Communication and integration of medicine andphilosophy,medicine and legal science must be strengthened,and the education of philosophical qualities of medical students must be strengthened to make them adapt to the society and enterprising.

The medical jurisprudence culture is an important aspect of in the culture construction of medical universities.Education of medical jurisprudence culture is instrumental,fundamental and humanistic.In the new era,on the one hand the principle of independence must be adhered to.On the other hand,we also need international cooperation and participate actively in the globalization.We should adhere to the national entity in the construction of medical jurisprudence culture,make full use of the value of traditional Chinese culture,absorb and draw lessons from the outstanding achievement of mankind culture development,and construct an ecological and harmonious medical jurisprudence culture.

Objective To explore the correlations between quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI ( DCE-MRI) and nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC) clinical stage.Methods 69 patients with NPC were selected from Oct 2013 to Oct 2015 in Shaoxing People's Hospital,39 men and 30 women,aged 39-76 years old,average 50.6 ±10.5 years old.All patients underwent clinical staging,DCE-MRI and histopathological examina-tion before treatment.Clinical stages were determined based on Chinese 2008 staging system.Value of the volume transfer constant ( Ktrans) and the extravascular extracellular space volume per unit volume of tissue ( Ve) was detec-ted by bi-compartmental pharmacokinetic model.The correlations between quantitative parameters and clinical stage were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results Mean Ktrans and Ve for NPC were (0.532 ±0.156) mL/min/100cm3 and (0.982 ±0.356),respectively.Ktrans of NPC showed negative correlation with clinical stage (r=-0.506,P=0.001),T stage (r=-0.326,P=0.014),N stage (r=-0.296,P=0.017) and M stage (r=-0.312,P=0.015),while Ve showed positive correlation with clinical stage (r=0.415,P=0.002),T stage (r=0.478,P=0.001),N stage (r=0.318,P=0.015) and M stage (r=0.346,P=0.011).Conclusion DCE-MRI quantitative parameters are significantly related to clinical stage of NPC,which has important values for clinical treat-ment and prognostic assessment.

Objective To study the protective effect of paeonol against hypoxic-ischemic brain damage of neonatal rats. Methods 36 neonatal SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, sham group, HIBD group, and HIBD plus Pae group. The expression of cleaved caspase -3 in the damaged cortex of rats was examined by the immunohistochemical staining and the number of necrotic neurons was counted after hematoxylin-eosin staining. Results The number of the cleaved caspase - 3 positive cells in the damaged cortex of rats in the HIBD plus Pae group was significantly lower than that in the HIBD group( P < 0.05 ). The percentage of necrotic neurons was decreased in the HIBD plus Pae group in comparison with HIBD group( P <0.01). Conclusions Paeonol may take protective effect against hypoxic-ischemic brain damage.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in evaluating diffuse axonal injury (DAI).Methods The DTI imaging data of DAI patients and healthy volunteers were analyzed retrospectively.Fractional anisotropy (FA) values were measured in corpus callosum,etc.The serum myelin basic protein (MBP) was detected.Results Compared to the control group,the FA values were lower in genu of corpus callosum,splenium of corpus callosum,anterior limb of the internal capsule,posterior limb of the internal capsule and thalamus in DAI group (P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05).The mean FA values of two groups were negatively correlated with serum MBP levels (r =-0.755,P =0.001).Conclusions DTI can noninvasively reflect the damages of white matter fibers in DAI patients,and it has importantly clinical significance in evaluating prognosis and therapeutic effect of DAI patients.

Objective To know the masons of delaying to receive medical treatment among patients with breast cancer, and then reference to related health education. Methods 13 patients with breast cancer were selected in this research, interviewed them by phenomenological method to know their reasons of delaying to receive medical treatment, analized the results of interview by Clolaizzi method. Results The were five themes for patients with breast cancer about delaying to receive medical treatment, they were not understand breast cancer-related knowledge, shortage of method of self-examination, psychological factors, working pressure and family factors, social environment factors. Conclusions We should strengthen breast cancer-related health education when changed women's traditional ideas and ameliorated their family and social environment.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare the vinorelbine-tetrandrine liposomes modified with RGD,and study the inhibitory effect on glioma C6 cells. METHODS:Film dispersion method and ammonium sulfate gradient method were used to prepare the vinorel-bine-tetrandrine liposomes modified with RGD,and the morphology and particle size distribution were observed. The vinorelbine content was determined,and sulforhodamine B method was used to respectively determine the inhibitory effects of blank targeting liposomes,normal vinorelbine liposomes and vinorelbine-tetrandrine liposomes modified with RGD on C6 cells. RESULTS:The prepared vinorelbine-tetrandrine liposomes modified with RGD were spherical or almost spherical with smooth surface,and particle size was about 120 nm. The average content of vinorelbine was 28.27 μg/mL(RSD=0.38％,n=3). Blank targeting liposomes had no significant effect on the growth of C6 cells;vinorelbine-tetrandrine liposomes modified with RGD can obviously inhibit the growth of C6 cells,and cell viability after its effect was significantly lower than normal vinorelbine liposomes (P<0.05). CON-CLUSIONS:Vinorelbine-tetrandrine liposomes modified with RGD are successfully prepared,and they show obvious inhibitory ef-fects on the growth of C6 cells.

Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)in the different phases of femoral neck fracture.Methods Immunohistochemical assays were used to determine the expression and distribution of bFGF and PDGF protein in 36 human specimen of femoral neck fracture.A was measured and analyzed by CMIAS color imaging analysis system for signals of bFGF protein were found high in the mesenchymal cells,monocyte and vascular endothelial cells at 1st week after fracture in 9 subjects,with A of (0.4076 ±0.0902).The weakly positive signals of PDGF protein were found in the mesenchymal cells,while strongly positive in the vascular endothelial cells with A of (0.2261 ±0.0636).At 2rd week,in 9 cases the expression of bFGF and PDGF was strongly expressed in fibroblasts,endothelial cells,cartilage cell and cartilage matrix,osteoblast,with A of[(0.6404±0.0920)and (0.7457±0.0756)]and significandy higher than that at 1st week (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There was no significant difference between the 3rd and 3nd week with A of[(0.7168±0.1346)and (0.8033±0.0491),P＞0.05 ].The expression of bFGF and PDGF protein was reduced obviously at 4th week but was positive in young and cartilage tissue,with A of [(0.5374correlation between bFGF and PDGF protein in different phases (r1week=0.792,r2week=0.834,r3week=0.880,entiation of cartilage cell and osteoblast,and induce proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and new blood vessel.③ Both bFGF and PDGF are bone growth factors, cooperating in regulating proliferation and differentiation of cartilage cell and osteoblast for fracture healing.

Oyecave:To observe the influence of nociceptin/orphanin FQ(N/OFO)on cerebral infarction volume and somatosellsOry evoked potential(SEP)in focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:Forty one SD rats were randomly alloomed into middle artery occlusion(MCAO)sham-operation(n=5),isehemic(n=8),N/OFQ 10μg(n=7),N/OFQ 1 μg(n=7),N/OFQ0.1 μg(n=7),and artificiai cerebrospinal fluid(ACSF)(n=7)groups.A model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)in rats was induced using intraluminal suture method.Reperfusion was performed 2 hours after MCAO.One hour after MCAO,N/OFQ 10 μg,N/OFQ 1 μg,N/OFQ O. 1 μg,and the same volume of ACSF were injected intraventricularly in the N/OFQ 10 μg,N/OFQ 1 μg,N/OFQ 0. 1 μg,and ACSF groups,respectively. The cerebral infarction volurne was detected 24 hours after reperfusion,and SEP was recorded. Results:1he amplitude of SEP P1 decreased in the sham-operation group. There was no significant change in P1 peak latencies.There were no significant differences hetween the N/OFQ 0. 1 μg group and the ACSF group in SEP amplitudes,P1 peak lantecies and cerebral infarction volume. As compared with the ACSF group,the SEP amplitudes were further decreased in the N/OFQ 1 μg and N/OFQ 10 μg groups,but there were no significant change in P1 peak lantecies. One hour after reperfusion,the SEP amplitude in the ACSF group almost returned to the level of preischemia,the recovery slowed down in the N/OFQ 1 μg group,and it still did not recovered 3 hours after reperfusion in the N/OFQ 10 μg group. The dose of N/OFQ and SEP response showed dose-effect relationship,The higher the dose,the deeper the SEP depression and the slower the recovery. At 24 hours after reperfusion,the cerebral infarction vlumes in the shamoperation,ACSF,N/OFQ 0. 1 μg,N/OFQ 1 μg,and N/OFQ 10 μg groups were 0 mm3,24.180 ±4.088 mm3,23.090±4.523 mm3,35.304 ± 6. 824 mm3,and 40. 806±6. 716 mm3,respectively. There was no significant difference between N/OFQ 0. 1 and ACSF groups. There were significant differences between N/OFQ 1 μg and 10 μg groups and ACSF group (all P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusions:Intracerebroventricular injection of N/OFQ in the early stage of cerebral ischemia decreases the SEP amplitude,prolongs the time of recovery,and increases cerebral infarction volume,which shoves that it may aggravate cerebral ischemic injury.
