Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2012;30(2):105-112
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nucleos(t)ide analogues in patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related chronic liver failure through Meta-analysis.Methods Literature search was done in Medline, PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastracture(CNKI), Wanfang Database and China Biology Medicine(CBM)for papers published from 1990 to 2010 in Chinese or English, as well as the references in the relevant literature complemented by retrospective and manual literature search. Only literatures fully matching the inclusion and exclusion criteria could be included in this study. RavMan 5.0 statistical software was utilized for Meta-analysis. Then the sensitivity and publication bias about the data were measured by forest pl0t, funnel plot and fail-safe number. Results Total 1240 patients from 20 controlled clinical trials reported in Chinese and English papers were included in this study. The indicators of therapeutic efficacy were as below: HBV DNA undetectable rate relative risk(RR)=3. 37, 95%CI: 2. 20, 5. 16(Z=5. 60, P<0. 01), prothrombin activity(PTA)weighted mean difference(WMD)=34.70, 95%CI: 25.62, 43.79(Z=7.49, P<0.01), albumin(Alb)WMD=4.73, 95% CI: 2.95, 6.51(Z=5.21, P<0.01), alanine aminotransferase(ALT)WMD=42.58, 95%CI: -59.74, -25.41(Z=4.86, P<0.01), total bilirubin(Tbil)WMD=-150.95, 95%CI: -199.29,-102.62(Z=6.12, P<0.01), mortality RR=0. 55, 95% CI: 0. 48, 0. 64(Z=8. 09, P<0. 01). Conclusion Nucleos(t)ide analogues treatment could significantly increase HBV DNA undetectable rate, improve PTA and Alb, decrease levels of ALT and Tbil, which further reduces the short-term mortality of the patients with HBV-related chronic liver failure.
2.DNA POLYMORPHISM OF YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To investigate the inherent characteristics of the pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR),analysis of DNA sequence, randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) were used to study the pathogenic and nonpathogenic 10 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica. The Pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica of serotyps 0∶3?0∶9 and 0∶5,27 were confirmed containing pathogenic gene of adherent invasion locus(ail) and their DNA fingerprints were much more similar, and it was also found that the serotype 0∶22 contained ail gene whose fingerprints was partly similar with the pathogenic ones in molecular structure. The pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica strains were similar in the inherent and polymorphic. The serotype 0∶22 may have relativly evaluated association with pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica, which is possible that it got potentially pathogenicity.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2001;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the effective of emergent endoscopic injection sclerotherapy ( EIS) for lethal bleeding from esophagogastric varices. Methods In this study, endoscopic injection of 5% sodium morrhuate was used to control esophagogastric variceal bleeding in 176 patients. In all 209 cases, 181 cases suffered from acute lethal bleeding from esophagogastric varices received endoscopic variceal sclerotherapy under the modified Senstaken-Blakemore tube compression. Results The exact bleeding site at the first procedure could be visualized in 166(94. 3% ) patients. The effective rate of EIS was 96. 2% . Multiple procedures were required in the 21 cases of relapsed bleeding. Complications of EIS occurred in 15 cases (8. 5% ) , of which 3(1. 7% ) died. Conclusion Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy under the modified Senstaken-Blakemore tube compression is relatively safe and effective procedure in the treatment of lethal bleeding from esophagogastric varices.

Purpose:To study the expressions of cyclin E and P53 in gastric carcinoma in relation to biological behavior and prognosis. Methods:Cyclin E and P53 expressions at protein level were determined by immunohistochemistry technique in 128 patients with gastric carcinoma. Results:Of the 128 patients , cyclin E positive expression was in 57(44 5%),P53 positive expression was in 67(52.3%),P53 and cyclin E were both positive in 48(37.5%),respectively.Cyclin E and P53 expression level were correlated with tumor size , invasion depth, regional lymph node status, vessel invasion, and distant metastasis, Univariate analysis demonstrated better survival in patients with negative cyclin E and P53 expressions than those with positive expression. By COX multivariate analysis, cyclin E expression level was found to be of independent prognostic significance, however p53 expression level was not found to be of independent prognostic significance. Conclusions:Cyclin E expression within gastric carcinoma tissues is an indicator of tumor behavior and prognosis, p53 expression within gastric carcinoma tissue is only an indicator of tumor behavior. Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(12):1144-1146
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a systemic disease, which mainly causes to axial joint chronic inflammation. Spine, thoracic and peripheral joints may have varying degrees of activity limitation, and somatic activity is also likely to decline. Ankylosis of the spine and movement disorder of hip are the mainly causes of AS patients' disability, which not only affect the patients' motor function, and but also affect their social interaction, role affordability, mental state and daily living skills. Exercise therapy is the treatment unarmed or with equipment, for injuries, disease, residual patients, to restore or improve dysfunction. There are a number of studies about exercise therapy for joint function of patients with AS, confirmed that exercise therapy plays a crucial role in the treatment of AS patients, on the basis of the medications control.
