Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies and the situation of report and control of public health emergencies in Qijiang District of Chongqing M unicipality during 2009-2013 to provide a scientific ba‐sis for the prevention and control of public health emergencies .Methods The descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the directly network reported data of the public health emergencies in Qijiang District during 2009-2013 from the National Emer‐gency Public Health Emergencies Reporting Management System .Results Total 47 public health emergencies were reported in Qi‐jiang District during 2009-2013 ,including 994 cases of caused disease and 1 case of death (food poisoning) .Most of the emergen‐cies were caused by infectious diseases events ,accounting for 82 .78% (39/47) ,food poisoning and other public health emergencies (dog bites) accounted for 2 .13% (1/47) and 14 .89% (7/47)respectively .Respiratory disease events accounted for 78 .72% (37/47) of total infectious diseases events ,the majority were influenza A (H1N1) flu and epidemic parotiditis .The high‐incidence seasons were from April to May(accounting for 34 .04% )and October(40 .42% ) .The most cases happened to the school (especially infec‐tious diseases) ,accounting for 80 .85% of the total events .Conclusion The respiratory infectious disease in the prevailing season is the priority of prevention and control on public health emergencies in Qijiang District .Attentions should be highly paid to the pre‐vention and control of public health emergencies (especially in rural schools);meanwhile ,the dog management and propaganda of prevention and control knowledge should be strengthened to effectively eliminate the potential of hydrophobia .
4.Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis in 50 Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(21):-
Objective To explore the feature of clinical and laboratory and therapy in childern with idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderlsis(IPH).Methods The clinical and laboratory datas of 50 cases with IPH were studied from Jan.1996 to Jan.2006.The hemogram, the metabolism of ferrum, the cellular test of bone marrow, finding the hemosiderin cells in sputum or gastric juice or bronchovesicular juice and ma-nifestation were analyzed. Results IPH were often found in children aged 6 to 14 years old.Coungh and spitting blood and anemia were the most important clinical feature.X-ray manifestations were various. The diagnosis of IPH was based on clinical feature and finding out the he-mosiderin cells in sputum or gastric juice or bronchovesicular juice.X-ray and CT manifestations were important. At the same time, the secon-dary IPH was removed. The clinical symptom of IPH were relieved by using adrenal cortical hormone. Conclusions There is no specificity in children with IPH.X-ray,CT manifestations and finding the hemosiderin cells in sputum or gastric juice are helpful in diagnosis.Using adrenal cortical hormone will release symptom and prognosis.

Cancer is still one of the major diseases threatening human life and health. At present, how to achieve precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors is the biggest challenge in cancer treatment. Prodrugs use the tumor specificity of targeting molecules to deliver anticancer drugs to tumor sites, which can effectively improve drug bioavailability, therapeutic efficacy and safety, and are currently a hot spot in the research and development of anticancer drugs. The targeting molecules of prodrugs mainly include nucleic acid aptamers, polymers, antibodies, polypeptides, etc. Among them, polypeptides have the advantages of good biocompatibility, controllable degradation performance, high
7.Effects of gel gatifloxacin versus levofloxacin in treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of gatifloxacin gel to bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods Double-blind and random selection were designed for the study, with levofloxacin gel as the control medicine.Thirty-six eyes of the experimental group and 36 of the control group were eligible for evaluation. Each eye received the gel one drop a time and three times per day.The gels were applied to the conjunctiva sac for 7 d. Results The clinic effectiveness of experimental group and control group were 88.89% and 91.67%,which indicated no significant difference.Microbial eradication rates were 90.48% and 93.75%,no significant difference either.Safety composite scores were similar between groups. Conclusion Gatifloxacin ophthalmic gel is safe and effective for treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis, and contains certain clinical value.
8.Spinal Locomotor Pattern Generator (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1017-1020
It is generally accepted that locomotion in mammals, including humans, is based on the activity of neuronal circuits within the spinal cord (the central pattern generator, CPG). Recent studies indicate a plastic behavior of the spinal neuronal circuits following a spinal cord injuries (SCI). Studies have shown that body weight support treadmill training (BWSTT) is effective in restoring locomotor function in cats with a complete spinal lesion. It has become possible to regain some locomotor activity in patients with spinal cord injury through an intense training on BWSTT, as in cat. So, it is a staired problem how to take advantage of the plasticity of spinal locomotor pattern generator and design the gait training program for SCI patients.
