1.Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital:A Retrospective Analysis of 340 Cases

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS: 340 ADR cases collected from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2008 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: Of the total 340 ADR cases,80 (23.53%) were collected from pharmacy department;63.83% occurred in patients aged from 21 to 60 years,with females showing higher proportion than males;83.24% were induced intravenously,48.08% were induced by anti-infective drugs,of which,cephalosprins and quinolones took the lead. 38.05% of the ADR manifested as lesion of skin and its appendants. CONCLUSION: ADR monitoring should be strengthened in clinic;furthermore,the quality of ADR reporting should be improved and the use of drugs should be rationally in a standard way so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
2.Improvement Effect of Prostatitis Capsule on Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis Model Rats

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the improvement effect of Prostatitis capsule on chronic non-bacterial prostatitis(CNP) model rats. METHODS:60 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (distilled water),model group (distilled wa-ter),Pule'an tablet group(positive control,2 g/kg)and Prostatitis capsule high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose groups(16,8,4 g/kg). Except for sham operation group,other 5 groups were injected Xiaozhiling injection 0.2 mL to reduce CNP model. After 7 d of modeling,they received related medicines,ig,once a day,for 45 d. After 24 h of last administration,prostate lesions were ob-served by eyes and wet quality was weighed. White blood cell(WBC)count and lecithin body(SPL)count were conducted under microscope,and prostate tissue slices were pathologically observed. RESULTS:Compared with sham operation group,prostate showed gray nodules,adhesion in glands and surrounding tissue;wet quality of prostate and WBC,SPL count in prostate tissue were significantly increased(P<0.01);under microscope,there were significant congestion,edema and a variety of inflammatory cell infiltration in prostate interstitial. Compared with model group,gray nodules in prostate in Pule'an tablet group and Prostatitis capsule group were reduced,as well as adhesion degree in prostate and surrounding tissue;wet quality of prostate and WBC,SPL count in prostate tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.01);pathological changes had improved to varying degrees under micro-scope,especially the changes in Prostatitis capsule high-dose group,and prostate tissue only showed mild congestion,edema and little inflammatory cell infiltration. CONCLUSIONS:Prostatitis capsule has a certain improvement effect on CNP model rats.
3.Study on Quality Standard of Prostatitis Capsules

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Prostatitis capsules. METHODS:TLC method was performed to qualitatively identify Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Acortw tatarinowii,Sargentodoxa cuneata,Rubia cordifolia and Vaccaria segeta-lis in the preparation. HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of leonurine in the preparation. The determination was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.025 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phos-phate(pH adjusted to 2.5)(24 : 76,V/V)with phosphoric acidat the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 277 nm,and column temperature was 30 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. RESULTS:The TLC spots of P. heterophylla,A. tatari-nowii,S. cuneate,R. cordifolia,and V. segetalis were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control. The lin-ear range of leonurine were 4.05-81.00 μg/mL(r=0.9999). RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0%. The recovery was 98.47%-103.83%(RSD=2.04%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:Established standard can be used for quali-ty control of Prostatitis capsules.
4.Analysis on the Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection in Our Hospital During 2005~2009

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injection in our hospital from 2005 to 2009.METHODS:The utilization of TCM injection used in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS:The mean annual incremental rate of the consumption sum of TCM injection in our hospital reached 24.89%.TCM injection for blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving dominated the first places in the lists of consumption sum and DDD for 5 years.TCM injection for anti-tumor took up the leading place in the list of DDC.More than 80% of TCM injection were medica1 insurance drug and new rural cooperative medicare drugs.CONCLUSION:The utilization of TCM injection in our hospital is reasonable and increase year by year.TCM injection with suitable price and extract efficacy take up a big proportion in the clinical application.It should be strengthened to adopt TCM injection reasonably.
5.Correlation Between Sleep Status and TCM Constitution Types in Escort Troops

