In the load capacity test of CT diagnosis table top, by analyzing the easy destroy area and related test data for the table top, using a simple mechanical auxiliary support structure in local area of the table top to solve the insufficient loading strength problem of table top and obtain significant results during the actual product usage.

This article describes a phantom holder in CT couch which adjusted easily and accurately, installed easily. The holder mainly include removing and locking equipment between phantom holder and table top, move horizontally equipment between left and right, rotating equipment between left and right. After holder and table top fixed one part, holder with phantom can move horizontally, front and back, rotate between left and right in a small angle, in order to make operator test phantoms accurately and easily. At the same time, this phantom holder realized free adjustment after first adjustments, which shortened operator work time.

Objective To study the effect of Xinji Huoliyin on the apoptosis of myocardial cell and apoptosis-related gene expression of experimental dilated cardiomyopathy rats, and explore its mechanism. Methods Sixty animals were randomly divided into 6 groups. Dilated cardiomyopathy model was made by injecting adriamycin. Experimental rats were given Xinji Huoliyin and Huangqi Shengmaiyin respectively. The genic expression of p53 and Fas was tested by S-P immunohistochemistry technique after 4 weeks. Objective:To explore the role of osteopotin in lupus nephritis (LN).Methods:Sera osteopotin( OPN )levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 90 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),15 non-SLE patients with renal impairment,and 30 healthy volunteers.OPN mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was also investigated with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction semi-quantitative method.Results:The expression of OPN was significantly higher in active LN groups than in all other groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PBMCs OPN mRNA is up regulation in active SLE.Meanwhile,its expression levels are correlated with the activity of LN.

Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and long-term survival in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted in 1124 patients with completed data among 1528 hospitalized patients with COPD.Vital status was ascertained at death registry and civil affairs department.Clinical characteristics were acquired from medical record.Patients were divided into 4 groups according to the quartile of BMI:BMI＜18.9 kg/m2 (group A),BMI from 18.9 kg/m2to 22.7 kg/m2 (group B),BMI from 22.8 kg/m2 to 26.2 kg/m2 (group C),BMI＞26.2 kg/m2 (group D).The differences in survival curves were compared between groups by using log-rank test.The relationship between all-cause mortality and BMI was evaluated by Cox proportional hazards regression model.Results The median BMI of 1124 patients was 22.7 kg/m2 [(18.9-26.2) kg/m2].270 patients (24.0％) had BMI＜18.5 kg/m2.162 patients (14.4％) died during follow-up.There was significant difference in the survival curves in the four groups (x2 =7.97,P＜0.05).Survival rate was highest in group C and lowest in group A.After adjustment for other factors,BMI was an independent risk factor for predicting long-term survival.The survival rate was respectively decreased by 41 ％ and 35 ％ in group C and D as compared with group A.Conclusions Weight loss is comman in COPD patients.BMI is an independent risk factor for predicting long-term survival.BMI is easily acquired and stable,which is especially suitable to evaluate the prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expressions CyclinD1 and nm23H1 and the response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in cervical carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with cervical cancer were enrolled in this study. These patient were randomly divided into two groups. The observed group were treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical hyterectomy and lymphonectomy. The other 50 cases were treated by operation as control group. The expression of CyclinD1 and nm23H1 were examined by immunohistochemistry using post-operation specimens. Results The total response rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 75 %( CR+PR). The expression rate of CyclinD1 was 76 % in experimental group, and 54 % in control group(P 0.05). Conclusion The neoadjuvant chemotherapy was helpful for the patients with local advanced stage of cervical carcinoma. CyclinD1 may be one of the path of NACT, but nm23H1 may not related to NACT.

