Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
Fluorescent staining method is a sensitive cytochemical staining method, it can reflect minimal changes of biochemical components of cells. The 7690-Xu fluorescent staining solution prepared with thioflavine can show the heterogeneo- us fluorescence of cells in different stages of differentiation. The younger cells with low degree of differentiation show blue fluorescence, the lower the degree the deeper the color. Along with the differentiation of cells, the blue color of fluorescence deflects to the red color of spectrum gradually, the blue color of fluorescence of cytoplasm changes gradually to bluish, bluish-green, and finally yellow color. The blue color of fluorescence of nucleus changes through greyish- blue to orangeyellow or orange-red.The cytoplasm of cells in various organs with high degree of differentiation appears yellow, and the nucleus orange-yellow or orange-red in color.

Objective:To explore the relationship between drug evidence and core prescription for depression. Methods:We retrieved literature of TCM for depression from CNKI, VIP and Wangfang databases to November 2019, 30th as well as there cords from Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform (V 1.5). The Excel 2010 was used to establish the standardized database of medical records. After the standardization of medicines, Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform (V1.5) statistics methodswere used for association rules analysis, complex networks, and analysis of drugs’ frequency, medical characteristics, core prescription drugs. Results:A total of 632 effective prescriptions were included, involving a total of 527 drugs. The results of frequency of herbs showed that 23 kinds of high-frequency herbs were obtained. Bupleuri Radix was the most frequently used medicine. Most herbs are warm or flat, with pungent, sweet and bitter in taste, belonging to the lung, liver, heart and spleen meridians. A total of 25 drug-pair association and 13 TCM association were obtained by association rule analysis. Conclusions:TCM treatment for depression is mainly based on soothing the liver and regulating qi, clearing the heart and calming the nerves. Bupleuri Radix, Curcumae Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen are the basic prescriptions. Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Ophiopogonis Radix, Albiziae Cortex, Polygalae Radix, Poria are used as reference.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2012;28(8):622-627
Objective To evaluate the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) on the change of nephrin phosphorylation both in Ang Ⅱ-infused rat model and cultured podocytes. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were subcutaneously embedded with osmotic minipumps and randomly divided into 3 groups according to receiving either Ang Ⅱ at a dose of 400 ng· kg-1· min-1 or Ang Ⅱ +telmisartan at a dose of 3 mg·kg-1 ·d-1,or normal saline as a control group.Blood pressure and 24-hour urinary albumin were measured at 0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d of the experiment.Renal histomorphology was evaluated through electron microscopy. The concentrations of Ang Ⅱ both in blood plasma and kidney were detected by radioimmunoassay. In vitro, cultured murine podocytes were exposed to Ang Ⅱ (10-6 mol/L) pretreated with or without losartan (10-5 mol/L) for different time periods.Nephrin and its phosphorylation expression were analyzed by Western blotting. The distribution of F-actin was presented by FITC-phallodin labeling. The change in phenomenon of F-actin was evaluated by cortical F-actin score index (CFS).Results (1)Ang Ⅱ-infused rats exhibited increased Ang Ⅱ concentration, significant hypertension and marked albuminuria.(2)In Ang Ⅱ-infusion group, nephrin expression was decreased (P<0.05).Ang Ⅱ-receiving rats displayed diminished phosphorylation of nephrin.(3)In vitro, the phosphorylation of nephrin was significantly reduced after Ang Ⅱ stimulation for 3-6 hours (P<0.05).(4)Ang Ⅱ stimulatation resulted in irregularly arrangement of F-actin followed by the redistribution of F-actin to podocyte periphery and formation of F-actin ring,in which the CFS obviously increased compared to control (P<0.05).Conclusions Phosphorylation of nephrin is important for the survival status of podocytes.Ang Ⅱ-induced nephrin dephosphorylation may be an important molecular mechanism for Ang Ⅱ-induced podocyte cytoskeleton rearrangement and foot process effacement.

Objective To evaluate different post-processing imaging techniques of multi-slice helical CT cholangiography (MSCTC). Methods Fourty-seven patients were suspected of bile duct disease by ultrasound, with no abnormality by ordinary CT. These patients then received MSCTC examination. The original images were post-processed at workstation. The result of post-processed images was compared with that of the laparotomy and surgical bile duct endoscopy. Results Procedures were successful in 45 cases. Thirty-one cases were found with choledocholithiasis. The specificity and the sensitivity of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) for choledocholithiasis group were high. Cholangitis and cholangiocarcinoma were detected in 3 each cases.Three cases were finally found to have gallbladder polypus, in which only CTVE provided the diagnosis. The diagnosis of bile duct disease made by ultrasound were finally excluded by CTVE. Conclusions KG1 The available post-processing methods are CTVE and X-proj, MPR is applicable for observing bile duct wall, it is valuable in the diagnosis of all kinds of bile duct disease. CTVE is better than other methods at displaying intraluminal structure.
