Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(4):600-601
Objective To study the efficacy of sodium profile combined with ultrafiltration profile in preventing intradialytic hypotension and changes of the sodium level in blood plasma after hemodialysis. Methods 10 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were chosen randomly. Every patient underwent with conventional hemodialysis treatment and sodium profile combined with ultrafiltration profile treatment 5 times alternatively. And then the blood pressure changes. HR changes, ultrafiltration volume changes and clinical symptoms were observed during treatments. And also after HD, the sodium level in blood plasma was observed. Results The blood pressure decrease of sodium profile combined with ultrafiltration profile evidently reduced the conventional HD treatments( P<0.01 ).Ultrafiltration volume of the former evidently increased compared with that of the latter(P<0.01 ). The sodium level in blood plasma after HD was not significantly changed compared with before HD(P>0.05). Conclnsion Sodium profile combined with ultrafiltration profile diminishes the episodes of hypotension evidently and increases the ability to endure sufferirgs to patients and does not increase the sodium level in blood plasma. So it is an effective medical treatment.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(23):3237-3239
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with tanshinone ⅡA in the treatment of pa-tients with early chronic kidney disease(ECKD). METHODS:138 ECKD patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,46 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, group A received 40 mg TanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate in-jection,adding into 250 ml 0.9% Sodium chloride solution,ivgtt,qd+10 μg Alprostadil injection, adding into 100 ml 0.9% Sodium chloride solution, ivgtt,qd;group B received the same dose with Alprostadil injection;group C received the same dose with Tanshi-noneⅡA sodium sulfonate injection. All patients were treated for 14 d. Clinical efficacy, laboratory indexes [24 h urine protein, serum creatinine(SCr),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA)] in 3 groups before and af-ter treatment were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared. RESULTS:The total effective rate in group A was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than group B(80.43%)and group C(76.09%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in 24 h urine protein,SCr,TC,TG,BUN and UA among 3 groups (P>0.05);after treatment, all above-mentioned indexes significantly reduced, and group A was lower than group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions among group A(10.87%),group B(6.52%)and group C(8.70%)(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Alprostadil combined with tanshinoneⅡA shows good efficacy in the treatment of ECKD,it can improve renal function in patients with good safety.
3.Changes in the pathological diagnosis rate of Graves'disease and Hashimoto's thyroiditis——analysis on the clinicopathologic data from 1978 to 2005 in General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
Objective To observe the changes in the pathological diagnosis rate of Graves'disease(GD) and Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)in the past 28 years and to probe its relationship to the environmental factors. Methods Statistic analysis was performed on data of thyroid disease,GD,HT and the complications of HT in Department of Pathology(1978-2005)in General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University with Run test,Cox-stuart test,ANOVA,t or t'test and Chi-square test. Results In 28 years there were 243 403 biopsies(average 8 693/ year)including 6 771 cases of thyroid disease(27.8‰),216 cases of GD(0.89‰),352 cases of HT (1.45‰).The biopsy rate of thyroid disease and GD showed a descending tendency since 1982 but an ascending tendency from 1995,furthermore,with GD it showed a descending tendency from 2001 to 2005 once more. While the biopsy rate of HT and GD+HT showed a descending tendency from 1986 and an ascending tendency after 1996,being 1-4 years later than thyroid disease and GD.The biopsy rate of GD+HT and the proportion of HT showed a descending tendency in 2002-2005 and 2003-2005 respecitvely. The average age of total and female patients with GD showed a descending tendency from 1997.The average age of GD was 13.7 years younger than HT,the patients of GDⅠ-type andⅡ-type being younger thanⅢ-type.The average age of lymphoid type(L), oxyphilie epithelium type(O),pronounced epithelium destruction type(P)in HT increased sequentially. In 28 years, there were more female patients with GD and HT,especially with HT.There existed 7.95% hyperthyroidism,6.25% nodular goiter,2.27% carcinoma in HT(more in L-type)and 2.56% hypothyroidism in HT(more in P-type).Conclusion Within 28 years, according to the pathological diagnosis rate,GD,HT,and GD+HT showed phasic tendencies related to drinking low iodine water and the implement of universal salt iodization policies in 1994 and 2000.Therefore,on the levels of genetics and environment, the factors that influence autoimmunity of thyroid gland could not exclude the variations of iodine intake, infection, affection or emotional stress. The mechanism of the changes in the pathological diagnosis rate needs further study.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2003;0(05):-
Objective To explore the role of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) in hyperoxia-induced lung injury in preterm rats. Methods At the 2 nd postnatal day Sprague-Dawley preterm rats were randomly assigned to air group and hyperoxia group (exposed to about 85% of O 2). At 3,7,14 and 21 days after exposure, six rats of each group were used to assess lung histologic changes and expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in lungs by immunohistochemistry. At 3,7 and 14 days after exposure, gelatinase activity in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of another six rats in each group by gelatin zymography was examed. Results Except 3 d after exposure, hyperoxia group showed lung injury characterized by subacute alveolitis and inhibition of lung development. Expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in hyperoxia group was stronger than that in air group at every time (P