Objective:To determine the relationship among tumor malignancy, invasion, and plasma D-dimer (DD) levels via a retrospective analysis of the correlation between preoperative plasma DD levels and postoperative pathology parameters in esophageal cancer patients. Methods:A total of 101 esophageal cancer patients without coagulation among preoperative plasma DD levels and postoperative pathology parameters in esophageal cancer patients who underwent radical operation between January 2009 to April 2010 were enrolled. The preoperative plasma DD levels, postoperative pathology T, N Grade, number of metastatic lymph nodes, tumor posi-tion, tumor length, and TNM stage were recorded. A statistic analysis of the above parameters was performed to reveal the correlation between plasma DD levels and tumor pathology features. Results:Preoperative plasma DD level has no correlation with Grade and tu-mor length, but shows positive correlation with pathology T, N status, and TNM stage, and has strong positive correlation with numbers of metastatic nodes. In addition, lower-third thoracic esophageal cancer patients have higher DD level than middle-third thoracic cases. Conclusion:Plasma DD level has a positive correlation with T stage, N stage, TNM stage, and number of positive lymph nodes. It also has important clinical significance.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of SalB on bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) apoptosis induced by hypoxia and serum deprivation (hypoxia/SD) in the vitro. Methods BMSCs were cultured in the vitro and randomly divided into control group, hypoxia/SD group and SalB group.SalB group was composed by four groups and were pretreated by complete medium with 0.1、 1、 10、 100 mg/L SalB for 1 hour. And after that they were washed with phosphate buffer for 2 times, added by IMDM with 0.1、1、 10、 100 mg/L SalB and cultured with hypoxia/SD group together in the same condition of hypoxia/SD for 6hours. The control group was cultured for 6 hours in the condition of aerobic and enough serum. Apoptosis was detected by Hoechst33342 staining with inverted phase contrast, fluorescence microscope and Annexin V/PI dual-color flow cytometry. Results Significant apoptosis of BMSCs was induced by hypoxia/SD in the vitro.The early apoptosis of BMSCs induced by hypoxia/SD was significantly decreased by SalB of 0.1、 1、 10 mg/L(P＜0.05) . Conclusion0.1、 1、 10 mg/L SalB can decrease the early apoptosis of BMSCs induced by hypoxia/SD.

Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin (IL)-18 and podocyte injury of lupus nephritis (LN). Methods Sixty cases of biopsy proven LN patients were enrolled into the study. Thirty cases were selected as controls. The clinical and pathological data, blood and urine samples and renal tissues were collected. The Nephrin expression was detected by immunohistochemical method and IL-18 was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The relationship between IL-18 and the Nephrin expression, clinical and pathological indicators of LN were analyzed. Results Thirty-eight cases were in active disease and 22 cases were in inactive disease in LN group according to SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) 2000. One-way ANOVA showed that the level of plasma and urine IL-18 in the LN groups were higher than those in the control group [(200±38) ng/ml, (18±5) ng/ml] (F=110.84, 203.09, P<0.01). Plasma and urine IL-18 level in active LN group [(565 ±128) ng/ml, (200 ±47) ng/ml] was higher than that in the inactive group [(376 ±106) ng/ml, (67 ±22) ng/ml] (P<0.01), the level of IL-18 of type Ⅳ LN was significantly higher than that of typeⅢand type Ⅴ LN (P<0.01). The expression level of Nephrin in LN groups were lower than those in healthy control group (0.28±0.02)(F=136.39, P<0.01). The expression level of Nephrin in active LN group (0.13±0.03) was lower than that in the inactive group (0.18±0.02) (P<0.01), the level of typeⅣLN Nephrin was significantly 01). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that, compared with plasma IL-18, urine IL-18 level in the LN group was not only negatively correlated with the level of Nephrin and serum C3 (r=-0.780, -0.565, P<0.05), but positively correlated with 24 h UP, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), SLEDAI and GAI (r=0.546, 0.467, 0.599, 0.634, P<0.05). Serum IL-8 level was independent of albumin (ALB), C4, C reactive protein (CRP) and CI (P>0.05), and was negatively correlated with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) (r=-0.562, P<0.05). It was positively correlated with serum creatinin, blood urea nitrogen, AI, TLAI and inflammatory cell infiltration (r=0.529, 0.482, 0.665, 0.690, 0.671, P<0.05). Conclusion IL-18 has a very close relationship with podocyte injury in patients with LN, and the uIL-18 can be a potential non-invasive detection method to monitor podocyte injury in LN patients.
