It could greatly reduce the frequency of seizure, shorten the lasting duration, and improve the EEG.Conclusion Xiaoer Dingfeng De- coctions is effective and safe for the syndrome of primary infantile convulsion due to phlegm-heat in tonic-clonic epilepsy.
2.Comprehensive evaluation of the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to antibiotics
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2011;30(5):485-488
ObjectiveTo establish a comprehensive evaluation method on sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to different antibiotics, then use the method to evaluate the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to 6 antibiotics. Methods Through literature review, related articles were consulted and sensitivity testing data to antibiotics were collected, and the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to the 6 antibiotics was assessed with analytic hierarchy process. The sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to the 6 antibiotics(Cefotaxime penicillin, Ampicillin, Cefazolin, Ciprofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin Buddha's, and Streptomycin) was evaluated comprehensively with analytic hierarchy process from the antibacterial situation of the antibiotics to Yersinia pestis of 141 strains of virulent, attenuated EV76paris strains and isolates of the bacteria of Yunnan. Results The evaluation showed that the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to antibiotics was different. The rank of the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to the 6 antibiotics was: Ceftazidime, Ampicillin, Cefazolin,Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin and Streptomycin. Composite score index were 1.730 77, 1.631 77, 1.581 95, 1.567 80,1.449 48, and 0.999 99, respectively. Conclusions Analytic hierarchy process evaluation can be a reasonable, objective and more accurate evaluation on the sensitivity of Yersinia pestis to different antibiotics. This method could provide some references for screening feasible pharmaceuticals against plague.
3.Details matter in visual outcomes of multifocal intraocular lens implantation
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(4):313-315
The broad application of phacoemulsification and multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL)implantation have been raising concern in postoperative visual outcomes due to the innate shortage of MIOL in design, which will probably results in the decline contrast sensitivity or/and some abnormal optical symptoms following the surgery.Optimizing visual outcomes of MIOL implantation and controlling adverse effects has been become the issue of focus for ophthalmologists, which is being discussed in details,e.g.patient selection, preparation of surgery, surgical techniques, etc.,in the following monograph.
5.Effects of the environment of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on encephalopathy of prematurity
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(14):1053-1056
Encephalopathy of prematurity is still an important reason which affects the survival and quality of life of preterm infants. During hospitalized in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),a variety of environmental factors such as noise, light, too much tactile stimuli, pain, and maternal - infant separation all will affect the development of preterm infants' brain, leading to encephalopathy of prematurity. Therefore, need to attach importance to the effects of NICU environment on the growth and development and the neurological function of preterm infants, try to optimize the environment of NICU,to reduce the incidence of brain injury of prematurity, improve the long - term prognosis of pre-term infants.
6.The influence of lifestyle intervention on obesity and diet behavior in children with simple obesity
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(9):1306-1307
Objective To explore the influence of lifestyle intervention on obesity and diet behavior in children with simple obesity. Methods 80 simple obesity children were chosen as research subjects, the parents were given cognitive behavior intervention, the children were given lifestyle interventions to control weight. The changes of obesity degree and dietary behavior were observed after the interventions. Results After the intervention, the parents in the adjustment of dietary structure, limit the time of watching TV,limit of snack in.take were significantly higher than those before intervention(P < 0.05).Children reduced meat, snack intake, watch TV time more than those before intervention(P < 0.05).Obesity degree was significantly lower than that before intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusion The lifestyle intervention is beneficial to change unhealthy life style in obese children, and to reduce weight.

8.Analysis of Correlation between the Number of Macrophages in Deep Burn Wound and the Concentrations of sTNFR and sVCAM-I in Wound Fluid
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To detect the concentrations of (soluble TNF receptor type,sTNFR-I, sTNFR-II) and (soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,sVCAM-I) in deep burn wound fluids and the number of macrophages in different stage of human deep burn wound, and to analyse the correlation between them. Methods The wound fluid was collected with sponge during the dressing change, and then the concentrations of sTNFR-I, sTNFR-II and sVCAM-I were detected by ELISA. The tissues of burn wound were collected at operation, and the tissue slices were dyed with HE.The macrophages were marked by immunohistochemistry with antibody of CD68, and then the number of macrophages was counted under the microscope. Results The concentrations of sTNFR-I and sTNFR-II in burn wound fluid and the number of macrophages in burn wound were significantly increased two days postburn, which maintained at high levels until the wound healed. The concentration of sVCAM-I was decreased immediately after the burn until the wound healed. The correlation coefficient between the concentrations of sTNFR-I, sTNFR-II, sVCAM-I and the number of macrophages were 0.95, 0.97 and -0.37, respectively. Conclusion The number of macrophages has a strong correlation with sTNFR-I and sTNFR-II in human deep burn wound, and has a weak correlation with sVCAM-I,which suggests that the macrophages may play a cooperative role with sTNFR in burn wound healing.

10.Expression of ? opioid receptor of knee joint synovium tissue in patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(09):-
Objective To evaluate the expression of ? opioid receptor of the knee joint synovium tissue in patients with chronic inflammation. Methods The patients were divided into inflammatory group and control group(n=25 for both). Those who were allocated to the inflammatory group were diagnosed as osteoarthritis by arthroscopy, and in the control group, the patients were having dislocation of patella and took internal fixation with arthroscopy. The synovium tissues were harvested from suprapateller bursa, articulation vestibule, intercondylar fossa and articulation metacele. The synovium were taken to measure ? opioid receptor by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR in both groups. Results Immunohistochemical and RT-PCR results revealed that the expression of mRNA and the optical density (OD) of immunoreaction of ?-opioid receptor in the knee synovium tissue in the chronic inflammation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion The expression of ? opioid receptor of the knee joint synovium tissue in chronic inflammation was significantly up-regulated. It may play a partial role in the peripheral mechanism of morphine.
