Objective To understand the ‘ problem behavior' and influencing factors during job haunting of medical students and to provide guidance for students.Methods Totally 409 medical students who had graduated or were going to graduate but all having the experiences of applying for jobs were surveyed with self-made questionnaire.Likert 5 points scoring method was employed to evaluate the job hunting and SPSS 17.0 seftware was used to do statistical analysis.Results The ‘ problem behaviors' with the highest scores were conformism and comparison [(3.93 ± 0.628) and (3.80 ± 0.847) respectively)].Self factors influencing students' behavior in career choice included the capacity for self-definition (3.62 ± 0.855),personal values (3.55 ± 0.893) and legal awareness (3.51 ± 1.039).Meanwhile,the factor with the highest score was education cost (3.93 ± 0.887).Besides,influences of family expectation (3.43 ± 0.945),employment environment (3.40 ± 0.940) and college educational system (3.28 ± 1.038) were also outstanding.Conclusions Medical students'‘ problem behaviors' during job hunting are diverse and are influenced by many factors.So,we are supposed to strengthen the education and guidance from the self factors,combining the actions of school,family and society to promote medical students' employment.

Objective To explore and analysis feasibility of the prevention of edaravone on myocardial ischemia after beating cor-onary artery bypass grafting .Methods From June 2011 to December 2012 ,78 patients which accepted beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into treatment group (39 cases) and control group(39 cases) .After induction of anesthesia , the treatment group were continued to intravenous edaravone 60 mg ,while the control group were continued infusion of equivalent saline .The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) ,malondialdehyde(MDA) levels were compared between the two groups at different times which were before surgery (T1) ,after incision 1 h(T2) ,surgery (T3) ,and after 24 h(T4) ,plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) ,troponin I(cTnI) levels were compared at T1 and T4 .Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were also be compared .Re-sults The two groups of patients before treatment ,there were not statistically significant difference between the two groups on SOD ,MDA ,CK-MB ,BNP and cTnI(P> 0 .05) .At T2 ,T3 ,T4 point ,the SOD activity of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0 .05) .The MDA ,CK-MB value were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0 . 05) .At T4 ,the BNP and cTnI in the treatment group were less than that of control group (P<0 .05) .The postoperative LVEF% in treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0 .05) .Postoperative ventilator treatment time and ICU stay time and total hospitalization time of the treatment group were all significantly less than that of control group (P<0 .05) .Con-clusion For the beating heart coronary artery bypass surgery patients ,edaravone can effectively scavenge oxygen free radicals and reduce the release of enzymes ,reduce injury caused by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion and protect myocardial cells .

AIM: To observe the expression of TGF ?1 in hepatocytes during acute hemorrhagic and necrotic pancreatitis (AHNP) and to study the relationship between TGF ?1 and apoptosis in hepatocytes. METHODS: AHNP was induced in 40 rats weighting 260-280 g by intraductal administration of 5% sodium taurocholate. The pathologic morphologic changes of liver and pancreas were observed under light microscope. The hepatocyte apoptosis was examined through TdT (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase) mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and the expression of TGF ?1 in hepatocytes was analyzed through immunohistochemistry. Anultra-performancehydrophilicinteractionliquidchromatography-triplequadrupolemass spectrometric ( UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of tetrodotoxin ( TTX) in human urine and plasma. After the sample was cleaned-up and concentrated by immunoaffinity column, the separation of the TTX was carried out on an Acquity UPLC BEH amide column (100 mm×2. 1 mm, 1. 7 μm) with gradient elution using mobile phases of 0. 1% ( V/V) formic acid in water and acetonitrile. The analyte was detected by positive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry in the multiple reaction monitoring ( MRM) mode, and quantified by external solvent standard calibration. The measuring ranges of TTX in urine and plasma were 0. 05-400 μg/L. The average recoveries were 92%-95% and 91%-96% for TTX respectively spiked in urine and plasma with relative standard deviations of 3 . 3%-7 . 2% and 3 . 9%-7 . 8% ( n=5 ) . The limits of detection (LOD, S/N=3) and limits of quantitation (LOQ, S/N=10) of TTX were 0. 02 μg/L and 0. 05μg/L for urine and plasma, respectively. This method is suitable for the detection of TTX in urine and plasma for both forensic and clinical purposes.

