After headspace sampling with apparatus of carbon basal body solid phase microextraction the collected samples were directly measured by the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) The qualitative analysis of carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4) in a certain kind of shampoo was carried out by searching the data base of mass spectrums and using standard addition method Afterward,under the same conditions of sampling and GC/MS analysis metioned above,the quantitative analysis of CCl 4 in shampoo samples was carried out by standard adding method The correlation coffecient r of linear relationship,detection limit and relative standard deviation of this method was 0 998,1 3?10 -8 (V/V),5%~9% respectively
2.Clinical observation on the treatment of cervical vertigo due to atlantoaxial joint disorder with manipulation

Objective To study the clinical effect of manipulation in the treatment of cervical vertigo due to atlantoaxial joint disorder. Methods A total of 86 patients in our hospital from year of July, 2010 to 2014, with cervical vertigo due to atlantoaxial joint disorder were divided into a control group and a treatment group randomly, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated by intravenous dripping of betahistine hydrochloride sodium chloride injection, while the treatment group was additionally treated by manipulation on the basis of the control group. The efficacy and symptoms changes together with average blood flow rate of LVA, RVA, BA, and the value of ADI, VBLADI, and DO were compared between the two groups after one week of the treatment. Results After the treatment, the improvement of vertigo and symptoms of the treatment group was between than the control group(t=12.655, P<0.05); the value of ADI and VBLADI decreased lower in the treatment group than the control group (t were 2.888 and 5.334 respectively, P<0.05);Vm of RVA, LVA and BA increased higher in the treatment group than the control group (t were 4.710, 3.534 and 5.335 respectively, P<0.01). Conclusions Manipulation combined with intravenous dripping of betahistine hydrochloride sodium chloride injection is effective in improving vertigo, decreasing ADI and VBLADI, and correcting atlantoaxial joint disorder.
3.Effect of agmatine on morphine analgesia and tolerance in a rat model of neuropathic pain

Each group received NS or agmatine 20, 40 or 60 mg? kg-1 . 30 min later each group received either NS or morphine 1 mg?kg-1(n=7 each). PWT was measured and PMAP was calculated Part III (the effects of agmatine on the development of morphine tolerance). Morphine tolerance was incuced by morphine 10 mg?kg-1, 3 times a day for 5 days. Thirty-five animals with neuropathic pain were randomly divided into 5 groups ( n = 7 each): group A received NS: group B received NS + morphine; grouop C, D, E received agmatine 5, 10, 20 mg ? kg-1 + morphine 3 times a day for 5 days. PWT was measured on the 5th day and PMAP was calculated. Results PMAP of agmatine (40, 60 mg?kg-1 i.p.) and morphine (1 mg?kg-1 s.c.) were lower than 40% . Objective To investigate the incidence of autoimmune and nonautoimmune thyroid diseases in patients with breast cancer.Methods Clinical and ultrasound evaluation of thyroid gland,detection of serum thyroid hormone and related antibodies,and fine-needle aspiration of thyroid gland were performed in 100 breast cancer patients and 100 control individuals during the period from 2004 to 2008.Results The mean values of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies were significantly higher in breast cancer patients than that in control individuals [(104.56±21.54) U/ml vs (22.16±4.65) U/ml,(P=0.030)].The incidence rates of autoimmune and nonautoimmune thyroid diseases were higher in breast cancer patients than that in control individuals[38 % (38/100) vs 17 % (17/100),P=0.0009,26 % (26/100) vs 9 % (9/100),P =0.0016,respectively].Conclusion The results indicate an increased incidence of autoimmune and nonautoimmune thyroid diseases in breast cancer patients.
5.Study on influence of Toxoplasma tachyzoites on human sperm motility parameters in vitro

Objective To explore the influence of Toxoplasma tachyzoites infection on motility of human spermatozoa in vitro, and explain its possible mechanism. Methods Semen samples obtained from 10 healthy volunteers by masturbation were prepared by the swim-up technique. The samples were then inoculated at 37 ℃ with different concentrations of live Toxoplasma tachyzoites varying among 1?103/ml (Group A), 1?104/ml (Group B), 1?105/ml (Group C), 1?106/ml (Group D), 1?107/ml (Group E) and Group F containing Ham’s F-10 only as the negative control. Motion parameters were analysed by Computer-aided sperm analyzer(CASA) in 0 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours respectively. Modalities of spermatozoa and possible adherence and/or agglutination were observed under the light microscope. Results Distinct adhesion of spermatozoa to Toxoplasma tachyzoites and agglutination were noticed. In all the motion parameters, progressive motility was affected most and dependent upon the incubation time and tachyzoites concentration. 6. Inhibitory effect of metformin on inflammatory response of kupffer cells of liver in diabetic mice and its improvement on phagocytic function

Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of metformin on the inflammatory response of Kupffer cells (KCs) of liver in the diabetic mice, and to explore its improvement on the phagocytic function of KCs. and to elucidate the protective mechanism of metformin on the KCs in the diabetic mice. Methods: The C57BLKS/J db/db mice were divided into diabetes group and diabetes metformin group, and die C57BLKS/J db/m mice were divided into non-diabctcs group and non-diabctcs + metformin group. 8 micc in cach group. The KCs were culturcd in vitro and the changcs of ultrastrusturcs of KCs were observed by transmission electron microscope. The levels of intcrleukin 6 (1L-6), tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-a) and y-intcrfcron (INF-7) in the KCs were detected by EL1SA. The expression levels of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) protein in the KCs was detected by Western blotting method. Transwcll chamber assay was used to detect the neutrophil chemotaxis ability of the KCs. and the phagocytic ability of KCs was observed under inverted microscope. Results: The number of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) in the KCs of the diabetic micc was reduced, the RER expanded, the mitochondria swelled, and die lipid droplets were increased. Compared with non-diabctcs group, the levels of 1L-6 , TNF-a. INF-y and the expression level of ICAM-1 in die KCs of the micc in diabetes group were significantly increased ( P<0. 05)s the neutrophil chemotaxis ability of the KCs was enhanced ( P<0. 05). and the phagocytic ability was decreased ( P< 0. 05). Compared with diabetes group, the levels of 1L-6, TNF-a, INF-y and the expression level of ICAM-1 in the KCs in diabetes + metformin group were significandy decreased ( P<0. 05)s the neutrophil chemotaxis ability was decreased ( P∗. 0. 05), and the phagocytic ability was enhanced ( P∗C0.05). Conclusion: Metformin can inhibit the inflammatory response of KCs in the diabetic mice and improve its phagocytic function and protect the KCs.
7.Repairing donor site of foot after improved toe-to-thumb reconstruction utilizing superficial circumflex iliac artery perforator chimeric flap

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of the method of repairing donor site of foot after improved toe-to-thumb reconstruction utilizing superficial circumflex iliac artery perforator (SCIAP) chimeric flap.Methods Fourteen cases of thumb defect were recruited from April,2012 to January,2016.According to Gu Yudong's classification,5 cases met the criterion of type Ⅰ,4 cases met the criterion of type Ⅱ,and 5 cases met the criterion of type Ⅲ.For type Ⅰ,the thumb was reconstructed with the great toe wrap-around flap.For type Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the thumb was reconstructed by the combined tissue with mutual artery (great toe wrap-around flap,and the bonetendon tissue of the second toe).All the donor sites of foot were repaired utilizing SCIAP chimeric flap.Results All the reconstructed thumbs survived.Among 14 free flaps of donor site,1 case suffered venous crisis and survived after exploration and rescue surgery.Dorsal skin necrosis of the second toe was found in 1 case,which was healed by local skin flap transposition.All patients were followed-up ranged from 3 to 30 months (averaged at 16 months).In spite of slightly bloated,the color and texture of all the flaps' was satisfied,and the average healing time of the bone in the donor sites was 2.5 months.All patients did not feel painful and had no adverse effect when walking and running.Three months after the operation,5 slightly bloated flaps in the donor sites under went flap plastic and achieved better appearance.On the part of iliaca,there was only one inconspicuous linear scar without any discomfort.Conclusion Repairing donor site of foot after improved toe-to-thumb reconstruction utilizing SCIAP chimeric flap was an ideal method.Using this method,the reconstructed thumb can achieve good appearance and function,all the toes of donor site were reserved,and the disability of the donor site is minimized.
8.The perforator flap from peroneal artery: an anatomic and clinical application

