OBJECTIVE:To compare the distribution of levofloxacin in lung of mice after intragastric and intravenous adminis-tration of Tanreqing injection combined with levofloxacin. METHODS:144 mice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 72 mice in each group. Both groups were given Tanreqing injection(0.8 ml/kg). 1 h later, control group was given Levofloxacin injection(80 mg/kg)intravenously,and experimental group Levofloxacin tablet solution(80 mg/kg)intra-gastrically;every 8 mice were sacrificed for lung tissue collection at the time points of 0.05,0.083,0.17,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0, 12.0 h and 0.083,0.17,0.33,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0,12.0 h,respectively. Using ciprofloxacin as internal standard, the content of levofloxacin in lung tissue was determined by HPLC,and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3p97 program. RE-SULTS:The concentration-time curves of levofloxacin in lung tissue were in line with two-compartment model in 2 groups. The main pharmacokinetics of experimental group and control group were as follows as t1/2β of(4.17±0.84)h and(4.10±0.55)h;CL of(0.66±0.049)L/h and(0.71±0.21)L/h;AUC0-t of(109.48±12.34)mg·h/kg and(113.04±29.43)mg·h/kg;cmax of(38.76± 1.62) mg/kg and (42.28 ± 2.03) mg/kg,respectively. There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). Absolute bioavailability of levofloxacin was(96.85±17.39)% in experimental group with intragastric administration. CONCLUSIONS:After intravenous injec-tion of Tanreqing injection, the distribution of levofloxacin in lung tissue of mice are similiar between intragastric administration and intragastric administration.

Objective To investigate the technical feasibility and oncological safety of EPMR for early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods Clinicopathological data, procedure quality and complications of 70 patients with early esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions were retrospectively ana?lysed. The technical safety and feasibility were assessed, and the complications were investigated through postoperative surveillance. The results were compared with published data from two high?quality meta?analysis studies on ESD. Results In a total of 70 patients who underwent EPMR, 35?7%( 25/70) were diagnosed as having early esophageal cancer and 64?3%( 45/70) atypical hyperplasia. And tumor size greater than 2 cm was 78?6%(55/70). The mean EPMR time was(28?31±9?49) minutes. The R0 resection rate of EPMR was 88?6%(62/70) and no perforation occurred. The bleeding rate was 21?4%(15/70). The esoph?ageal stricture rate was 1?4%( 1/70) . The recurrence rate was 2?9%( 2/70) . Compared with published ESD data from the two studies, EPMR showed shorter procedure time, lower curative rate and lower rates of stric?ture and perforation, but slightly higher rates of bleeding and recurrence. Conclusion Both EPMR and ESD are feasible and effective for early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. The curative results of EPMR are similar to ESD, with shorter procedure time, but higher bleeding and recurrence rates.

Objective To explore the significance of CRP in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases. Methods The highest CRP value and the total number of white blood cells of hospitalized children during hospitalization were detected ,divided into 6 groups according to the level. To compare the relationship among the total number of WBC,CRP and PCT of each group in the infectious diseases and compare the changes of the total number of WBC and CRP before and after treatment. Results CRP and serum procalcitonin (PCT) was positively correlated (P < 0.01), but a large part of white blood cells did not associate with the PCT. In total white blood cells of 6 groups,3 groups had no statistically significant changes before and after treatment, while the CRP abnormal changes of 5 groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion CRP was not only as the initial identification of indicators of the children with bacterial infections and viral infections, but also reflected the severity of inflammation. CRP should be used as a routine examination of outpatient with fever, associated with the analysis of the white blood cell could play an important role in reducing the abuse of antibiotics.