Objective To analyze the imaging manifestations of chondromyxoid fibroma,so as to improve diagnostic accuracy.Methods The X-ray,CT and MRI manifestations of 8 cases with chondromyxoid fibroma confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 8 cases were in the long tubular bones.X-ray showed oval,well defined,eccentric,radiolucent lesion with surrounding sclerosis.The thick dense bony or coarse reticular septation were seen in 6 cases.CT scan showed osteolytic,surrounding sclerosis,and 1 case with foci of calcification.MRI images showed a low or medium signal on T1WI,high signal on T2WI,1 case with a equal T1WI and slight high T2WI signal intensity peripheral rim around.Two cases with diffused enhancement on T1WI after intravenous injection of gapentetate acid meglumine injection and a peripheral liner enhancement in 1 case.Conclusion Chondromyxoid fibroma has certain imaging characteristics,but should be combined with X-ray,CT and MRI to differentiate from other bone tumors with similar imaging manifestations.

Background and purpose: Metastatic carcinoma and lymphoma are usually the causes of cervical malignant lymph nodes. This paper was aimed to investigate the different appearances of cervical malignant lymph nodes by 2 dimension and color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and discuss the role of ultrasenography in diagnosing cervical malignant lymph nodes. Methods: Ninety-nine patients and 40 healthy people were selected as our subjects, among which 54 cases were diagnased as metastatic tumor and 45 cases as lymphoma according to pathology examination. With high frequency transducers, ultrasonography was used to document the shape of cervical lymph nodes, the ratio of long/short axis (L/S), types of echo and hilus of lymph node. CDFI features were also recorded and measured in order to analyze the parameters. Results: Compared with image of normal lymph nodes, the image of cervical malignant lymph nodes showed that the shape tended to be round and the ratio of L/S decreased. In addition, the majority of echo types of malignant lymph nodes was a low level echo and easily became fused. Meanwhile, the image of hilus of lymph node tended to disappear or shift. The lymph node of cases with metastatic tumor was shown to be either calcified or liquefied. The rate of blood flow in the artery was observed to be of high velocity and high resistive index (RI). Between metastatic tumor and lymphoma tumor case, there was significant difference in terms of ultrasonographic and CDFI features. All the above results showed that the features of malignant lymph nodes were significantly different from the normal ones. Conclusion: Ultrasonography could be regarded as one method of evaluating cervical malignant lymph nodes.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the result of HCMV‐DNA of breast milk and urine of neonatal hyperbilirubi‐nemia and evaluate the effect on screening neonatal hyperbilirubinemia .Methods Collected 461 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital ,which fed with breast milk as observation group ,at the same period collected 450 cases of healthy newborn in our hospital as control group .Tested the their level of HCMV‐DNA in breast milk and urine with Fluorescent Quantitative PCR ,recorded the testing results .Results 239 cases with positive HCMV‐DNA urine were detected in observation group ,accounting for 51 .8% .There were 89 cases of positive HCMV‐DNA urine in control group ,which accounted for 19 .8% ,the comparative difference was statistically significant(P< 0 .01) .There were 367 cases of positive HCMV‐DNA breast milk in observation group ,accounting for 79 .6% .The positive HCMV‐DNA breast milk were detected in 137 cases in control group ,which accounted for 30 .4% ,the comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0 .01) .Conclusion The breast milk of HCMV infection was an important way of neonatal HCMV infection ,the HCMV‐DNA detection of breast milk and urine was of great significance to the diagnosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia .

Objective:To evaluate the effects of low dosage sufentanil used for blind nasotracheal intubation.Methods:Sixty cases for maxillofacial surgery were divided into 3 groups randomly with 20 in each group. Patients in groupⅠwere administered with fentanyl and midazolam by vein, those in groupⅡ with fentanyl and droperidol by vein,those in group Ⅲ with sufentanil at 0.1~0.2 ?g/kg. Intramuscular premedication of atropine-midazolam and blind nasotracheal intubation were performed in all cases after surface anesthesia for routine. Blood pressure(BP), heart rate (HR), mean artery pressure (MAP), blood oxygen saturation of pulse (SpO_2), intubation complication(IC), intubation achievement ratio(IAR), sedation score (Ramsay score), patient satisfaction(PS), and the incident rate of amnesia(IRA) in the three groups at T1 (before administering drug), T2 (after administering drug) and T3 (when tracheal tube was inserted into tracheal) were measured and observed. Results:In groups I and Ⅱ Ramsay score increased to 3～5, MAP and SpO_2 decreased (P0.05).Conclution:The low dose sufentanil can be applied for the sedation and analgesic before blind nasotracheal intubation.
