Multiple risk factors lead to occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in common.Besides confirmed tradition-al risk factors, such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, smoking and hypertension etc.,some new risk factors have been found in recent years. The confirmed risk factors need further research, while the new risk factors need en-hanced study.
2.The diagnostic significance of the blood flow information of fetus obtained from Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(9):71-74
Objective:To explore the application of fetal multi-organ hemodynamics in the detection and evaluation of oxygen supply and blood supply for fetus in the third trimester of pregnancy. Methods: 42 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and 42 healthy pregnant women were divided into observation group and control group, respectively. All of the fetuses of pregnant women received Doppler ultrasound examination, and the pulsatility index(PI), resistance index(RI) and systolic/diastolic(S/D) ratio of umbilical artery (UA)and middle cerebral artery (MCA) of every fetus in the two groups were observed. Besides, the number of fetal distress was recorded and the relationship between fetal distress rate and gestational diabetes mellitus were calculated. Results:The PI, RI and S/D of MCA of fetuses of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that of healthy pregnant women (t=7.52,t=6.04, t=8.69,P<0.05). And the PI, RI and S/D of UA of fetuses of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus also was significantly higher than that of health pregnant women (t=11.95,t=9.78,t=8.95, P<0.05). Besides, the fetal distress rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (x2=19.56,P<0.05).Conclusion: The fetal blood flow information which obtained from Doppler ultrasound has very importantly value in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus, and it verifies the relationship between fetal distress rate and gestational diabetes mellitus. It provides beneficial basis for the prevention and treatment of the gestational diabetes mellitus in the clinical practice.
3.Antihemostatic Molecules From Saliva of Blood-Feeding Arthropods
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(07):-
The ability to feed on vertebrate blood has evolved many times in various arthropod clades. Consequently, saliva of blood-feeding arthropods has proven to be a rich source of antihemostatic molecules. A variety of platelet aggregation inhibitors antagonize platelet responses to wound-generated signals, including ADP, thrombin, and collagen. Anticoagulants disrupt elements of both the intrinsic and extrinsic pathways. Vasodilators include nitrophorins (nitric oxide storage and transport heme proteins), a variety of peptides that mimic endogenous vasodilatory neuropeptides, and proteins that catabolize or sequester endogenous vasoconstrictors. Multiple salivary proteins may be directed against each component of hemostasis, resulting in both redundancy and in some cases cooperative interactions between antihemostatic proteins. The complexity and redundancy of saliva ensures an efficient blood meal for the arthropod, but it also provides a diverse array of novel antihemostatic molecules for the pharmacologist.
4.Discussion on clinical practice teaching of patient-oriented critical care medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(9):925-927
Considering the fact that the critical medical education was relatively backward, and the basic medical education was out of touch with clinical practice, this study, combined with the complexity, uncertainty and comprehensiveness of critical care medicine , puts forward the concept of critical care medicine holistic medicine in clinical practice. We try a patient-oriented approach in clinical practice, focusing on the whole, focusing on the interaction relationship among patient and disease and its pathologi-cal and physiology processes, development, complication and prognosis of disease, instead of paying atten-tion only to disease or single organ itself. The purpose of patient-based learning is trying to train medical students and junior residents to form good clinical thinking ability and decision-making ability.

7.Relationship Between Transforming Growth Factor ? 1 and Tumor Necrosis Factor ? with Liver Fibrosis in Chronic Viral Hepatitis Subjects
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(07):-
Objective To analyze the actions of transforming growth factor ? 1 (TGF-? 1) and tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?) in the liver fibrosis formation in chronic viral hepatitis patients and liver cirrhosis patients. Methods Serum levels of TGF-? 1 and TNF-? were measured by ELISA in 107 patients with chronic liver diseases, liver biopsy was performed in 23 patients in order to identify pathological stages under optic microscope. Results The serum levels of TGF-? 1(?g/L) in mild, middle and severe groups of chronic viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis group were 14 2?5 9,20 1?7 0,30 2?6 7 and 32 6?7 5 respectively. The serum levels of TNF-? (pg/L) were 6 1?3 2,29 8?18 6,57 3?22 5 and 96 7?38 2 respectively. The serum levels of above two markers increased with hepatitis progression. The results of liver biopsy revealed that the changes in these two markers were related to liver cirrhosis degree. Conclusions TGF-? 1 and TNF-? are related to liver cirrhosis formation.
8.Research progress on suture and fixation approach of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in suture-bridge technique
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2016;36(7):443-448
With advances in arthroscopic surgery, arthroscopic repair for rotator cuff tears is often used by surgeons. Surgi?cal methods have already developed from simple single?row fixation and double?row fixation to complicated suture?bridge fixation. Although arthroscopic suture?bridge rotator cuff repair has been proposed to be advantageous over single?row and double?row fixa?tion in biomechanical constructs, the failure of rotator cuff repair is still higher. Different suture methods of medical row anchor in arthroscopic suture?bridge technique may change the suture?tendon loading and decrease the retear of suture?tendon. And differ?ent fixation methods of lateral row anchor in arthroscopic suture?bridge technique may decrease the anchor pull?out. These will be useful to decrease the failure of arthroscopic suture?bridge technique. There will be a good outcome if optical suture and fixation approach can be chosen according to the quality and retraction of rotator cuff, suture tension and the bone quality of the greater tu?berosity in arthroscopic suture?bridge technique.
