To investigate the relationship between esophageal motility and GI hormones in patients suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), the esophageal motility in 20 GERD patients with esophagitis and 25 GERD patients without esophagitis was examined by means of SGY-3 Digestive Tract Motility Measuring Instrument.
