Poly(U)-binding-splicing factor 60 KDa (PUF60), a U2-related splicing factor that facilitates 3′splice-site recognition at the early stage of spliceosome assembly.High expression of PUF60 is related to the occurrence of multiple tumors, such as colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, et al.PUF60 can regulate the expression of c-myc through the core-human transcription factor Ⅱ basal transcription factor.Anti-PUF60 antibodies are detected in the sera of patients with early-stage and recurrent tumor, and the levels are significantly decreased after the operation.PUF60 can be used as a combined or independent test index for the diagnosis of cancer, which can be a potential new target for gene therapy.

Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating the disease of children ADHD which caused by brain dysfunction. According to the physiological characteristics of "kidney is often insufficient" in children, and the close relations among kidney, marrow, essence and brain, we put forward the pathomechanism hypothesis that growth retardation of spinal marrow caused ADHD, and thought that the def iciency of kidney essence, growth retardation of spinal marrow, and imbalance of yin and yang (yang superabundant and yin insufficient), are the keys of pathomechanism of ADHD. Accordingly, the tonifying kidney and replenishing essence treatment principle was established, and YiZhiNingShen granule was made which had been conf irmed effectively by clinical and experimental research.

Objective To increase the awareness of lung cancer complicating thrombosis disease(TD).Methods From 1995 to 2004 18 cases of lung cancer with TD were retrospectively reviewed in the Second Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University.Results Of the 18 cases,there were 7 cases complicated with deep venous thrombosis(DVT);3 cases with pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE);4 cases with DVT and PTE;4 cases with nonbacterial thrombotic endocarditis(NBTE).5 cases with DVT and(or)PTE occurred 2～6 months before detection of lung cancer,3 cases of NBTE had brain and peripheral artery embolism 2～7 months before detection of lung cancer.Conclusion TD could be warning a sign indicating advanced lung cancer.

This paper analyzes the cultural features in the titles of ancient traditional Chinese medical works and how do they affect the translation of these titles into English.explores the methods with which culture-rich titles of these works are rendered based on culture translating skills including transplantation.annotation,paraphrase and substitution with examples,and finally concludes several principles for translation of ancient traditional Chinese medical works into English.

With the development of funcgonal laboratory teaching,the advantages of integrating laboratory resources have been embodied in someway,improving the students'experiment level and their comprehensive analysis ability.But many new problems have also shown up such as unreasonable curriculum,construction of teaching staff.By reinstalling experiment courses,integrating the experiment teaching staff,and exploring the solution to the existing problems,the teaching quality of functional experiment can be promoted

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a common complication of the central nervous system after major surgery with anesthesia,which severely impairs patients' quality of life.Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is advantageous for its convenience,inexpensiveness,noninvasiveness,continuous operation and bedside monitoring.Routine monitoring of regional cerebral oxygen saturation has the potential of optimizing the anesthesia plan and reducing the incidence of POCD.The aim of this review is to describe the NIRS technology and its clinical application.

The use of golden section was proposed as a beneficial supplementary method in development of digital resources based on the long tail theory according to its advantages and disadvantages in development of digital resources in library.Literature download by retrieving subject headings and classification number showed that golden section could be used as a marking point and a supplementary boundary point in development of digital resources based on the long tail theory, thus improving the efficiency, economy and feasibility in development of digital resources with the limited fund.

According to the project of personnel cultivation in 21st century,we have increased interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental courses to intensify the practical education,optimize operating model and teaching method of experimental courses.Experimental education must be strengthened in order to culture students' creativity.
