BFU-E growth is enhanced significantly after addition of either non-stimulated or LPS-stimulated peritoneal macrophage culture supernatants. This supernatant shows positive and negative control on the growth of CFU-E and CFU-GM, low concentration supernatant shows promoting activity and high concentration supernatant presents inhibition. The LPS-stimulated supernatant shows much stronger promoting activities than non-stimulated supernatant. This supernatant has no obviously action on the proliferation of CFU-S. The mechanism of the regulation of mouse hemopoiesis by the conditioned media of the peritoneal macrophage is discussed. Our results show that this supernatant of cultured peritoneal macrophages may contain EPO-like, BPA-like and CSF-GM-like factors.

Objective To investigate the effect on thyrotropin (TSH) levels of pregnant women and their newborns in different delivery ways. Methods The serum TSH levels of 213 pregnant women and the umbilical cord blood TSH levels of their newborns (140 cases from normal vaginal delivery, 38 cases from cesarean section, 35 cases from low forceps delivery) were tested by immunoradiometric assay. Urinary iodine was detected from pregnant women before delivery. Recently, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) researches on diabetic peripheral neuropathy made great progress. It is found that theetiology and pathogenesis was the deficiency in origin and the ecessive in superficialty. The deficiencyincluded Yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, deficiency of both Qi and Yin, Yang deficiency, while the ecessive in superficialty included blood stasis, stasis of phlegm and blood. Thus, the principles of treatment were supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, warming Yang, promoting blood and removing blood stasis, and smooth Luo, all of which showed the characteristics of TCM treatment were combination of inside and outside, and multi-target effects. This paper reviewed the progress of clinical and experimental studies on the TCM for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Objective: To investigate the effects of exenatide on body weight, blood glucose, blood lipids and proteinuria in obese and overweight young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes to provide reference for better controlling the macro-vascular and micro-vascular complications in the patients.Methods: Totally 60 obese and overweight young and middle-aged patients with poorly controlled type 2 diabetes were chosen and randomly divided into exenatide group and novolin N group with 30 ones in each.The patients maintained the previous oral hypoglycemic drugs, and exenatide group was treated with exenatide, Novolin N group was treated with protamine biosynthetie human insulin(NovolinN), and the treatment course was 3 months.The body weight, BMI, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C), fasting C-peptide (FCP), 2-hour postprandial C-peptide (2hCP), blood lipids, plasma homocysteine (HCY) and urine microalbumin (UMA) were compared before and after the treatment.Results: After 3 month treatment,the FPG,zhpG and HbAlc were significantly decreased both in exenatide group and NwoCinN group(P<0.05),and were no significant differences.were found in these parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).In exenatide group, the levels of FCP and 2hCP were higher than those before the treatment (P<0.05), and the body weight, BMI, TG and UMA were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.05).However, in Novolin N group, all the above-mentioned indices were not significantly changed after the treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion: Exenatide can effectively control blood glucose, improve β-cell function, reduce body weight, lower blood lipids and decrease urine protein.

Based on the treatment for deficiency,Tongluo drugs were added and they made good curative effect. Recently the TCM researches on it have been deepened in the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, experimental and clinical research, which showed some new under standings. [ABSTRACT]OBJECTIVETo analyse the levels of serum IGF-1、IGFBP-3 in children with obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome (OSAHS).METHODS50 children with OSAHS and 10 healthy children were enrolled in this study. According to the respiratory disturbance index (AHI). Serum IGF-1、IGFBP-3 of children were determined and the results were analyze.RESULTSSerum level of IGF-1 had significant statistical differences between severe OSAHS group and controls (t=4.275,P<0.05). Serum level of IGFBP-3 had no significant statistical differences between OSAHS children and controls (P>0.05). Serum IGF-1 of severe OSAHS children was negatively correlated with AHI (r=-0.505,P<0.05). Serum level of IGF-1 in moderate and severe OSAHS children were positively correlated with lowest average blood oxygen saturation (r=0.61, 0.553,P<0.05). Serum level of IGF-1 in OSAHS children had no significant correlation with SWS sleep (P>0.05). Serum level of IGFBP-3 in OSAHS children had no significant correlation with AHI, lowest average blood oxygen saturation and SWS sleep (P>0.05).CONCLUSION Serum levels of IGF-1 in children are more easily affected by OSAHS than serum level of IGFBP-3. Growth retardation of children with OSAHS may be related to the decrease of IGF-1 concentration.

