1.Clinical observation of poractant alfa injection combined with nasal continuous positive airway pressure in the treatment of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(15):2331-2334
Objective To observe the clinical effect of poractant alfa injection(curosurf)combined with nasal continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS). Methods Fifty patients of infants with NRDS were divided into 25 cases of observation group(curosurf combined with CPAP)and 25 cases of control group(CPAP)according to the methods of the treatment. The differences in treatment efficacy rate and arterial blood gas index were compared. Results The efficacy rate of the observation group (88%)was higher than that of the control group(56%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2 =4.861,P <0.05 ).After the treatment, the arterial blood gas index of the observation group were improved obviously compared with that before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant(all P <0.05).After the treatment, the arterial blood gas index of the control group were improved obviously compared with that before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant(all P <0.05).After treatment, the differences in pH value,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group(t =6.00,8.49,4.46,all P <0.05).Conclusion Poractant alfa injection combined with nasal CPAP in the treatment of NRDS is better than using CPAP alone.

3.The clinical significance of the detection of serum hs -CRP and interleukin -17 in senium type 2 diabetes with macroangiopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1606-1608
Objective To explore the relationship between serum hs -CRP,IL -17 levels and senium type 2 diabetic macrovascular complications and its clinical significance. Methods The serum levels of hs -CRP and IL-17 were measured with immunoturbidimetry and ELISA respectively in 80 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications,80 cases of the absence of any major vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes and 80 healthy subjects as the control. Results The serum hs -CRP and IL -17 levels of senium type 2 diabetic Patients with macrovascular complications were significantly higher than those of patients without macrovascular complication and healthy control group(t =19.18,23.14,all P <0.01);And serum hs -CRP and IL -17 levels of seniumtype 2 diabetic patients without macrovascular complications were also significantly higher than those of the healthy control group (t =23.64,19.97,all P <0.05 );While serum hs -CRP and IL -17 levels in different subgroup of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications were no significantly statistical significance(F =1.08,1.49,all P >0.05);In patients of type 2 diabetic Patients with macrovascular complications,hs -CRP was positively correlated with serum IL -17(r =0.712,P <0.05).Conclusion Hs -CRP and IL -17might be involved in the process of inflammatory response to diabetic macroangiopathy, and may have important role in the pathogenesis of senium type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications.Detemination of hs -CRP and IL -17 levels in type 2 diabetic patients may be useful for early detecting diabetic macrovascular complications and serve as the index in monitoring the state of diabetic macrovascular complications.
4.The research progress of gene mutations in children with Wilms tumor
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(10):774-777
Nephroblastoma is the most common pediatric renal tumor. The research progress of gene mutations in Wilms tumor children is reviewed in this paper. The WT1 gene,CTNNB1 gene and WTX gene plays a role in onset of Wilms tumor, and the MYCN gene,P53 gene and SIX1 gene may be associated with the prognosis.
5.STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CANCER AND TYPE I HYPERSENSITIVITY:TOTAL SERUM IgE LEVEL IN MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
With conventional double-antibody sandwich technique, total IgE level in35 serum samples from malignant lymphoma patients and 35 matched normalcontrols was measured by ELISA.It was found that there was a statisticallyhigher total IgE levels in patients than in the control(p
6.Comparison of Bactericidal Activity in cerebrospinal Fluid of Three Cephalosporins in Patients undergoing Surgery of Skull and Brain
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
The bactericidal activity of serum and cere brospinal fluid (SBA and CBA)of ceftroiaxone (CTRX), cefotaxime(CTX) cefuroxime(CFR) in the patients undergoing surgery of skull and brain were studied by means of microdi luted method. The results showed antibacterial activity of CTRX against, enterobactericeae in vitro or in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was the highest, it is suggested that the schadule of CTRX per 12hr may be used in prevention and treatment of serious infections after surgery of skull and brain. The bacteria The SBA and CBA of CFR were less ,but its antibacterial spectrum was wide and bactezi cidal activity of CTX against gram positive strains and enterobactericeae in sencm and CSF were higher, CTX may be used in treatment of infections of nervous system caused by mixed bacteria, the cost was lower, so CFR may be selected in the moderate infections. The CBA was a synthesized guide reflexing the antibactieral activity and penetration into barrier, so it is impostand reference to select antibiotics of infection after surgery of skull and brain.
7.Rapid Diagnosis of Surgical Anaerobic Infection with Gas Chroma-tography
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
One hundred fifteen surgical specimens were studied by gram-stain, aerobic and anaerobic cultu- res, as well as gas chromatography, respectively. One hundred seventy six strains, including ninety five aerobic and eighty one anaerobic strains, were isolated. The results suggested that diagnosis of anaerobic bacteria by gas chromatography could be accomplished within 1 h. The specificity of this method was 98.11% and the sensitivity, 90.47%. In addition, the early identification of anaerobic bacteria could be made also. There is higher value for rapid diagnosis of anaerobic infection with gas chromatography.
8.MECHANISM OF HYPOTENSIVE EFFECT OF SlLYBIN
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The mechanism of hypotensive effect of siiybin was studied in anesthetized cats and rats. The results show that the hypotensive action caused by siiybin is not central in origin, and not related to the effect of autonomic nervous system and the release of histamine and prostagiandin, but is mainly due to vasodilation.
9.A Study of Kupffer Cell Phagocytic Function and Its Pathological Changes in the Rat with Experimental Obstructive Jaundice
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Pathological changes of Kupffer cells in number and ultrastructure were studied by means of colloidal carbon uptake, endogenous peroxidase cytochemistry, quantitative histology and ultrastructural stereologic morphometry at various time intervals (3,7,14,21,and 28 d) after common bile duct ligation. Kupffer cell phagocytic function and serum fibronectin opsonic activity were measured. The results show the morphological changes of Kupffer cells coinciding with their functional alterations. Alteration of Kupffer cell phagocytic function is mainly due to the changes of number and cellular activity of Kupffer cells.
