The function of cellular membrane receptor has been paid more attention in many dieases.Integrin is one of them.The major function of integrin is maintaining the proper structure of tissues by organization of cell-cell and cell-extracelluar matrix tethering.The initiation and prolongation of many diseases are promoted by these receptors.Disintegrin is one important component of the snake venom.It inhibit the adhesive attraction of integrin particularly.This review summarizes the types and the biological activities of snake venom disintegrins,as well as discusses there potential clinical application of the study,such as anti-tumor,anticoagulation,and various human diseases.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of plastic titanic plates internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneus fracture.Methods 42 patients with intra-articular calcaneus fracture were selected and taken lateral calcaneal improvement “L” shaped incision for the correction of calcaneal shortening and valgus deformity.Skidmore needle went through collapse of the articular surface below from calcaneal fractures after block nodules along with bone shaft,and restored Bohler angle,Gissane angle and bone length,height,and the lateral fracture piece was reset.The fixation was taken by plastic reconstruction titanic plates,and the fracture was inspected by Xray.Results In 42 patients,the fracture healing time was (11.4 ± 0.6) weeks.The fracture position was good on the line,and the articular surface of calcaneus and talus was smooth,and the Bohler angle,Gissane angle of calcaneus were returned to normal.The excellent rate was 90.5％ by Maryland score.No surgical causes of broken plate and screw breakage were found.Conclusion Internal fixation with open reduction and plastic titanic plates internal fixation for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures has a significant effect and safety,which is worthy of promotion.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules on elder community acguired pneumonin (CAP) patients.Methods Use the retrospective cohort study methods,233 patients,above 65 year old,were breught into the study,101 patients were in the eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules group and 132 patients were in the control group.The clinical symptoms and length of stay in hospital were recorded.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms on the fifth day of the eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules group was better than that of control group (U =2.37,P ＜ 0.05).And the length of stay in hospital of the eucalyptol limonene and pinene entetic soft capsules group was shorter(U =3.06,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules can quickly improve the elder CAP patients clinical symptoms and shorten the length of stay in hospital.

AlM:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of traumatic retinal detachment.
METHODS: All 50 cases ( 56 eyes ) of suspicious traumatic retinal detachment from January to June in 2013 were enrolled in this study. All first received the two-dimensional ultrasound, then the color Doppler ultrasound, finally, these results were compared with the results of surgery.
RESULTS: All 56 eyes were observed intravitreal abnormal spots by the two-dimensional ultrasound, and 39 eyes were observed color blood signal by the color Doppler ultrasound. Forty eyes were approved retinal detachment by surgery.
CONCLUSlON: lt is better to display the intravitreal abnormal spots and color blood signal by the color Doppler ultrasound than by the two - dimensional ultrasound, so there is important clinical significance of the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of traumatic retinal detachment.

Objective To investigate the application of 3D scanning system in medical education technology.Methods David 3D scanning system had its advantages,calibration technique,working flow and post-processing of scanning data described,and then introduced into medical education and underwent series of tests.Results David 3D scanning system gained high modeling speed,and spent only 2 h for actual specimen scanning,modeling as well as synchronized collection and mapping.The scanning accuracy reached industrial level.Conclusion David 3D scanning system gains advantages over the traditional 3D scanning technique,and facilitates medical digital modeling by transforming object information into digital signal.

This paper summarized that the treatments of nourishing lung yin and Tonifying Qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the method of Chinese medicine iontophoresis could work on lung function of the patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The review suggested that traditional Chinese medicine compound for treating pulmonary fibrosis mainly by Nourishing Yin, Qi and promoting blood circulation. In the treatment of IPF, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine showed more benefit than western medicine treatment alone.

Objective To investigate the impact of intraoperative intra-abdominal pressure increasing on digestive system.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 132 cases of colorectal cancer patients from January 2013 to June 2016 was made. Patients were divided into groups A, B and C according to the intra-abdominal pressure, 46 cases in each group. Group A: 46 patients, 10 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa), group B: 45 patients, 12 mmHg, group C: 41 patients, 15mmHg. Comparison of postoperative recovery time, complications, serum cytokine levels was made among the three groups.ResultsThe number of postoperative 6h nasogastric tube pulled out, bowel recovery time, ifrst lfatus or a bowel movement, tolerance semi-liquid diet, postoperative duration of diarrhea, postoperative hospitalization time among the three groups show no statistically difference (P > 0.05). The difference of acute gastric injury (AGI), chyle leakage, anastomotic fistula, surgical bleeding, intestinal paralysis, vomiting incidence of postoperative among the three groups has no statistically differences (P > 0.05). While postoperative IL-6 level and MAP were signiifcantly increased compare with preoperative level, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Postoperative TNF-α show no statistical differences compare with preoperative (P > 0.05). Postoperative serum IL-6 levels in 25 patients with intestinal paralysis was (10.71 ± 4.37) ng/L, 107 cases had high serum IL-6 levels in patients did not occur intestinal paralysis was (10.66 ± 4.13) ng/L, the difference was not statistically significance (P > 0.05).Conclusion Intra-abdominal pressure increasing during minimally invasive surgical procedure has no signiifcant effect on the digestive system in colorectal cancer patients.

Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of captopril treatment on aged patients with essential hyperten‐sion (EH) and complications and evaluate its safety .Methods :A total of 116 aged EH patients ,who were compli‐cated with dyslipidemia ,diabetes mellitus etc . were selected from our hospital .According to random number table , they were randomly and equally divided into atenolol control group and captopril group (received captopril based on treatment of atenolol control group) .Blood pressure ,heart rate ,fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and blood lipids were observed and compared between two groups ,the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were assessed .Re‐sults:After treatment ,total effective rate of captopril group was significantly higher than that of atenolol control group (98.28% vs .87.93% ,P<0.05);compared with atenolol control group ,there were significant reductions in levels of blood pressure [ (131.20 ± 11.02/82.01 ± 6.75) mmHg vs .(115.62 ± 10.27/75.68 ± 5.21) mmHg] ,heart rate [ (65.14 ± 6.32) beats/min vs .(57.21 ± 4.02) beats/min] ,FPG [ (4.75 ± 1.36) mmol vs .(3.65 ± 1.24) mmol] ,total cholesterol [ (2.69 ± 0.58) mmol/L vs .(2.10 ± 0.41) mmol/L] ,triglyceride [ (0.96 ± 0.41) mmol/L vs .(0.72 ± 0.35) mmol/L] and low density lipoprotein cholesterol [ (1.95 ± 0.57) mmol/L vs .(1.71 ± 0.40) mmol/L] in captopril group ,P<0.05 or <0.01 .There were no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups . Conclusion:Compared with atenolol ,captopril treatment possesses better therapeutic effect without adverse reac‐tions in aged patients with essential hypertension and complications ,which is worth extending .
