One hundred seventy six strains, including ninety five aerobic and eighty one anaerobic strains, were isolated. The results suggested that diagnosis of anaerobic bacteria by gas chromatography could be accomplished within 1 h. The specificity of this method was 98.11% and the sensitivity, 90.47%. In addition, the early identification of anaerobic bacteria could be made also. There is higher value for rapid diagnosis of anaerobic infection with gas chromatography.
2.Correlation between serum uric acid level and heart failure severity in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(2):135-138
Objective: To explore correlation between serum uric acid (UA) level and heart failure severity in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD).Methods:According to New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification, a total of 98 CPHD patients were divided into class I~II group (n=36), class III group (n=31) and class IV group (n=31).Another 30 healthy subjects were enrolled as healthy control group simultaneously.Serum UA level was measured in all groups.Real time three-dimensional color Doppler echocardiography was used to measure left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDd), and the results were compared among all groups. Results: Compared with healthy control group, there were significant rise in serum UA level[(342.4±101.7) μmol/L vs.(459.6±110.3) μmol/L]and incidence rate of hyperuricemia (33.33% vs.58.16%) in CPHD group, P<0.05 both;along with NYHA class increased, there were significant rise in serum UA level[(350.7±103.4) μmol/L vs.(422.3±106.7) μmol/L vs.(491.8±113.2) μmol/L], LVEDd [(59.2±10.1)mm vs.(64.3±9.8)mm vs.(68.9±10.6)mm], and significant reduction in LVEF[(37.7±9.8)% vs.(31.9±8.6)% vs.(28.4±8.1)%]in CPHD patients, P<0.05 all;linear correlation analysis indicated that serum UA level was significant positively correlated with LVEDd (r=0.67, P=0.026), and significant inversely correlated with LVEF (r=-0.86, P=0.033).Conclusion: Serum uric acid level can be used as a reliable index evaluating heart failure severity in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.
3.One case report of SAPHO syndrome and literature review
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
To study the clinical features and diagnosis of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis syndrome(SAPHO) syndrome. One case of SAPHO syndrome was reported and the related data of SAPHO syndrome were reviewed. The main clinical features of the patient were articulatio carpi synovitis, acne, cervical rib hyperostosis, articulatio sternoclavicularis and osteitis,So the diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome was made.Though SAPHO syndrome is rare with yet unknown prevalence,it still can be seen in clinical practice, and can be diagnosed by careful examination.
4.A case study of on the basis of tumor markers for the syndrome differentiation
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2012;34(1):45-47
Tumor Markers(Tumor Markers,TM) as a member of the tumor microenvironment components, change with the tumor microenvironment and the functional status of the body.Chinese medicine can improve the overall regulation of tumor micro-environment impact on the TM,which to some extent, the dynamic detection of TM can be reflected in the earlier short-term medical treatment of cancer patients.Based on TM,we clarified the relationship of differentiating disease and differentiating syndrome, type of syndrome and histology pathology type for tumor. This will provide new theoretical foundation for clinical anti-tumor studies from the microcosmic scope.
5.Research advancement of mouse mammary stem cell
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(5):323-326
Mammary stem cell is the subpopulation in mamnlary gland, capable of self-renewal and dif-ferentiating into ductal, alveolar and myoepithelial cells.Recently, several laboratories have employed various methods identifying mammary stem cells, including Sca-1,Hoechst dye efflux,CD24,CD3 1-CIM5-Terl19- CD24+CD29hi and so on.which offer a useful tool to elucidate the mechanism of mammary slem cell self-renew- al and design more effective therapies of mammary cancer.
6.9-(4-Ethoxycarbonylphenoxy)-6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro acridine inhibits free radical induced rat cortical neuron cytotoxicity and cerebral ischemia injury
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2003;38(5):337-341
Aim To study the effects of 9-(4-ethoxycarbonylphenoxy)-6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro acridine (EDT) on free radical induced injury in primary cultured rat cortical neuron and cerebral ischemia in mice. Methods In primary rat cortical neuron, free radical injury model was established by 10 μmol*L-1 H2O2. The content of malondiadehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in cells were investigated. Chronic cerebral ischemia model was produced by occlusion of one carotid artery and pneumogastric nerve in mice. The step down test was adopted to investigate the effect of EDT on the memory impairment. The cerebra morphology and MDA, NO content and SOD activity in mice cerebra were detected. Results In primary rat cortical culture, 0.01-3 μmol*L-1 EDT concentration-dependently inhibited the formation of MDA and reduction of SOD activity induced by 10 μmol*L-1 H2O2. In chronic cerebral ischemia, EDT 2.5, 5 and 10 mg*kg-1 ig for 5 d greatly improved the memory impairment, reduced NO efflux and MDA content, while increased SOD activity in mice cerebra. Conclusion EDT was found to protect neurons from H2O2-induced neurotoxicity and inhibit chronic cerebral ischemia mediated injury and memory impairment in mice.

8.Seven cases of common peroneal nerve injury causes and diagnosis of neural electrophysiology
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(12):1619-1620
Objective To explore the specific causes of common peroneal nerve injury, characteristics of such injured nerve's electrophysiological performance and its diagnostic value. Methods The clinical and neurophys-iological examination data of 7 patients with common peroneal nerve injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients of common peroneal nerve injury cause for long time squatting down.Compared with the healthy side, potential amplitude of the deep peroneal nerve or the superficial proneal nerve of the injured side changes more obviously. On the average the amplitude fell by about 50% with the largest drop by 88%.EMC indicated that the muscle controlled by injured nerve has spontaneous potential, reduced recruitment and so on.Conclusion Long time squatting down was relatively rare cause for common peroneal nerve injury.Neural physiological detection could provide more specific positioning diagnosis and differential diagnosis for common peroneal nerve injury, had better clinical application value.
10.Acupuncture and tuina clinical thoughts of "treating the back from abdomen" for low back pain.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(7):715-717
In clinical treatment, it is found that certain patients always have some positive reaction points those are relevant with low back pain in the abdomen area. When the simple treatment on the low back is ineffective, the efficacy could be significantly improved if acupuncture or tuina is performed at the abdomen areas, which is called "regulating yin to treat yang", or "treating the back from abdomen". In this paper, with the diagnosis and treatment method of "treating the back from abdomen" for low back pain as principal line, the detailed manipulation is explained for low back pain that is induced by TCM meridian diseases or modern anatomy, which could open the methods for clinical treatment of low back pain and enrich the therapeutic options.
