OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of citalopram in the treatment of functional gastrointesti-nal disorders complicated with anxiety or depression. METHODS:62 patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders complicat-ed with anxiety or depression were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(28 cases). Control group was given routine treatment,treatment group was additionally given Citalopram tablet with initial dose of 10 mg,qd,increasing to 40 mg qd,according to the situation of patients,on the basis of control group. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 3 months. The gastrointestinal symptom integral,HAMD and HAMA were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment,and clini-cal efficacy and the occurrence of ADR were observed. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in gastrointestinal symptom integral,HAMD and HAMA between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). After Treatment,above scores of 2 groups decreased significantly,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (94.12% vs. 67.86%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). Olny 4 patients of treatment group suffered from mild ADR. CONCLUSIONS:Citalopram shows significant therapeutic effi-cacy in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders complicated with anxiety or depression,and can improve digestive tract symptom and anxiety or depression,and help to improve patients’gastrointeseinal symptoms with good safety.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and the influence of one-port,three-port and four-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy on quality of life in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were reviewed,and to compare the general condition,the influence of postoperative recovery and complications,disease of digestive system and the quality of life index in patients treated by one-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(one-port group),three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(three-port group) and four-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy(four-port group).Results Although the time of operation in oneport group was longer than the other two groups (t =3.82,P ＜ 0.05 ; t =4.04,P ＜ 0.05),there were significant differ ences in the volume of the inoperative blood loss,hospital stay time,hospital costs in one-port group compared with the other two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference among the three groups in the incidence of postoperative complications (P ＞ 0.05).And when leaving hospital,the score of all dimensionalitis in the scale of Gastrointestinal quality of life index (CIQLI),containing the state of physiological function,state of daily life and social activities,psychological emotional state and quality of life of the total score were all higher than those in the other two groups (t =2.22,1.87,2.31,2.43,all P ＜ 0.05),and there was no difference between three-port group and four-port group(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy and four-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy,one-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the inoperative blood loss,shorten hospitalization time and reduce their fee in hospital,and it also can effectively improve patients'quality of life,restore the patients'normal work and life in the shortest possible time.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of China-made expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) in the treatment of facial defects and hollow deformities on the face. Methods Facial augmentation was performed in different sites as the forehead, temple, nose, chin, nosal base and maxilla, respectively, to correct the facial defects and hollow deformities, by using either China-made ePTFE (Experimental Group) or imported ePTFE (Control Group). Postoperative parameters between the two groups were compared. Results The Experimental Group included 16 patients (18 sites), in whom the postoperative follow-up was conducted for 6~9 months. In this group, a secondary infection (in the nose) occurred in 1 patient because the implant was placed too superficially and too close proximity to the incision, and the implant was removed out. Delayed healing of the incision (in the chin) with uncovered implant was found in 1 patient, who was cured by the change of dressing. In the rest of the patients, no obvious allergic, inflammatory or rejection reaction was seen and a good cosmetic result was achieved. The satisfactory rate of this group was 94.4%(17/18). The Control Group included 10 patients (20 sites). The implant was found bared and then removed in 1 patient (in the nose). The satisfactory rate of this group was 91.7%(11/12). There were no statistical differences between the two groups in the wound healing ( ? 2 =1 109, P =0 574), the adverse reaction ( P =1 000), and the clinical efficacy ( P =1 000). Conclusions China-made ePTFE gives histocompatibility as good as imported one. It is suitable for filling the soft tissue and can be used as a safe and economical alternative.

Objective To optimize the formulation of Dihydroartemisinin ointment and study its characteristics of penetration enhancers.Method A method of transdermal experiment in vitro was established for DHA.The penetration rate in vitro was examined by HPLC,and coincided the DHA cumulative permeation curve with the Higuchi equation.Result The penetration rate of DHA from DHA ointment made up of water-soluble carbopol and Azone was the highest in all formulations,up to 27.262 ?g/(h?cm2).The cumulative permeation curve which coincided with the Higuchi equation was better.Conclusion The formulation which made up of water-soluble carbopol and Azone was optimized.