Objective To explore the correlation between TCM constitution and sleep status in escort troops. Methods Standardized TCM Constitution Questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used to investigate escort troops. Factors of PSQI and constitution types were analyzed. Results The results of PSQI showed the number of escort troops who had bad sleeping (PSQI>7) was 64, which accounted for 46%of the escort troops, among which, 45 people (70.3%) were justified as biased constitution, while 19 were normal constitution (29.7%). The top three biased constitution in bad sleeping were:qi deficiency, phlegm-dampness and dampness-heat. PSQI factors such as sleep disorder, daytime dysfunction and total score had positive correlation with qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, dampness-heat and blood stasis, and negative correlation with normal constitution. Conclusion Sleep condition of escort troops has correlation with TCM constitution, which indicates that sleep status could be improved by regulating TCM constitution.
6.Clinical Diagnostic and Prognostic Value of Serum CCL11 and IRF5 Level Testing in Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis Patients

Objective To explore the diagnostic and prognostic value of combined detection of serum CC chemokine ligand 11(CCL11)and interferon regulatory factor 5(IRF5)levels for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC).Methods A total of 115 children with NEC who visited Zhangjiakou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to May 2023 were collected as the study group,and 92 healthy newborns during the same period were selected as the control group.After 30 days of treatment,these patients were grouped into a survival group(n=89)and a death group(n=26)based on their survival status.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method was applied to detect the levels of serum CCL11 and IRF5 in each group.Clinical data of children in the survival and death groups were collected and compared,and multivariate Logistic regression was applied to analyze the influencing factors of neonatal NEC occurrence.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of serum CCL11 and IRF5 levels for neonatal NEC.Results Compared with the control group,the serum CCL11 level(1.41±0.62 pg/ml vs 0.79±0.28 pg/ml)and IRF5 level(5.34±2.16 pg/ml vs 3.29±1.43 pg/ml)in the study group were increased,and the differences were significant(t=8.891,7.831,all P<0.001).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined diagnosis of two for neonatal NEC was 0.898,with a sensitivity of 86.96%,and the combination of the two was superior to the diagnosis of CCL11 and IRF5 alone(Z=2.747,2.921,P=0.006,0.004).Compared with the survival group,the percentage of children with NEC in the death group with Bell stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ(76.92%vs 42.70%),the percentage of children with feeding mode of formula feeding(61.54%vs 24.72%),percentage with respiratory failure(34.62%vs 13.48%),treatment by surgery(53.85%vs 38.09%)were higher(x2=9.429,13.596,4.688,5.956),but the birth weights(1.71±0.23kg vs 1.83±0.26 kg)was lower(t=2.122),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the survival group,serum CCL11 levels(2.14±1.23 pg/ml vs 1.20±0.44 pg/ml)and IRF5 levels(8.63±3.84 pg/ml vs 4.38±1.67 pg/ml)were higher in children with NEC in the death group,and the differences were significant(t=6.052,8.178,all P<0.001).Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that Bell staging for stage Ⅱ to Ⅲ(OR=1.725,95%CI=1.186~2.508),formula feeding(OR=1.429,95%CI=1.018~2.006),respiratory failure(OR=1.652,95%CI:1.121~2.435),CCL11(OR=1.641,95%CI=1.056~2.551)and IRF5(OR=1.646,95%CI=1.082~2.504)were risk factors for death in children with NEC(all P<0.05).The AUCs of predicting the prognosis and death of NEC children with serum CCL11 and IRF5 levels alone and combination were 0.828,0.784 and 0.928,respectively,and the combination of the two was better than their respective independent predictions(Z=2.028,2.235,P=0.043,0.025).Conclusion The serum levels of CCL11 and IRF5 in NEC children are greatly elevated,and the increases in their serum levels are risk factors for death in NEC patients.Combined detection of serum CCL11 and IRF5 levels can have high diagnostic and prognostic value for neonatal NEC.
