Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(17):-
Objective To study the influence of different eyedroping interval on the effects of mydriasis. Methods Divided the selected patients into the experiment group(126 cases) and the control group(128 cases) randomly.Different eyedroping interval were adopted in the different group, and then compared the datum which obtained from 2 groups. Results The diameter of pupils in the experiment group were 7.45 mm and the 7.48 mm respectively after the mydriasis, which in the control group were 6.96 mm and 7.00 mm respectively, the difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion Using eyedrop of tropicamide by every 5 minutes can effective shorten the operation time and can obtain better effects than the routine method.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(10):66-69
Objective To design the meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medi-cine.Methods The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine was designed u-sing the MARC meta-data according to the analysis of resources, investigation of literature, networks and users. Results The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine is consisted of 17 fields and 9 parts. Conclusion MARC, as the mata-data criteria, can organize and describe the medical records of tradi-tional Chinese medicine. However, the standards for selection and description of meta-data criteria need to be fur-ther studied.

Bulletin of The Academy of Military Medical Sciences 2001;25(1):39-41,74
Objective: To establish the yeast expression system for oncostatin M (OSM). Methods:The cDNA encoding human OSM was inserted into pPIC9K vector and transformed into Pichia pastoris. The correct phenotype of recombinants was screened through MD and MM auxotrophic culture medium. The OSM mRNA transcription in the P.pastoris and molecular weight were identified with Northern blot and Western blot. MTT method was used to test the activity of OSM in inhibiting the growth of human melanoma cells. Results: Established P.pastoris system could accomplish human OSM secreting expression. The recombinant OSM with a 30 000 molecular weight amounted to 70% of the total protein in medium supernatant. The OSM showed an inhibitory effect on the growth of A375 cells in vitro. Conclusions:The P.pastoris system of OSM was proved effective with a high expressing level. The secreted recombinant OSM present in supernatant of culture medium would be easy to be purified. It may lay the foundation for the large-scale preparation of OSM in future.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(8):1200-1203
Objective: To study the effect of naringin on human cervical cancer HeLa cell line and its related mechanism. Methods:HeLa cells were cultured in vitro in the presence of different concentration naringin .The method of MTT was used to detect the growth of HeLa cell in 24 h, 48 , 72 h.Apoptotic cells were observed by Hoechst 33258 staining. The protein expressions of COX-2 in SCL-12 cells were analyzed by Western blot .Results: The inhibition ratio of the cell growth in middle dose group and high dose group significantly higher than control group ( P<0.05 ) and the inhibition ratio in low dose group was no significant change(P>0.05).The apoptosis ratio of the cell growth in middle dose group and high dose group significantly higher than control group( P<0.05 ) and the apoptosis ratio in low dose group was no significant change ( P>0.05 ) .The expression of COX-2 was significantly decreased in middle dose group and high dose group .Conclusion: Naringin plays a central role in the apoptosis of the human cervical cancer HeLa cell line ,which may be related to the expression of COX-2.

Objective To investigate the effect of different immunosuppresants on CAN by affecting TGF-?_ 1 and Smads signal pathway. Methods The SD→Wistar rat accelerated kidney sclerosis model was made following the procedure of Kamada with our modification. The rats were divided into 6 groups (each group n=8): Group A, psudo-OP group; Group B, control group; Group C, CsA 6 mg?kg~ -1?d~ -1; Group D, FK506 0.15 mg?kg~ -1?d~ -1; Group E, MMF 20 mg?kg~ -1?d~ -1; Group F, RPM 0.8 mg?kg~ -1?d~ -1. After 4, 8, 12 weeks, the animals were killed. The immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were used to detect localization and expression of TGF-?_ 1, Smad2 and smad7 in transplant kidney. Results CsA and FK506 simultaneously stimulated the gene expression and protein production of TGF-?_ 1 and Smad2 and inhibited the expression of Smad7 in transplant kidney, whereas MMF and RPM could down-regulate the gene expression and protein production of TGF-?_ 1 and smad2 and up-regulate the expression of smad7. There was no significant difference between CsA group and FK506 group, as well as MMF group and RPM group. Conclusion Different immunosuppresants can affect TGF-?_ 1 and Smads signal pathway in kidney graft. CsA and FK506 can cause CAN, owning to up-regulate the expression of Smad2, and down-regulate the Smad7 expression. MMF and RPM can prevent the progression of CAN because of down-regulating the expression of Smad2 and increasing Smad7 production.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(02):-
Objectives To establish a simple, quick, accurate serodiagnostic assay for detecting serum antibodies against Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).Methods We established quick immunocolloidal gold filtration assay(DIGFA) by combining colloidal gold labelling technique with filtration method.145 sera from cases with H.pylori infection were detected by DIGFA,and the results were compared with that of ELISA and pathological examinations. In addition, blocking test and human IgG protein detection were conducted. The sensitivity, specificity of DIGFA were analysed.Besides,DIGFA was applied to investigate the H.pylori infection situation among persons of different ages. Results The coincidence rate reached 95 1% compared with the ELISA,and it was 88 8% compared with pathological the examination. The detectable minimum amount of IgG was 10?g/mL.The antibodies detected by DIGFA proved to be specific antibodies by blocking test. The human H.pylori infection rate among 216 persons reached 42 5% by DIGFA.Conclusions DIGFA can be applied effectively in clinical diagnosis and epidemiological survey.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effectiveness of Yisheng herbal injection against chronic allograft nephropathy in rats. Methods Renal transplantation was performed from SD to Wistar closed colony strain rats. Before the transplantation, the kidney was preserved in 0- 40 ℃ heparin sodium chloride solution for one h. The rats were divided into 4 groups: Group A only received CsA 10 mg/kg every day; Groups B, C and D received low dose of Yisheng+CsA, high dose of Yisheng+CsA and CsA+MMF, respectively. Blood creatinine, pathological changes of the renal grafts and the expression of transforming growth factor ?1 in transplanted renal tissues were observed 4, 8 and 12 weeks after operation. Results After the transplantation, the serum creatinine level in group A was significantly higher than in groups B, C and D ( P

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2016;(1):8-14
Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disorder resulted from complicate interactions between genes and environment. There is no effective therapy so far. The genome-wide association study(GWAS)provides the opportunity to discover the risk genes of sporadic AD,which is informative for revealing the pathogenesis of AD and guiding new drug development. In this re?view,we summarize the current findings of genetic studies of AD,the risk genes and their biological relevance with AD,and new drug development strategy supported by genetic studies.
