Objective:To collect the bioburden information in clean room to understand the bioburden status, find out weak points and risks in microbial control and improve the management efficiency in clean room. Methods: According to GB/T 16293-2010 and the standard operation practice ( SOP) in our lab, the bioburden information was obtained by the collection and identification of air-borne microbe and surface bacteria in the four main areas of clean room ( microbial limit test room, sterile room 1 and 2, positive room) and on the person entered clean room. Results:The preliminarily established bioburden information indicated that the main mi-croorganism in clean room was Micrococcus and Staphylococcus. The detection rate of fungi was about 5% in clean room. Conclusion:The movement of people and goods in clean room should be strengthened, and samples should be with thorough disinfection.

Objective To explore the expression of chemerin and chemerin receptor ( chemokine-like receptor 1, CMKLR1) during different periods of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) rat model induced by methionine- and choline-deficient ( MCD) diet. Methods Thirty-six Wistar rats were divided into control group and MCD group in random. After one week quarantine and acclimation period, these two groups were fed either normal chow or MCD diet. The animals were respectively sacrificed at the first week, the forth week, and the tenth week. The levels of alanine transaminase (ALT), blood lipid profile, liver function, and the content of triglyceride in liver were detected. HE staining was done to observe the morphologic change of liver. The mRNA expression changes of chemerin and CMKLR1 in liver were measured using real-time PCR, and the change in chemerin mRNA level was further confirmed in liver by Northern blot. Finally, the concentration of chemerin in serum was measured by Western blot. Results The mRNA level of chemerin decreased significantly after four and ten weeks MCD feeding, although no obvious changes were found at first week, similar changes were found in serum chemerin (1.00±0.11 vs 0.96±0.39; 1.00±0.12 vs 0.21 ±0.77; 1.00±0.42 vs 0.21 ±0. 11). Contrasting with the change of chemerin(1.00±0.08 vs 0.72±0.10;1.00±0.24 vs 0.63±0. 31 ;1.00±0.05 vs 0.50±0.13), the mRNA level of CMKLR1 increased after MCD feeding( 1.00±0. 14 vs 0. 84±0. 26; 1.00±0. 38 vs 1. 51 ±0. 33; 1. 01 ±0. 13 vs 1. 84 ± 0. 39 ). Conclusion The change of chemerin and its receptor may participate in the process of the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

Objective To analyze the preoperative related factors of early weaning of infants with congenital heart disease after operation. Methods From January ,2014 to January ,2017 in Pediatric Cardiology CICU , infants with congenital heart disease were selected as research objects. The clinical data were retrospectively collect ed and the relationship between preoperative influencing factors and postoperative early weaning were analyzed. Early weaning meant mechanical ventilation time was shorter than 24 h and late weaning meant longer than 24 h. Results Single factor analysis showed that early weaning success rate was related to preoperative cardiac function grade 1,NNIS grade 0~1,ASA grade 1,no lung infection and no or mild pulmonary hypertension(average P<0.05). Non conditional logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative heart function grade 1 was an indepen-dent influencing factor, with OR value(95%CI)of 3.9(1.9~7.7). Conclusions In infants with congenital heart disease, preoperative heart function grade 1,NNIS grade 0 ~ 1 ,ASA grade 1,no lung infection and no or mild pulmonary hypertension benefit early withdrawing of ventilator and preoperative cardiac function grade 1 is an inde-pendent factor for early weaning.

Objective To conduct a relevance analysis of blood free fatty acid (FFA),uric acid (UA)and testosterone (TTE)with C peptide in male patients with incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 41 patients with incipient T2DM in outpatient or hospital-ized in our hospital were selected to detect the relevance between relevant indexes and C peptide. Results Serum C peptide was in positive relation with ages, body mass index (BMI),UA level, fasting insulin,FFA,homeostasis model assessment of Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR)and home-ostasis model assessment-B (HOMA-B)and in reverse connection with glycated hemoglobin, but in no relationship with TTE.Additionally, the multiple linear regression analysis showed that UA was an independent risk factor for C peptide. Conclusion Serum C peptide is in close association with ages, obesity,UA,FFA and glycated hemoglobin and its independent risk factor is Hyperuricemia, which has no correlation with TTE in male patients with incipient T2DM.

Objective:To observe the effects of early rehabilitation intervention on the short-term outcome of patients with postoperative spinal cord injury after Stanford type A aortic dissection. Methods:Patients with postoperative spinal cord injury after Stanford type A aortic dissection admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2019 were selected. There were 29 males and 8 females. Age ranged from 29 to 54, with an average age of(41.37±12.21) years. The observation group(16 cases) received early rehabilitation treatment in ICU after surgery, while the control group(21 cases) started after admission to rehabilitation center. The Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS), ASIA Lower Extremity Motor Scores(LEMS), Spinal Cord Independence Measure(SCIM Ⅲ) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) were analyzed to compare the differences of short-term outcome between the two groups. Results:After 28 days, the scores of MAS, SCIM Ⅲ and MBI in the observation group were obviously better than the control group. Compared to the time of admission, the improvements of LEMS, SCIM Ⅲ and MBI in the observation group were significantly greater than that of the control group. Conclusion:Early rehabilitation intervention can further enhance clinical efficacy and improve short-term functional outcome.

OBJECTIVE:
In the context of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the subject was designed to develop a new tracheal intubation device based on magnetic navigation technology to improve the success rate of tracheal intubation and reduce the risk of occupational exposure of medical staff.
METHODS:
The new tracheal intubation device was designed with the uniqueness of the magnetic field environment and magnetic steering of magnetic navigation technology. And preliminary magnetic navigation tracheal intubation experiments were performed on the tracheal intubation simulator.
RESULTS:
Magnetic navigation tracheal intubation can successfully implement tracheal intubation, and the time required is lower than that of traditional laryngoscopy.
CONCLUSIONS
The tracheal intubation based on magnetic navigation technology is feasible, with high efficiency and easy operation. That is expected to be widely used for tracheal intubation during treatment of patients outside the hospital in the future. At the same time, magnetic navigation endotracheal intubation technology will be the key technology for the development of endotracheal intubation robots.
