Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever in Shenz-hen city in 2014 and to analyze the evolutional characteristics of the epidemic dengue virus(DENV)strains in order to provide scientific guidelines for the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods Descrip-tive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the prevalence of dengue fever in Shenzhen city in 2014. Immunochromatography and real-time PCR were performed to detect the specific antibodies(IgM and IgG) and DENV nucleic acids in serum samples collected from suspected cases of dengue fever. Serum samples collected from the patients at early stage of dengue fever were used to infect the C6 / 36 cell line for further isolation of DENV strains. The types of isolated DENV strains were determined by using real-time PCR. E genes of the isolated DENV strains were amplified by RT-PCR and then sequenced. DNAStar and Clustslx (1. 83)softwares were used to analyze the homology between DENV strains isolated in Shenzhen and other areas. A phylogenetic tree based on the sequences of E genes of Shenzhen strains and other sequences of DENV reference strains downloaded from GenBank was constructed for further analysis. Results A total of 454 cases of dengue fever were reported in Shenzhen in 2014 with a male to female ratio of 1. 43 ∶ 1. Local patients accounted for 76. 21% and the rest 23. 79% were imported cases mainly from Southeast Asian and surrounding cities. There were 441 cases reported from September to November, accounting for 97. 14% of all reported cases. Most of the infected subjects were aged 20 to 50,accounting for 76. 73% . Of the 270 samples positive for DENV nucleic acids, strains of DENV-1,DENV-2,DENV-3 and DENV-4 accounted for 87. 41% ,8. 89% ,0. 37% and 2. 22% ,respectively. The phylogenetic tree analysis revealed that the DENV-1 strains belonged to two genotypes, which were genotypeⅠ and genotype Ⅴ. The DENV strains of genotypeⅠ were highly similar to the epidemic strain isolated in Shenzhen in 2010 and the genotype Ⅴstrains were first reported in Shenzhen. The homology analysis of the nucleotides of E genes showed that mi-nor differences in the nucleotide sequences were found between DENV-2 strains. All of the DENV-2 strains belonged to the genotype Ⅳ as indicated by the phylogenic tree. Conclusion There were 454 cases of den-gue fever(including both local and imported cases)reported in Shenzhen city in 2014,reaching an all-time high. DENV-1 was the predominant pathogen in combination with an increased infection of DENV-2. This study indicated that the prevalent DENV strains might be imported from Southeast countries and neighboring cities. Further researches should be conducted to analyze whether dengue fever is endemic in Shenzhen City.

Objective:To explore the feasibility and application value of an automated method for generation of surgical records for resection of benign soft tissue tumor based on dense video descriptions. Methods:The Transformer deep learning model was used to establish an automated surgical record generation system to analyze the surgical videos of 30 patients with benign soft tissue tumor who had been admitted to Department of Orthopedics, Xijing Hospital, Air Force Military Medical University from September 2021 to August 2023. The patient data were randomly divided into training sets, validation sets, and test sets in a ratio of 8∶1∶1. In the test sets, 7 evaluation indexes, BLEU-1, BLEU-2, BLEU-3, BLEU-4, Meteor, Rouge, and CIDEr, were used to evaluate the text quality of surgical records generated by the model. The text of surgical records was compared with the classical algorithm, dense video captioning with paralled decoding (PDVC) in the field of video-intensive description. Results:The automated surgical record generation system running in the test sets showed the following: BLEU-1, BLEU-2, BLEU-3, BLEU-4, Rouge, Meteor, and CIDEr were 16.80, 15.23, 13.01, 11.68, 16.01, 12.67 and 62.30, respectively. The operation of the classical algorithm PDVC showed the following: BLEU-1, BLEU-2, BLEU-3, BLEU-4, Rouge, Meteor, and CIDEr were 15.63, 14.17, 11.90, 10.45, 12.97, 11.99 and 53.64, respectively. The automated surgical record generation system resulted in significant improvements compared with PDVC in all evaluation indexes. The BLEU-4, Rouge, Meteor, and CIDEr were improved by 1.23, 3.04, 0.68 and 8.66, respectively, demonstrating that the system proposed can better capture the key data in the video to help generate more effective text records. Conclusion:As the automated surgical record generation system shows good performance in generating surgical records for resection of benign soft tissue tumor based on intensive video descriptions, it can be applied in clinical practice.

Journal of Environmental and Occupational Medicine 2022;39(4):434-438
Background Certain metabolites are closely related to the occurrence and development of pulmonary fibrosis, and the related mechanism has not been fully elucidated. It is necessary to explore the trends of various metabolites and causes of pulmonary fibrosis. Objective To discuss the trends of publication and research hotspots of pulmonary fibrosis-related metabolites by bibliometrics. Methods With "pulmonary fibrosis" and "metabolites" in both Chinese and English as primary keywords, literature search was conducted through public online databases: PubMed, Web of Science, SinoMed, and CNKI. NoteExpress 3.0 and Excel 2019 were used to store and organize the collected literature. Analyses included publication year, number of papers, institution, country/region, and journal title. VOSviewer 1.6.10 was used for visual analysis. Keyword co-occurrence was analyzed by setting the minimum threshold for the occurrence of keywords to 5 times. Results The research on pulmonary fibrosis and associated metabolites in foreign language was earlier than that in Chinese language. Since the 1990s, the number of literature showed an increasing trend in both foreign and Chinese language literature. A total of 1 062 articles were published in foreign languages, of which 864 articles contained the authors’ address information. The authors in the United States published 340 articles, followed by China with 196 articles, and then Japan, Germany, and Italy. There were 728 relevant pieces of literature published in Chinese, 709 of which included the authors’ institution information and 350 institutions were involved. North China University of Science and Technology, Shanxi Medical University, Peking University, Zhengzhou University, China Medical University, and Soochow University were the top 6 by number of publication. A total of 255 Chinese journals published 728 Chinese articles, and among them 242 articles (33.24%) were published by 12 journals having published more than ten articles per journal. A total of 1062 articles were published in 609 foreign language journals, and among them 179 articles (16.85%) were published by 8 journals with more than 15 articles published by each journal. The results of keywords co-occurrence analysis suggested that pulmonary fibrosis in association with glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, nucleotide metabolism, and biological oxidation were the common themes studied at home and abroad. Conclusion The number of publications on pulmonary fibrosis and metabolites has been on the rise in recent years, and the research hotspots include glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, nucleotide metabolism, and biological oxidation.

The constitutive androstane receptor (CAR, NR3I1) belongs to nuclear receptor superfamily. It was reported that CAR agonist TCPOBOP induces hepatomegaly but the underlying mechanism remains largely unknown. Yes-associated protein (YAP) is a potent regulator of organ size. The aim of this study is to explore the role of YAP in CAR activation-induced hepatomegaly and liver regeneration. TCPOBOP-induced CAR activation on hepatomegaly and liver regeneration was evaluated in wild-type (WT) mice, liver-specific YAP-deficient mice, and partial hepatectomy (PHx) mice. The results demonstrate that TCPOBOP can increase the liver-to-body weight ratio in wild-type mice and PHx mice. Hepatocytes enlargement around central vein (CV) area was observed, meanwhile hepatocytes proliferation was promoted as evidenced by the increased number of KI67