Objective To explore the anatomic characteristics of the peroneal perforator branches and its clinical application as vascularized flap transfer. Methods Twenty fresh cadaver specimen with 40 sides lower limbs were used in this study.Lead oxide gelatin was injected to the whole body,lower extremity radiaograph, spiral CT scan was then used to construct three demention visual model. The peroneal artery and its perforators were dissected,number of peferators,distance to fibular head,diameter and the length of the vascular pedicles were measured and analyzed. From July 2005 to October 2009, forty-three cases with skin defects were performed vascularized transfer in our study,surviving rate and postoperative function were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Results Perforators were seen most at (9.80 ± 0.93)cm,(13.40 ±0.90) cm,(17.20 ± 1.13)cm,and (21.30 ± 0.77)cm beneath the fibular head with the artery branch diarneter(1.33 ± 0.39) mm,(1.30 ± 0.46)mm,(1.17 ± 0.30)mm,and (1.22 ± 0.23)mm,respectively,while the pedicle length was (5.87 ± 0.73)cm,(5.83 ± 1.73)cm,(5.44 ± 1.09)cm,and (5.10 ± 1.93) cm respectively.In clinic,42/43 free flaps survived.Postoperative outlook were satisfied except in 7 cases,the flaps looked bulky and needed secondary revision.All the donor calves showed good apperaence and function.Conclusion There are 4 regular perferators in lateral calf, while perforators in the middle 1/3 are bigger with relatively longer vascular pedicles which are appropriate for vascularized transfer.
9.Significance of CCL20 expression in liver biopsies of chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To observe the correlation of histologicalactivity(HAI) of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) with CCL20 expression, and to investigate the impact of CCL20 expression in CHB infection. Methods On the basis of established competitive quantitative RT-PCR with an internal standard, the expression of the CCL20 in the hepatocytes in different infected patterns of HBV infected cells and liver biopsies were quantified and at the same time its correlation to HAI were explored. Results In the cell levels, the expression quantity of CCL20 in control cells (HepG2), persistent HBV infected hepatocytes( HepG2. 2. 15) are (2. 65 ± 0. 02) pg/106 cells, ( 1.22± 0. 04) pg/106 cells, respectively. There were significantly differences between them ( t = 39. 66, P < 0. 01 ). The expression of CCL20 was enhanced in hepatocytes stimulated by PMA but their expression pauern was not changed. Moreover, CCL20 expression in liver biopsies with CHB was (3.54 ± 0. 65 ) pg/20 mg and CCL20 expression in control groups was ( 8. 74±0. 56) pg/20 mg. The expression of CCL20 between two groups was different (t =30. 09,P <0. 01 ) and correlation lied in between HAI and CCL20 expression in liver biopsies of CHB patients ( r = 0. 675, P =0. 023 ). Conclusion CCL20 expression was down-regulated and it was correlated to HAI of liver biopsies in CHB patients.
10.Application of peripherally inserted central catheter network platform in patients information management

Objective To observe the effect of the application of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) network platform in the information management of the patients with PICC.Methods Altogether 17 254 outpatients receiving PICC maintenance in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were enrolled as the control group,including 7 227 males and 10 027 females,with the median age of 58 years (12-85 years).A total of 20 384 outpatients from April 2013 to April 2014 with PICC were selected as the observation group,including 8 188 males and 12 196 females,~th the median age of 59 years (13-86 years).Those patients all received PICC maintenance in outpatient clinic during the intermission of therapy after PICC insertion.The time of data entry,the integrity of the data,description accuracy about complications,and normalization of wording were compared between the two groups.Results The average time of data entry in the control group was (46 ± 6) seconds,significantly longer than that in the observation group [(12 ± 5) seconds,t =562.660,P < 0.05].In terms of the integrity of the data,there were 11 732 cases of complete data,3 623 cases of less complete data,and 1 899 cases of incomplete data in the control group;while the numbers of cases of complete data,less complete data,and incomplete data in the observation group were 19 568,725,and 91,respectively,showing significant difference compared with the control group (x2 =5 312.000,P < 0.05).In the description accuracy about complications,the control group had 11 840 accurately described cases and 5 414 inaccurately described cases,while the observation group had 18 427 accurately described cases and 1 957 inaccurately described cases (x2 =2 814.000,P < 0.05).The wording was standard in 15 280 cases but not standard in 1 974 cases in the control group,and standard in 19 659 cases and not standard in 725 cases in the observation group,with significant inter-group difference (x2 =872.600,P <0.05).Conclusion Simple and convenient data summary could help quality control and quality analysis,preferably guarantee the safety of catheter insertion and reduce the incidence of complications.
