1.Application of fFN and CRP in the evaluation of therapeutic effect for preterm labor.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(1):77-78
Select 106 pregnant women with threatened preterm labor between 28 and 37 weeks of gestation. They have been treated continually by the preventing preterm labor therapy including antibiotics and magnesium sulfate. Cervicovaginal fetal fibronectin (fFN) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in serum were detected before treatment and after 3-day and 7-day treatment respectively. 100 normal pregnant women were included as control group. (1) The fFN and CRP had significant differences between study group and control group (P<0.05). (2) The fFN and CPR were different compared in the treatment period (P<0.05). Fetal fibronectin and CRP can be used can be used in therapeutic effect evaluation of threatened preterm labor.

2.Progress in TCM Informatics
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Some outstanding progresses of relevant research are summarized, whilst the tasks and features of TCM informatics are discussed. The applications of random forest,self-organizing map, molecular docking and phylogenetic tree built with DNA polymorphism data etc. in TCM informatics are introduced. Some typical issues in the construction and maintenance of TCM database, involving ethnomedicine, phytochemistry and plant taxonomy etc.,are also discussed with abundant instances. TCM informatics integrating modern IT techniques motivates the development of TCM. The expansion of sources of TCM informatics and its internationalization is the fastrack of development.
3.Alpha-fetoprotein and its clinical application
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(8):562-565
Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) was first discovered over 50 years ago, and is currently applied clinically in diagnosis, effects evaluation and relapse judgement of tumors especially for the primary hepatocellular carcinomas. And as an effective tumor marker, AFP test has become one of the essential items in physical examination. However, its clinical application is not limited to primary hepatocellular carcinomas, and its great application value has been proved in many benign diseases and other tumors (non-hepatic carcinomas).
4.Progress of fructose-1, 6-bisphosphatase deficiency
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(8):535-538
Fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase(FBPase) deficiency is a rare inherited metabolic disease, which is an autosomal recessive metabolic disorder.Affected patients usually present with metabolic crisis including severe hypoglycemia and metabolic acidosis. Each attack occurred with a similar sequence. The triggering factors are removed and then clinical status is improved dramatically. As patients are usually symptomless in the plateau stage,it is often misdiagnosed.Metabolite assay in blood and urine is very useful for the diagnosis of FBPase deficiency.FBPase is a key enzyme in gluconeogenesis.Deficiency of FBPase impairs the formation of glucose from all precursors.FBP1 gene mutation contributes to the disease.More than 30 mutation types have been reported. There is no specific treatment.Early diagnosis and appropriate life-style can prevent repetitive metabolic derangements, improving life quality of these children and ensuring successful pregnancy.
5.Experimental research on pathological effects of diphosgene——Emphysema after diphosgene inhalation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-

6.The influence of different eyedroping interval of tropicamide on the effects of mydriasis
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(17):-
Objective To study the influence of different eyedroping interval on the effects of mydriasis. Methods Divided the selected patients into the experiment group(126 cases) and the control group(128 cases) randomly.Different eyedroping interval were adopted in the different group, and then compared the datum which obtained from 2 groups. Results The diameter of pupils in the experiment group were 7.45 mm and the 7.48 mm respectively after the mydriasis, which in the control group were 6.96 mm and 7.00 mm respectively, the difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion Using eyedrop of tropicamide by every 5 minutes can effective shorten the operation time and can obtain better effects than the routine method.
7.Review of medical management of prostate cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(11):865-868
The procedure of treating prostate cancer is as the following: After local prostatectomy or radiotherapy or local palliative therapy, androgen-dependent prostate cancer(ADPC) should be given first-line endocrinal therapy. Almost all patients will be developed from ADPC to hormone independent prostate cancer (HIPC) after 14 ~ 30 months, including androgen-independent prostate cancer(AIPC) and hormone-refractory prostate cancer(HRPC). Second-line endocrinal therapy and chemotherapy should be given, respectively. Antibone metastasis therapy is given when bone metastasis occurred. All medical methods should be used rationally and comprehensively to improve the management of prostate cancer.
8.The application of PK/PD theory in the treatment of respiratory tract infection
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(09):-
MIC,according to which, the antibiotics frequently used for treating respiratory infections were divided into three groups:Time-dependent(with minimal or no PAE),Concentration-dependent(with PAE),Time-dependent and Concentration-enhanced(with PAE),In addition, the most appropriate antibiotic administration methods are also explored respectively in the article. Finally, several measures of preventing emergence of resistance are proposed based on the theory of MPC.
9.The clinical significance of the detection of serum hs -CRP and interleukin -17 in senium type 2 diabetes with macroangiopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1606-1608
Objective To explore the relationship between serum hs -CRP,IL -17 levels and senium type 2 diabetic macrovascular complications and its clinical significance. Methods The serum levels of hs -CRP and IL-17 were measured with immunoturbidimetry and ELISA respectively in 80 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications,80 cases of the absence of any major vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes and 80 healthy subjects as the control. Results The serum hs -CRP and IL -17 levels of senium type 2 diabetic Patients with macrovascular complications were significantly higher than those of patients without macrovascular complication and healthy control group(t =19.18,23.14,all P <0.01);And serum hs -CRP and IL -17 levels of seniumtype 2 diabetic patients without macrovascular complications were also significantly higher than those of the healthy control group (t =23.64,19.97,all P <0.05 );While serum hs -CRP and IL -17 levels in different subgroup of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications were no significantly statistical significance(F =1.08,1.49,all P >0.05);In patients of type 2 diabetic Patients with macrovascular complications,hs -CRP was positively correlated with serum IL -17(r =0.712,P <0.05).Conclusion Hs -CRP and IL -17might be involved in the process of inflammatory response to diabetic macroangiopathy, and may have important role in the pathogenesis of senium type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications.Detemination of hs -CRP and IL -17 levels in type 2 diabetic patients may be useful for early detecting diabetic macrovascular complications and serve as the index in monitoring the state of diabetic macrovascular complications.
