1.Dedifferentiated liposarcoma in proximal tibia accompanied by angiosarcoma: One case report
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(20):-
One case with dedifferentiated liposarcoma in proximal tibia accompanied by angiosarcoma was analyzed. The dedifferentiated liposarcoma was further analyzed by imaging, clinical and pathological features. One 51-year-old male patient was suspected to bone tumor due to space occupying lesion for 6 days in left proximal tibia and admitted in Changhai Hospital of Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA in May 2007. The clinical features, including onset features, physical examination, blood routine, imaging alterations, pathological characteristics, operation approach, and follow-up period were retrospectively analyzed. The tumor was treated by curettage and inactivation, iliac grafting, bone cement filling, tibial plateau T type plate and screw internal fixation and tumor tissue biopsy. However, tumor relapsed 40 days postoperatively, and the patient was treated by amputation surgery. Two weeks after surgery, the patient developed emptysis and died due to multiple organ failure. Dedifferentiated liposarcoma accompanied by angiosarcoma displays no noticeable characteristics in imaging, clinical manifestation, and laboratory examination, which make it difficult to diagnose it. This tumor is highly malignant, and has short disease course, and poor prognosis.
3.Extracorporeal shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(9):846-849
Penile vascular endothelial damage, vasomotor dysfunction, and blood flow deficiency are the major causes of erectile dysfunction (ED). Current management of ED mostly depends on selective phosphodiesterase type 5- (PDE5) inhibitors, which fail for some ED patients. For Peyronie's disease-induced ED, surgical and physical therapies are used in addition to PDE5I medication, but frequently it is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. Recent studies show that the low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy can promote angiogenesis and improve blood flow to the penis, which promises to be a novel effective therapy for ED and Peyronie's disease.

4.Protective effects and the mechanisms of DEAAA on focal cerebral ischemia in rats
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2002;0(05):-
AIM:To study the protective effects of (E)-3-(4-(2-(dimethylamino) ethoxyl)-3-anisyl) acrylic acid(DEAAA) on focal cerebral ischemia of rats. METHODS:Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model was used to evaluate the drug's effects. With Ozagrel as a positive control drug, after cerebral ischemia, the effect of different doses of DEAAA on the neurological behaviors, the cerebral water volumes, the cerebral infarction areas, the cerebral biochemistry and the pathologic change of brains were evaluated. RESULTS:DEAAA (30,18 mg/kg) decreased the cerebral water volumes and the cerebral infarction areas(P
5.Hemodynamic effects of open-loop and closed-loop target controlled infusion of propofol and fentanyl for general anesthesia induction
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To observe the hemodynamic effects of open-loop target controlled infusion (OLTCI) and closed-loop target controlled infusion (CLTCI) of propofol and fentanyl for general anesthesia induction. Methods Twenty-four female patients with ASA grade I-II who were performed thyroidectomy were randomly allocated into two groups: OLTCI group and CLTCI group(n=12). In OLTCI group, anesthesia induction and maintenance were performed with propofol and fentanyl at the target concentrations of 3 ?g/mL and 3 ng/mL, respectively. In CLTCI group, double CLTCI were performed. Titrations of propofol and fentanyl were guided with bispectral index (BIS) and product of systolic pressure and heart rate (HR). Initiative concentrations of this closed-loop system were 3 ?g/mL and 3 ng/mL, step-up or step-down concentrations were 0.5 ?g/mL and 0.5 ng/mL, and the highest concentrations were 6 ?g/mL and 5 ng/mL, respectively. HR, mean arterial pressure (MAP), HR variability, BIS value and the dosages of propofol and fentanyl in various time of the two groups were recorded. Results One min after intubation and simulative incision stimulation, BIS value of both groups were increased, but the BIS value in CLTCI group was less increased than OLTCI group(P

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
The effects of imperatorin (Imp) and iso-imperatorin(Isi) on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) release from mouse peritoneal macrophages were investigated. It was found that Imp and lsi significantly inhibited TNF release from mouse peritoneal macrophages. At the concentration of 10-6~10-4 mol?L-1, the inhibitory effects were presented by Imp and Isi in a dose dependent manner. At 10-4 mol/L TNF release was entirely inhibited by each drug.
8.Correlativity between single nucleotide polymorphisms in ALOX5AP promoter gene and ischemic stroke in north Chinese Han population
Chinese Journal of Neurology 2005;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the role of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of ALOXSAP promoter gene in ischemic stroke susceptibility in north Chinese Han population. Methods A total of 220 ischemic stroke patients of north Chinese Han population and 191 healthy controls that had been matched for age and sex were enrolled in this study.Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and direct sequencing were used for target gene genotyping and SNPs analysis.Association study was performed to analyze the relationship between genotype and phenotype and logistic regression was adopted to adjust the bias of conventional stroke risk factors. Results Three novel SNPs located in the promoter of ALOXSAP gene were found and frequencies of G/A genotype of-499 site, G/T genotype of-290 site and G/G genotype of -190 site were significantly higher in ischemic stroke patients than controls.Meanwhile, three haplotypes consisted of these SNPs were identified to be correlated with ischemic stroke, including a protective haplotype, Hap I(OR O.54, 95% CI 0.408 to 0.715), and two risk ones, Hap Ⅱ(OR 2.91, 95% CI 1.351 to 6.239)and Hap Ⅲ(OR 18.82, 95% CI 2.562 to 138.38).Meanwhile, the frequencies of G/A genotype of-499 site, G/T genotype of-290 site, Hap Ⅱ and Hap Ⅲ were significantly higher in ischemic stroke patients with more severe cerebral atherosclerosis indicated by digital subtract angiography. Conclusion Three novel SNPs in promoter of ALOX5AP gene are closely associated with ischemic stroke susceptibility in north Chinese Han population.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the prognosis of recurrent laryngeal cancer after surgieat treatment, the study was designed to investigate the relationship of VEGF and Cath-D expression in patients with recurrent laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Five hundred and seventy-four cases of laryngeal carcinoma treated in our department from 1958 to 1999 were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were observed for 3 years postoperatively. The whole set of tissue microarrays prepared with tumor tissue from 574 patients, including recurrent tumor tissue from 56 patients, and also 39 normal laryngeal tissue from normal subjects. The tissue chips were analyzed by the SABC immunohistochemical method. Results VEGF and Cath-D were expressed in most of the laryngeal carcinoma and normal laryngeal tissue, but the positive ratio of them was different. There was higher expression of VEGF and Cath-D in recurrent laryngeal carcinoma compared with that in laryngeal carcinoma without recurrence and normal laryngeal tissue (P
