Objective To explore the influence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with coronary lesions to the ST segment resolution (STR) and clinical prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods 380 patients with AMI were detected twice each hour for the situation of STR,before and after coronary angiography and PCI.According to the STR,the patients were divided into STR (≥ 50%) group and no STR (< 50%) group. The relationship between STR and clinical prognosis of hospitalization or follow up were analyzed. Results The STR rate of patients with coronary multivessel disease or proximal lesions after PCI was lower than the rate of patients with coronary single vessel disease or distal lesions (P < 0.05).The incidence rate of major cardiac events and LVEDd during hospitalization in patients with proximal coronary lesions was obviously higher than patients with distal lesions, while LVEF was lower than distal lesions(P <0.01).It had no significant differences in LVEF,LVEDd between coronary multivessl disease and single vessel disease during follow up (P < 0.01).Conclusion It has significant relationship between coronary multivessel disease, proximal coronary,STR resolution in patients with AMI after PCI and the prognosis during hospitalization and follow up.

Objective To explore the relationship between ST-segment level,T-wave early inversion and patients' left ventricular function, prognosis specifically for ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction patients, which underwent emergency PCI.Methods 62 patients (M:40,F:22 ) with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into groups as follows:according to whether one hour ST segment's changes more than 50% after PCI,they were divided into group A and B:group A (PCI after one hour ST segment ≥50% ),group B (PCI ST segment after one hour <50% ).According to whether 24-hour T wave inversion after PCI,they were divided into group C and D:group C (24-hour T-wave inversion),group D (24 hours without T wave inversion). After six months, the different LVEF betweeen group A and B,C and D was observed. Results Of group A and group C,after 6 months, the left ventricular function recovery was better than that of group B and group D ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The analysis of ST segment and T wave are simple, practical and effective methods to predict myocardial reperfusion, especially for PCI therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.

Objective:To compare the accuracy of visual qualitative assessment and semi-quantitative analysis for 18F-florbetaben ( 18F-FBB) β-amyloid (Aβ) imaging in the diagnosis of Alzheimer′s disease (AD) and to explore their clinical application value. Methods:From January 2019 to October 2019, 17 patients (8 males, 9 females, age (74.1±8.5) years) with mild/moderate-stage clinically probable AD and 17 cognitive normal control (NC; 9 males, 8 females, age (64.5±6.3) years) were prospectively enrolled in this study. All patients underwent dynamic 18F-FBB PET/CT brain imaging in the Chinese PLA General Hospital. Visual qualitative assessment and semi-quantitative analysis methods were used to analyze PET brain imaging results. The difference of standardized uptake value ratio (SUVR) between the two methods was analyzed by using independent sample t test. The consistency of the two methods and clinical results was analyzed by Kappa test. The cut-off value of SUVR for the diagnosis of AD was determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results:The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of visual qualitative assessment to diagnose AD were 14/17, 16/17 and 88.2% (30/34). The global SUVR of NC and AD group were 1.09±0.85 and 1.75±0.25 ( t=-10.263, P<0.001), and the composite SUVR were 1.16±0.57 and 1.89±0.15 ( t=-10.789, P<0.001), respectively. The cut-off value of SUVR for the diagnosis of AD was 1.47, with the sensitivity of 15/17, the specificity of 16/17 and the accuracy of 91.2%(31/34). The visual qualitative assessment and semi-quantitative analysis had good consistency with clinical diagnosis results with Kappa value of 0.765 and 0.824 respectively (both P<0.001). Conclusion:The visual qualitative assessment and semi-quantitative analysis methods used in 18F-FBB Aβ imaging to diagnose AD patients show high accuracy and can provide effective value for clinical diagnosis, but the visual qualitative assessment method is concise and easy to grasp, which is worth further promotion and use in clinical.

Objective To explore different clinical and pathological features of thymomas with and without myasthenia gravis(MG),and accumulate the experience of perioperative managements. Methods Patients with thymoma admitted by our department between June 2010 and June 2016,were retrospectively reviewed. Results Of the 273 patieuts,150 were males and 143 were fenales(median age:48 years).115 of all patients(42.1%) were combined with paraneoplastic diseases. There was no mortality during perioperative period.Video-assisted Thoracoscopic surgery was successfully performed for 246 cases(90.1%).The female thymoma patients with with MG(TMG) were more than those without MG and thymic hyperplasia (53.0% VS 39.5%,P =0.036).Compared to the thymoma patients without MG and thymic hyperplasia, the TMG was associated with younger age of onset [(46.6 ± 12.9) years VS.(50.6 ± 14.32) years,P =0.026],longer hospital stay [(18.3 ± 9.4)days VS.(14.6 ±5.7) days,P =0.000],higher postoperative complications morbidity(22.0% VS.11.6%,P =0.027).Although the TMG has a lower recurrence rate, there was no significant difference between the two groups for recurrence rate(0 VS.2%,P =0.274).Conclusion Extended thymectomy should be recommended for thymoma and thymic hyperplasia whether combined with or without paraneoplastic diseases.
