1.Content Determination of Vincristine Sulfate for Injection by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2016;27(3):407-409
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of Vincristine sulfate for injection. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent HC-C8 with mobile phase of 1.67% Diethylamine aqueous solution(adjusted to pH 7.5 with phosphoric acid)-methanol(38:62,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 297 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 10μl. RESULTS:The linear range of vincristine sulfate was 0.032-3.2 mg/ml (r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1%;recovery was 99.3%-101.7%(RSD=0.6%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is accurate, reliable and sensitive, and can be used for the content determination of Vincristine sulfate for injection.

4.Simultaneous three-trocar laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy in 92 cases
Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 1999;0(03):-
Objective: To summarize the clinical experiences and effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)combined with laparoscopic appendectomy(LA). Methods: The clinical data of 92 cases which successfully underwent three-trocar LC and LA was retrospectively analyzed. Results: All operations were performed successfully without complications. The mean operation time was 70 min. The mean hospital stay was 5 days. No complications occurred in the 85 cases who were followed up in 6 months. Conclusion: The simultaneous approach to LC and LA is a safe and effective treatment.
5.Epidemic situation of oversea imported schistosomiasis in China and thinking about its prevention and control
Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2014;(2):111-114
The imported schistosomiasis cases in the Chinese literature and reports from the infectious disease monitoring in-formation system from 1979 to 2013 were collected and compiled. Totally 365 cases were reported to be infected with outside schis-tosomiasis, including 239 cases of schistosomiasis haematobia (74.0%) and 71 cases of schistosomiasis mansoni (22.0%), and 42 foreigners (11.5%) and 323 Chinese (88.5%). The infection areas involved 15 countries and regions in Africa. Totally 74.92%of pa-tients worked in the construction or geological prospecting in the wild field. According to the analysis of these cases, we found that the management system of prevention and control of imported schistosomiasis cases was not perfect including the high missing re-port rate, high misdiagnosis rate, and no standard diagnostic criteria. We suggest that all the levels of CDC or health administrative authorities should adopt the following relevant control measures to strengthen the imported schistosomiasis prevention and control in order to reduce the damage to the public health and the risk of the spread of African schistosomiasis in China:1. to establish and perfect the imported schistosomiasis monitoring and control system in China;2. to integrate the dynamic information platform of la-bor export and establish the comprehensive prevention and control management system of infectious diseases;3. to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of oversea imported schistosomiasis; 4. to strengthen the research on the transmission risk of imported schistosomiasis in the territory of China.
6.Progress in drug transporters in hepatocytes
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2014;(5):806-812
Hepatic drug transporters(HDTs),including uptake transporters and efflux transporters, play an important role in drug distribution and elimination in the liver. The influx HDTs include organic anion transporters, organic cation transporters, organic anion transporter polypeptides and Na+-tauro-cholate cotransporting polypeptide. The efflux HDTs include multidrug resistance proteins, multidrug resistance-associated proteins, breast cancer resistance protein and bile salt export pumps. Major research methods involve gene knock-out animals, isolated perfused livers, liver slices, primary hepato-cytes and transfection cells. They have been used in study of drug distribution,drug-drug interaction and drug toxicity.

Under the characteristics of pathological change of children:insufficiency spleen, excess liver, easy to show liver wood attacking spleen earth, teacher Rong applies the method supporting earth to inhibit wood to children diseases of respiratory system, digestive system, nerve system and others, with definite cure effect.
8.Practice and Research on Subject-oriented and Specialization Information Service
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(5):332-333
Subject-oriented and specialization information service is a new service model adapting to new information environment and catering to demands of customers. On the basis of the practices and researches of subject-oriented and specialization information service in Guang'anmen hospital, this article put forward that providing the information service has positive significance for accelerating the construction of information resource, improving the level of information service and enhancing the core competitiveness of hospitals.
