan5.1 software was used to analyze the data. Results Twelve articles met the inclusion criteria. The scores of mini-mental state examination (MMSE),health state survey questionnaire (SF-36) of the intervention group was higher than the control group, which had a significant difference. While no significant difference was found in the scores of activities of daily living (ADL) between the intervention group and the control group. Conclusions Transitional care can improve cognitive function and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer's disease in China.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the pollution of phthalate ester in indoor environment. Methods Settled dust samples from 10 households, 10 offices and 10 student dormitories in Beijing were collected. Seven kinds of phthalate esters in these samples were determined with solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC) .Dates were analyzed statistically by nonparametric tests. Results The main phthalate esters in dust were di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP). Of phthalate esters, DEHP with the range of 28-6 073 mg/kg had the highest concentration in indoor dust. The total level of phthalate esters in households was the highest, offices followed, student dormitories was the last. The Kurskal-Wallis H test showed that the concentrations of BBP, DEHP and DCHP in dust were significantly different in 3 types of rooms (P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2012;28(6):434-437
Objective To explore the correlation between gratitude and turnover intention of nursing staff. Methods A total of 660 clinical nurses from three general hospitals in Hangzhou city were subject to questionnaire survey for the correlation. Results The multidimensional gratitude totaled 128.33±32.67,at a medium or low level; their turnover intention totaled 14.59 ± 2.26,at a medium level. The multiple factor variance analysis showed statistically significant negative correlations between the three dimensions of gratitude(a sense of rich, simple thanks, and thanks to others)and turnover intention. Conclusion Related departments are recommended to pay close attention to nurses' gratitude and carry out gratitude education,so as to decrease their turnover intention, and keep the career stability of nurses.

Gut microbiota is characteristically changed and participates in the pathogenesis and progression of a variety of diseases.Studies have shown that the ecological diversities of gut microbiota of constipated patients are disturbed, and some probiotics are effective for treatment of chronic constipation. This article reviewed the research progress on alterations of gut microbiota in chronic constipation, the mechanism of which affecting gastrointestinal motility, the interaction between microbiota and motility, and the efficacy of probiotics for clarifying the effect of gut microbiota on chronic constipation and guiding the clinical treatment.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the difference of clinical characteristics and treatment outcome between pituitary apoplexy with and without inducing factors. Methods The clinical characteristics and treatment outcome between 12 pituitary apoplexy with inducing factors and 30 pituitary apoplexy without ones. Results Compared with the patients of pituitary apoplexy without inducing factors, the patients of pituitary apoplexy with inducing factors more frequently occurred visual dysfunction(P=0.020) and visual field defection(P=0.046), and the diagnosis of pituitary apoplexy was also delayed in the latter (P=0.015). Conclusion Inducing factors of pituitary apoplexy often aggravated the apoplexy, delayed its diagnosis and treatment due to atypical clinical symptoms, and caused worse restoration of visual function. Headache patients with abrupt visual deterioration should be considered suffering from pituitary apoplexy.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(4):245-248
Gastrointestinal tract contains the most complicated microbial ecosystem of the human body, and balance of microbial ecosystem has been proved to play an important role in human health.Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is closely related to the esophageal, gastric and intestinal microecology. It has been revealed that alterations in gut microbial ecosystem may induce mucosal inflammation, relax lower esophageal sphincter (LES),increase intragastric pressure and delay gastric emptying via various pathways and subsequently cause or exacerbate gastroesophageal reflux. In this article, the advances in study on gut microbial ecosystem and GERD were reviewed.

Objective To evaluate the effect of enteral nutrition by a polymeric formula in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods Fifty-eight patients with SAP were randomly divided into polymeric group (29 cases) and semi-elemental group (29 cases),and the two groups of patients were treated in accordance with the conventional SAP management protocol, nasojejunal tube was endoscopically inserted for enteral nutrition. The polymeric group received enteral nutritional suspension (TPF),and the semi-elemental group received the same quantity of VIVONEX TEN.The gastrointestinal tolerance (VAS score),incidence of diarrhea,infection,28-day mortality rate, and length of hospital stay was evaluated.Nutritional parameters were evaluated by pre-albumin,albumin,alanine aminotransferase,C reactive protein at the time of admission and one week later. Results The two groups of patients were comparable in terms of VAS score, incidence of diarrhea,infection,28-day mortality rate, and length of hospital stay (P >0.05).And the levels of prealbumin, albumin, alanine aminotransferase,C reactive protein after admission were not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusions Compared with the semi-dement formula, the price of polymeric formula is cheap, configuration is convenint, enteral nutrition is well tolerated, and it is suitable for early enteral nutrition in SAP.

Objective To investigate the apoptosis mechanism induced by BH3 mimetic S1 in human leukemia cell line K562.Methods Cell viability was detected by XTT to S1 in leukemia cell line K562.K562 cells was incubated with S1 for different time, the apoptosis rate of K562 cells was determined by flow cytometry analysis.Caspase-3,-8,and-9 activities were measured by absorption spectra.Co-immunoprecipitation was used to analyze the releasing of bax,bak from bcl-2 and mcl-1.Results Compared with control group,a dose-dependent increase in apoptosis coincided with a dose-dependent decrease in cell viability following S1 treatment suggested that S1 inhibits cell proliferation through the induction of apoptosis. The IC50 value at 24 h for S1 was 13.5 μ mol/L.Exposure of K562 cells to S1 for 12 h resulted in a time-dependent increase in FITC-Annexin-positive/PI-negative early apoptotic cells. The strong increase of FITC Annexin/PI doublepositive cells after a 24 h treatment indicated a shift to late apoptosis.S1 activated Caspase-3 and-9,but not Caspase-8 indicated that S1 induced K562 cells apoptosis via the intrinsic pathway.K562 cells treated with 5 μmol/L of S1 showed a disruption in bcl-2/bax,mcl-1/bak complexes after 8 h S1 treatment. Conclusion The main mechanism that S1 induces K562 cells apoptosis might be through the inhibition of bcl-2/bax,mcl-1/bak complexes dissociation.