Objective To assess follow-up work status for the patients with breast cancer and analyze the impact factor of the follow-up rate.Methods 331 female patients with complete clinical data in diagnosis and treatment with breast cancer from December 2006 to November 2008 in Shanxi Cancer Hospital were follow-up investigated by telephone.With Logistic regression method,the analysis was preformed on the impact related factors of follow-up effect.Results Telephone follow-up rate was 82.8 ％ (274/331).There was significant difference on the long-term residence between follow-up group and missing group (Fisher exact probability method,P =0.045),the results of regression analysis showed that follow-up results were influenced by the patient's occupation (β=-0.279,s-x =0.116,Wald =5.806,P =0.016,OR =0.757,95 ％ CI 0.603-0.949).Conclusion The telephone investigation for breast cancer patients is an important way for postoperative follow-up.The occupation of patient might influence the investigate results.

Objective:To investigate the changes of natural killer (NK) cells, natural killer T (NKT) cells and T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood after nanosecond pulse ablation of hepatic vesicular hydatid in rats with different energy levels.Methods:A total of 32 SD rats were randomly divided into hepatic vesicular hydatid model group, low voltage group (1 000 V), medium voltage group (1 500 V) and high voltage group (2 000 V). The hydatid model of rats was established by selective injection of 100 μl of echinococcosis head suspension with concentration of 500/100 μl into the left hepatic portal vein in all the 4 groups. After 3 months, nanosecond pulse therapy was applied to the left lobe vesicular hydatid lesions in the low voltage group, medium voltage group and high voltage group. On the third day after treatment, flow detector was used to calculate the ratio of CD 4+ T to CD 8+ T in peripheral blood of four groups by CD 3+ T, CD 4+ T, CD 8+ T, NK cells and NKT cells. Results:CD 3+ T was expressed in the high voltage group with (62.08±2.75)%, the medium voltage group with (63.84±7.73)%, the low voltage group with (55.19±8.55)% and the control group with (54.76±8.28)% ( P<0.05). CD 4+ T number was larger in high voltage group (43.7±6.51)% than medium voltage group (38.82±5.47)%, low voltage group (37.31±6.96)% and model group (38.12±3.04)% ( P<0.05). CD 8+ T ratio in the high voltage group was (20.03±2.40)%, the medium voltage group was (21.22±1.74)%, the low voltage group was (19.00±3.06)%, and the model group (20.56±3.98)%, with no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05). NK cells ratio in high voltage group was (6.49±1.60)%, medium voltage group was (3.02±0.32)%, low voltage group was (3.42±0.91)% and model group was (3.44±0.55)% ( P<0.05). NKT cells ratio in high voltage group was (1.53±0.16)%, medium voltage group was (0.82±0.09)%, in low voltage group was (0.70±0.17)% and model group (0.78±0.10)% ( P<0.05). CD 4+ T/CD 8+ T high voltage group was (2.26±0.65), medium voltage group was (1.90±0.40), low voltage group was (1.98±0.37) and model group was (2.06±0.35) ( P<0.05). Conclusion:High voltage (2 000 V) increased number of T, NK and NKT cells in peripheral blood compared with medium voltage (1 500 V) and low voltage (1 000 V), which may be the immune response of the body caused by nanosecond pulse ablation of hepatic vesicular hydatid in rats.

Objective:To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery for hepatic cysticercosis.Methods:Search the literature from February 2010 to February 2020 on literature platforms such as Wanfang Data, VIP, CNKI, Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, etc. the key words were "肝囊型包虫病" , "细粒棘球蚴" , "手术" , "开腹手术" , "腹腔镜" , "微创手术" , " echinococcosis " , " liver or hepatic " , " laparoscopic or minimal invasive " . Data on intraoperative indicators (e.g., operation time, bleeding volume), postoperative complications, hospital stay, recurrence rate, etc. in the literature included in the study were extracted and meta-analyzed.Results:A total of 9 articles were included, including 2 prospective studies and 7 retrospective case-control studies. A total of 1031 patients were enrolled, including 272 in the laparoscopic group and 759 in the laparotomy group. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the total postoperative complication rate in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the laparotomy group ( OR=1.64, 95% CI: 1.10-2.45, P<0.05). Incision-related complications in the laparoscopy group and laparotomy group the difference was statistically significant ( OR=2.81, 95% CI: 1.03-7.70, P<0.05), and the hospital stay in the laparoscopic group was shorter ( SMD=1.21, 95% CI: 0.47-1.96, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time, postoperative bile leakage, residual cavity infection and effusion, and postoperative recurrence rate ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Under the premise of strictly grasping the indication of laparoscopic surgery, the incidence of complications after laparoscopic surgery is low, the hospitalization time is short.
