3.Non-coding RNAs and erectile dysfunction: An update.
National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(2):160-164
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a disease associated with a variety of factors such as age, psychological factors, physical conditions, and lifestyle, and it severely affects the patients quality of life. In the past, some non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) transcribed by genes but not translated into the protein were regarded as the "waste" in the process of gene expression. But in the recent years, ncRNAs have been found to play a crucial role in regulating gene expression and its products, which may affect penile erectile function. This review focuses on the recent progress in the studies of the relationship between ncRNAs and erectile dysfunction.

4.Systematic review of magnetic resonance imaging of non-suicidal self-injury
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2021;30(2):187-192
Non-suicidal self-injury is common in adolescents. At present, the pathological mechanism of non-suicidal self-injury is still unclear, and there is a lack of objective biological markers in diagnosis and treatment, which is an urgent problem to be solved in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The magnetic resonance imaging is an important technique to explore the imaging mechanism of non-suicidal self-injury. The purpose of this review is to systematic evaluation of the latest research results of magnetic resonance imaging of non-suicidal self-injury. It was found that non-suicidal self-injury in people without other mental disorders showed abnormal damage in the orbitofrontal, the dorsolateral prefrontal lobe, the medial prefrontal lobe, the ventrolateral prefrontal lobe, the amygdala, the cingulate gyrus, the supramarginal gyrus, the amygdala, the hippocampus, the insular, the corpus callosum, the thalamus, the putamen, the dorsal striatum, the cuneate prefrontal lobe and the right temporal lobe. These areas are the core areas related to emotional processing, decision-making, cognition and movement. Non-suicidal self-injury with other mental disorders such as borderline personality disorder and depression may be affected by underlying diseases and exhibit different damage patterns, which showing abnormal brain regions related to emotional network, decision-making, social cognition and exercise. The results of this review can be helpful for the future study of the magnetic resonance imaging mechanism of non-suicidal self-injury.

Results ①In the PCOS group,LH, LH/FSH, T, A4, FAI, FIN and Homa-IR were significantly higher compared to the control, while FSH, SHBG, ISI were significantly lower (P<0.05),PRL, FG, E2, DHEAS level did not show difference (P>0.05). ②There were significant differences in T, FAI, A4, but not in DHEAS between the PCOS group and the control one. ③There were significant differences between the hirsute group and the non-hirsute group in T, FAI, A4 (P<0.05). ④In the obese PCOS group compared to the non-obese PCOS group, T, A4, DHEAS were not significantly different, but FAI and Homa-IR were significantly higher, SHBG, ISI, LH/FSH were significantly lower. ⑤The quantity of insulin resistance in the increased T group was significantly higher compared to the common T group. ⑥In the insulin resistance group compared to the non insulin resistance group, there were not significant differences of A4、DHEAS,T and FAI was significantly higher.⑦In PCOS group, there were significant positive correlation between FAI useful parameter compared to T, A4, DHEAS for the diagnosis of PCOS. Obese PCOS women have more severe and BMI,FAI and Homa-IR;BMI and LH/FSH were significant inverse correlation. Conclusions FAI is more endocrine secretion and metabolic disturbance than non PCOS women. Hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance are consanguineous correlation.
8.Effects of Different Important Growth Factors in Diabetic Nephropathy
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most serious microvascular complications, which is related to many growth factors. Growth factors are a kind of cytokines that can stimulate cells to grow, which includes transforming growth factor-? (TGF-?), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), insulin-like growth factor (IGF), connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), and so on. Different growth factors can cause glomerular hypertrophy or proliferation, perinephric angiogenesis, tubulointerstitial fibrosis and the like respectively. To know the relationship between the growth factors and diabetic nephropathy could provide a prospective mean to reduce the diabetic mortality rate. This paper reviews the recent researches about the growth factors and diabetic nephropathy to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.
9.Pharmacokinetics of gastrodin from Tiangou Jiangya capsule in rats.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(15):2964-2967
The paper aims to study the pharmacokinetic parameters of gastrodin in rats effected by compound compatibilitiy and different doses of Tiangou Jiangya capsule. The extracts from Gastrodiae Rhizoma( equivalent to gastrodin 16.82 mg x kg(-1) and Tiangou jiangya capsule (equivalent to gastrodin 8.410, 16.82, 33.64 mg x kg(-1)) were oral administrated to rats respectively. The plasma were taken at various time points and treated with acetonitrile to measure the contents of gastrodin by HPLC method. The mean plasma concentration-time data were analyzed by 3P97 pharmacokinetic software and the pharmacokinetic parameters between groups were treated by SPSS 16.0. The results showed that gastrodin in rat was fitted to one-compartment model, Cmax and AUC of Tiangou Jiangya capsule were in direct proportion to oral administration, and t1/2Ka had nothing to do with doses, which indicated that gastrodin was fitted first-order rate transfter process in vivo. Morever, comparison with the Gastrodiae Rhizoma extract, isodose gastrodin in Tiangou Jiangya capsule showed a significant decrease for Cmax, Ke and increase for t1/2Ke, V/Fc, this indicated that compound compatibility can delay the absorbtion of gastrodin, prolong the resident time and promote the distribution in vivo, but its bioavailability is not significantly effected.