Objective To explore the suitable type of macroporous adsorbent resin to purity swertiaman from Swertia pesudochinensis Hara., and determine the parameters and conditions for its purification procedures. Method Purification effect of 8 types of macroporous resins used to purify the Swertia pesudochinensis Hara. were inspected, with the content of swertiaman as index. Result HPD-100 type resin showed better effect than others, it had optimum adsorption and elution parameters with its dynamic saturated adsorption ratio was 70.48 mg/g. After eluted with 2 BV of distilled water, 4 BV 30% ethanol and collected, the content of swertiaman in the spray dried powder was 52.29%. Conclusion HPD-100 types macroporous resin showed a better comprehensive adsorption property and can be used to enrich and purify the swertiaman included active fraction of iridoid glycosides for industrialization.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of compatibility on clinical efficacy action of the prescription containing Curcu-ma zedoaria,and to improve the pertinence of drug use by medical staff and clinical efficacy of C. zedoaria. METHODS:By re-viewing relevant literatures,the prescriptions containing C. zedoaria were selected to summarize the effects of compatibility on clini-cal efficacy of C. zedoaria. RESULTS:345 prescriptions containing C. zedoaria were collected,mainly including the compatibility of C. zedoaria with traditional Chinese medicine which promote the circulation of qi,activate blood and remove blood stasis,toni-fy deficiency,warm interior and clear heat. The prescriptions containing C. zedoaria with sparganii often included Rhizoma Sparga-nii and C. zedoaria,involving 219 prescriptions(13.94%). CONCLUSIONS:C. zedoaria have the effects of activating blood stag-nation,promoting the circulation of qi,removing food retention and relieving pain;different compatibility greatly influence the clinical efficacy of C. zedoaria;common couplet medicines are R. Sparganii and C. zedoaria,and it can play the role of activating blood stagnation,promoting the circulation of qi,removing food retention and relieving pain;Common Vladimiria Root combined with Rheum palmatum can promote the circulation of qi and relieve pain. Medical staff should prescribe the prescriptions and use drugs for the compatibility of C. zedoaria based on clinical demands.

Objective To search for a more effective method for the treatment of traumatic tatoo. Methods According to the depth and pattern of tatoo in the skin, the ultra high frequency elecxosurgical technique was applied to make no bleeding incision. Then the particles of tatoo were exposed and removed thoroughly under a surgical microscope.Results Nine cases was treated with this method,and the degree of the particles was decreased remarkablly.Conclusion The ultra high frequeney electrosurgical technique is an ideal option in removing traumatic tatoo.

Objective To investigate clinical therapeutic effects after a series of improvements of multi-site combination in the simple obese patient with tumescent liposuction. Methods Before tumescence anesthetization, short-acting benzo-diazepine was used as sedative inducer. The pressure and fluid velocity of short-acting benzodiazepine were regulated and injected into deeper level of fat at first, and all of these actions decreased the pain of patients, and promote the effect of the pain tolerance. The positions of the incisions were selected to hide from view and specifically protected, which could improve looks and decrease the scar formation after operation. In later stage of operation the flaps were pressurized and slid from outside, in order to make the flaps even and smooth and to keep their thickness according to the position of the flaps and the age of the patients. Opened draining was changed to block draining after operation. Results 73 cases were taken the follow-up for 6～24 months. All cases obtained satisfactory results, except that one cases was complicated by scar hypertrophy. The changes of the circumferences were as follows: the decrease of the maximum circumference of thigh was from 2 cm to 17cm, abdomen from 3 cm to 24 cm, and buttocks from 1 cm to 3 cm. Conclusions A series of improvement of key measures enhance the clinical therapeutic effects of multi-site combination in the simple obese patient with tumescent liposuction.
