The paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of citation retrieval work, puts forward the design principle, overall structure and function of cited references integration tools, demonstrates the key technologies of system realization.An integrated retrieval platform for online literature citations is constructed for the following functions:one-stop retrieval of various citation databases, automatic removal of duplications, so as to reduce the burden of staffs and improve efficiency effectively.

Objective To evaluate the effect of surface electromyography (sEMG) applied bilaterally to the limbs in the rehabilitation of motor dysfunction among stroke survivors.Methods Sixty stroke survivors were randomized into a bilateral group (n =30) and a control group (n =30).Both groups received routine rehabilitation for 4 weeks,but the bilateral group accepted additional limb rehabilitation training for the uninjured side.Before and after the intervention,motor function was assessed using sEMG during maximal voluntary contraction of the deltoid,biceps,triceps,rectus femoris,biceps femoris and tibialis anterior muscles.Integrated EMG (iEMG) and root mean square (RMS) values were computed.Results Before the training there was no significant difference in any of the measurements between the two groups.After the training both groups had significantly improved the average strength of their maximum contractions and their average iEMG and RMS values.The bilateral group,though,demonstrated significantly better results than the control group.Conclusion Bilateral limb rehabilitation training is superior to the conventional unilateral procedure in improving the motor function of stroke survivors.

After an overall introduction of the novel functions of the CMCI institutional knowledge version developed by Medical Library of Chinese PLA , its coverage of institutions, authors, funds, journals and literature was de-scribed in terms of RDE semantics.The contents in literature were mined and analyzed in depth based on the litera-ture-marked information with the institutions database, funds database, journals database and literature database as their cores, the association of information resources in biomedical field was thus realized.The CMCI institutional knowledge version can be used to search published papers and citations, write citation reports, enforce bibliometric visualization analysis, issue different top-ranked statistical data, push associated information, increase institutional literature management modules, and provide personal literature management and assessment service for different in-stitutions.

Objective To analyze the influence of human papilloma virus (HPV) infection on puerperas and fetus in pregnant women.Methods A total of 116 pregnant women with infection of human papilloma virus were selected as experimental group,while 116 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.Parturient in amniotic fluid,placenta and fetal umbilical venous blood,oropharyngeal secretion and vulva secretion of HPV were detected,and maternal HPV infection type was analyzed.After one year of follow up,the effect of HPV infection on maternal and fetal were observed.Results In the experimental group,single HPV infection and high-risk HPV infection were the main types,and the proportions were 66.38％ and 76.72％ respectively.The risk factors of HPV infection were cervical abnormality and cytology examination.There were no significant differences in the mode of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and fetal growth restriction (P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the HPV positive rates in the amniotic fluid,placenta and umbilical venous blood,oropharynx,vulva secretion or wrapping secretion between fetus with normal vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery (P ＞ 0.05).The infection rate of fetal HPV was 24.14％.Conclusion Single type HPV infection and high risk type HPV infection are the main types in pregnant women with HPV infection.

Objective To investigate whether the clinical and pathological injury of kidney in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients with hypertension is associated with circadian blood pressure rhythm change, particularly with elevated nocturnal blood pressure (BP). Methods This study was a retrospective cross-sectional study. Clinic and renal histopathological injury data were obtained from 83 IgAN patients with hypertension. First, 24 h ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM) data were analyzed. Second, all these IgAN patients were divided into two groups, elevated nocturnal BP group and nocturnal normotensive BP group, and the clinical and pathological differences between this two groups were analyzed. Third, logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of renal tubulointerstitial injury in IgAN patients with hypertension. At last, all these IgAN patients were divided into two groups according to the level of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), group of patients with eGFR≥60 ml·min-1·(1.73 m2)-1 and the other group with eGFR<60 ml·min-1·(1.73 m2)-1, and the 24 h ABPM data were compared. Results (1) The proportion of non-dipper circadian rhythm of BP in IgAN patients with hypertension was 79.5％. (2) Compared with nocturnal normotensive BP group, patients in elevated nocturnal BP group had significantly higher levels of 24-hour urinary protein quantity and blood uric acid (both P<0.05), and lower eGFR and urine osmotic pressure clinically (both P<0.05). Index of interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy was significantly higher in nocturnal normotensive BP group (P<0.05), while the proportion of glomerular ischemia lesion was not significantly different between two groups. (3) Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that elevated nocturnal BP was an independent risk factor for severe tubulointerstitial injury of IgAN (OR=1.113, 95％CI 1.038-1.192, P=0.002). (4) Compared with the group of eGFR≥60 ml·min-1·(1.73 m2)-1, 24-hour systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), daytime SBP and DBP, nocturnal SBP and DBP were significantly higher in group of eGFR<60 ml·min-1·(1.73 m2)-1 (all P<0.05). Conclusion The proportion of non-dipper circadian rhythm of BP in IgAN patients with hypertension is as high as 79.5％. Elevated nocturnal BP is associated with the severity of renal damage, and elevated nocturnal BP is an independent risk factor for severe tubulointerstitial injury in IgAN patients with hypertension. Therefore, 24 h ABPM should be emphasized, and elevated nocturnal BP should be well controlled to slow the progression of IgAN.

Objective:To observe any effect of virtual reality (VR) training on the cognitive functioning and functional fitness of nursing home residents with subjective cognitive decline (SCD).Methods:Fifty-six of such residents were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 28. Both groups received health education and routine care, but the observation group was additionally provided with 45 minutes of VR training three times a week for 6 months. The training included Baduanjin, magic, flying bird, supermarket shopping, gravity ball and gym episodes. Both groups′ cognition was evaluated using the subjective cognitive decline questionnaire (SCD-Q), the Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA), the Rivermead Behavioural Memory Test (second edition) (RBMT-Ⅱ), a digit symbol substitution test (DSST), an animal fluency test (AFT) and trail-making test A-B (TMT A-B). Functional fitness was quantified using the 8-foot up-and-go test (8UGT), a 30-second arm curl test (30sACT), a 30-second chair stand test (30sCST), a back scratching test (BST), the sit-and-reach test (CSRT) and a 2-minute step test (2MST) before and after the 6-month intervention.Results:After the intervention, the average SCD-Q, MoCA, RBMT-Ⅱ, DSST, TMT-A, and TMT-B scores of the observation group were significantly better than before the intervention, and significantly better than the control group′s averages. And except for the back scratching their functional results were also significantly better, on average, than those of the control group.Conclusions:VR training can effectively improve the cognition and functional fitness of nur-sing home residents with SCD. Such training is worthy of promotion and wider application in nursing homes.
