Objective:
To investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practice of AIDS control knowledge among students in a university in Hangzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for evaluating the effectiveness of AIDS control in universities.
Methods:
The knowledge, attitudes and practice towards AIDS control were investigated among students in a university in Hangzhou City using self-designed questionnaires in 2020, and were descriptively analyzed.
Results:
Totally 6 300 questionnaires were allocated, and 6 164 valid ones were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 97.84%. The respondents included 2 837 male students ( 46.03% ) and 3 327 female students ( 53.97% ), and had a mean age of ( 18.20±0.76 ) years. The overall awareness of AIDS control knowledge was 73.49%. The awareness rates of “The rights of marriage, employment and school admission are protected among HIV-infected individuals by Chinese laws” ( 61.11% ) and “Homosexual contact in men is the current main transmission pattern among young students in China” ( 66.37% ) were relatively low. There were 768 university students with a history of sexual behaviors ( 12.46% ), and regular sex partners were the predominant sex partners at the first sexual contact ( 679 students, 90.78% ) and at the sexual behaviors during the past one year ( 402 students, 71.91% ). There were 515 students (67.14%) using condoms during the first sexual contact, and there were 300 ( 63.83% ) and 16 students ( 40.00% ) using condoms with regular and casual sex partners during the past one year, respectively. Among 20 men who had sex with men, only 5 students ( 25.00% ) used condoms at each sexual contact. Of students with sexual behaviors, there were 355 (46.22%) and 354 ( 46.09% ) students that considered to be infected with AIDS and other sex-transmitted diseases, and among the university students with sexual behaviors, there were 614 ( 79.95% ) students that were willing to receive HIV testing, and 409 ( 53.26% ) and 305 ( 39.71% ) students that were willing to receive HIV testing in hospitals and disease control and prevention institutions, respectively.
Conclusions
The awareness of AIDS control knowledge is low among students in the university in Hangzhou City, which does not reach the national goal of supervision and assessment for AIDS control in China. There are high-risk sexual behaviors and the rate of condom use is low.

Objective To investigate the effect of coenzyme complex on the cardiac and renal functions of patients with type 2 cardiorenal syndrome. Methods Sixty-two patients with type 2 cardiorenal syndrome were enrolled in from June 2013 to December 2014 in Zhujiang Hospital , Southern Medical University. These patients divided were into routine group (n = 31) and coenzyme complex (n = 31). The therapy scheme of coenzyme complex group was on the basis of routine group with coenzyme complex intravenous drip , 400 U/day for 2 weeks. The cardiac function was determined by New York Heart Function Assessment, and the cardiac ultrasound, the levels of BNP. The renal function was determined by serum creatinine and urine volume. Results Compared with routine group, the rates of NYHA Ⅲ and Ⅳ were reduced, the LVEF levels were increased and the levels of BNP were increased (P < 0.05). The serum creatinine was decreased and urine volume were increased in the coenzyme complex group (P<0.05). Conclusion Coenzyme complex could improve the cardiac and renal functions of the patients with type 2 cardiorenal syndrome.

Objective To investigate the peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) for the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) .Methods A total of 247 patients with suspected ACS and chest pain ,including 51 cases with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) ,42 cases with acute non‐ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) , 87 cases with unstable angina pectoris(UA) and 67 cases with non‐cardiogenic chest pain(NCCP)were enrolled and detected for white blood cells count and classification .The sensitivity ,specificity ,positive predictive value ,negative predictive value ,receiver op‐erating characteristic(ROC) curve of NLR were analyzed .Results Among all patients ,the most common was UA ,followed by NC‐CP ,STEMI and NSTEMI .Level of neutrophil proportion and white blood cell count were lowest in NCCP group ,followed by UA , NSTEMI and STEMI group ,but lymphocyte proportion was with the opposite change tendency .Diagnostic sensitivity ,specificity , accuracy ,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of NLR for ACS were higher than white blood cell count .Conclusion NLR was with various advantages for the early diagnosis ,prognosis evaluation and state of ACS .

To optimize the configuration of the conventional SE and FSE sequence parameters in low field MRI. With the combination of larger vision, relatively thinner slice thickness, small number of excitation (NEX = 1 or 2), the signal-to-noise ration and the spatial resolution on follow-up images are moderate, the scan time is significantly shorter along with fewer motion artifacts, the check success rate is improved.
