Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of pancytopenic acute leukemia(PAL) and hyperleukocytic acute leukemia(HAL). Methods 183 patients with primary AL were analyzed retrospectively and divided into three groups according to patients' hemogram. Results Among these patients, 38 cases(20 8%) were PAL(group A), 42 cases(23 0%) were HAL(group B) and 103 cases(56 3%) were generic type(group C). 23 0% cases of acute myeloid leukemia(AML), 56 3% acute promyelocytic leukemia and 16 9% acute lymphoblastic leukemia( ALL) appeared PAL. The manifestations of group A were mainly milder infiltration of extra-bone marrow, more severe cytopenias. The early mortality, short and long-term effectiveness were similar to those of group C. 23 8% AML, 51 2% acute monoblastic leukemia and 18 6% ALL presented HAL. There were higher tumor burden, obviously infiltration of extra-bone marrow, higher early mortality, more refractory treatment, poorer prognosis in group B as compared with group A or C. Conclusions Pancytopenia or hyperleukocytosis were common manifestations in primary AL. It is important to understand these features of patients' hemogram for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of leukemia.

To study the bacteriostat, anti-inflammatory and relieving itching effects of Yinyanjing gel. Methods: A double dilution method was used to detect the in vitro bacteriostat effect of Yinyanjing gel. The therapeutic effects of Yinyanjing gel on bacterial vaginitis were observed in rats. The antipruritic effect of Yinyanjing gel was observed in guinea pigs. Results:MIC for Staphy-lococcus aureus was 47. 39 mg·ml-1 , and that for Escherichia coli was 189. 59 mg·ml-1 . The therapeutic effects of Yinyanjing gel on bacterial vaginitis were significant. Yinyanjing gel showed notable antipruritic effect on the itching induced by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs. Conclusion:Yinyanjing gel exhibits significant effects of bactriostasis,anti-inflammation and relieving itching.

Objective To explore the effect of health education through different postoperative follow-up method, including telephone、Email and QQ, on patients with indwelling D-J stents. Methods 319patients with indwelling D-J stents were divided into the control group(88 cases), the telephone group(89 cases), the Email group (70 cases) and the QQ group (72 cases). M1 patients received rourine health education during hospitalization and before discharge, the latter three groups received follow-up by telephone、Email and QQ after discharge respectively. The rehabilitation effect was observed in the four groups. Results The complication rates of the telephone group, the Email group and the QQ group was significantly less and the mastering of knowledge about prevention and handling of complication was better than the control group during the follow-up. Conclusions Different types of follow-up can be selected by patients according to their actual status. Decreasing complication rate, favorable social benefit and approval of the patients family members will be seen due to involvement of the patients family in health education.

Objective:To investigate the application value of Pelvic Inflammation No.1 formula of transdermal meridian point-targeted drug delivery therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat stasis type). Methods:All patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat stasis type)visited Danzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from August 2017 to March 2021 and were randomly grouped,57 patients in the control group were treated with simple Western medicine, and 57 patients in the observation group were combined with Pelvic Inflammation No.1 formula transdermal meridian target-ed transdermal medication, and the therapeutic efficacies were compared after 3 months of treatment. Results:After treatment, serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),D dimer(D-D),IL-6 and other indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and IL-10 was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the carbohydrate antigen CA125 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the CD4+/CD8+and CD4+cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the score of summary of health status surveys(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total score of TCM symptoms was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.49%(55/57),which was higher than 82.46%(46/57)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat stagnation type),combined with Pelvic Inflammation No.1 formula transdermal via acupoints targeted drug therapy can help to regu-late inflammatory factors, regulate immune function, and improve clinical efficacy.
