1.Analysis on the entrepreneurial environment of the students from traditional Chinese ;medicine college
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(5):394-396
Entrepreneurship of the students in TCM colleges can help alleviate the pressure of employment and take advantages of TCM to benefit the public, deepen medical reform, promote the heritage and develop the TCM culture. The influence of the environment could be throughout the whole process of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial environment of the students from TCM colleges were analyzed in the following three factors, such as family environment, school environment, and social environment. Only these three environment work together could help entrepreneurship go well. Thus, it is important to change the traditional concept, develop education system of entrepreneurship, and improve the entrepreneurial support system.
2.Association of physical activity and depressive symptoms with eating disorders among college students in Jinan
Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(1):69-72
Objective:
To understand the relationship between physical activity, depressive symptoms and eating disorders among college students, and to provide a theoretical basis for the intervention of eating disorders among college students.
Methods:
A questionnaire survey including International Physical Activity Questionnaire, Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale and Eating Attitude Test was administered among 2 712 college students from three universities.
Results:
Among the college students surveyed, 1 750(64.5%) did not meet the recommendations for physical activity, 962(35.5%) met the recommendation for physical activity; 488(18.0%) reported depressive symptoms, 452(16.7%) reported symptoms of eating disorders. There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of eating disorders by genders, self-assessed learning pressure, physical activity and depressive symptoms(χ2=63.65, 23.17, 34.24, 70.66, P<0.05). After adjusting for demographic variables, the results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that physical activity and depressive symptoms were positively correlated with eating disorders(OR=1.59, 2.58, P<0.01). In the depression group, lower level of physical activity, was associated with higher rate of eating disorders.
Conclusion
Physical activity and depressive symptoms of college students were related to eating disorders. It is suggest that eating disorders might be alleviated by actively improving depressive symptoms and increasing physical activity.

Sepsis is caused by the imbalance of the host body's response to infection, which causes life-threatening organ dysfunction. Disorders of blood coagulation play a very important role in the development of sepsis. In sepsis, the body's coagulation system is activated, leading to hypercoagulability, while the anticoagulation mechanism is significantly inhibited, causing a large number of microthrombi to form, and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) may occur. Although there are obvious controversies about the anticoagulation treatment of sepsis at home and abroad, we cannot deny the significance of anticoagulation treatment in sepsis. Only appropriate anticoagulation can effectively reduce the mortality in septic DIC, septic shock and high-risk population, and ultimately effectively reduce the occurrence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. The sepsis-induced coagulation dysfunction (SIC) score is currently used internationally to guide anticoagulation. SIC score is optimized based on the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) overt DIC score and Sepsis-3, including platelet, international normalized ratio (INR) and sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA). The SIC score can sensitively monitor sepsis-induced coagulation dysfunction. When the SIC score is≥4, it is the best timing to initiate anticoagulation therapy. At present, the internationally recommended anticoagulant drugs include antithrombin (AT), thrombomodulin (TM), tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI), heparin, etc., while the domestically recommended anticoagulant drugs are only unfractionated heparin and low molecular weight heparin. Before using anticoagulant drugs, it is necessary to evaluate the possibility of bleeding and thrombosis in the patients. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the patient's primary disease. Try to adopt the treatment strategy of transitioning from unfractionated heparin to low molecular weight heparin without obvious anticoagulation contraindications.
