1.Diagnosis and treatment of capillary leak syndrome in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2012;19(1):91-93
Capillary leak syndrome (CLS) is a common and life-threatening disorder in children. The common pathogenies are sepsis, severe trauma, shock, asphyxia, extracorporeal circulation, ischemical reperfusion injury and so on.It is characterized by shock resulting from leakage of plasma, which is refected by accompanying hemoconcentration, hypoalbuminemia and edema, sometimes followed by multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Clinicians should consider the diagnosis in patients with unexplained edema and hypotension. To know the pathophysiology and clinical course will be benefit to proper medicine choosen.
2.A new kind of orthosis for antebrachium, wrist, metacarpus and digit
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(26):-
To create a novel kind of orthosis to correct the dysfunction of antebrachium, wrist, metacarpus and digit and to facilitate the protection and functional training after injury of forearm and hand. The orthosis is constituted of a cardinal shelf, a stem shelf of metacarpophalangeal joint, a front bracket, finger ferrules, elastic strings and steel wires. The cardinal shelf is composed of a backplate for dorsal palm and a bracket for wrist with a U-shaped rack fixed in front of it. Ferrules of index finger, middle finger and fourth finger and little finger are connected to the backplate on the cardinal shelf through elastic strings. The thumb ferrule is set outside the ferrule of index finger on the backplate with steel wires. Another ferrule that is used to enclose the wrist and antebrachium is linked to the crossbar of the U-shaped rack through elastic strings. This orthosis plays an effective role in the protection of nerves, tendons, extremity of vascular anastomosis and the prevention of allotopia after fracture due to different trainings. It can improve the range of motion of wrist joint, metacarpophalangeal joint, and articulationes interphalangeae and strengthen the muscle power of pronator teres, pronator quadratus, supinator, wrist extensor, wrist flexor, extensor digitoium, perforans manus and musculus flexor digitorum sublimes. This orthosis could be applied for patients after the operation of antebrachium, wrist and manus to promote the recovery of their functions.
3.Protection of adenosine A1 receptor agonist delayed preconditioning for myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the protection mechanism of adenosine A1 receptor agonist(2-chloro-N6-cyclopentyladenosine, CCPA)delayed preconditioning for rabbit myocardium during ischemia reperfusion. Methods:Thirty New Zealand male white rabbits were randomly assigned to Sham group,I/R group and CCPA group, with ten in each.Group CCPA was given CCPA 0.1 mg/kg before myocardial ischemia.Twenty-four hours later the I/R and CCPA underwent 40 min of coronary occlusion followed by 2 h of reperfusion.Blood samples were taken from arterial line at 20 min before occlusion(T)1,20 min after occlusion(T2),40 min after occlusion(T)3,1 h after reperfusion(T)4and 2 h after reperfusion(T)5for determination of the plasma levels of IL-10.At the end of the reperfusion, infarct size(IS)and area at risk(AAR)were defined by Evans blue and TTC staining. The heart was harvested and levels of the HSP70 were determined by Western blot analysis, and ultrastructures were observed under the electron microscopy. Results:The IL-10 and HSP70 levels of group CCPA was higher than those of group I/R.The CCPA(P

Objective:To study anti-tumor activity of Xidan Suspensions in vivo. Methods: The mice were transported by armpit or intraperitoneum injection of H22,EC or P388 tumor cells. Results: Xidan Suspensions inhibited markedly the growth of H22,EC or P388 tumor cells(P
7.Fingerprints of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Puper.et Maxim) Harms by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: The fingerprints of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Puper.et Maxim) Harms was studied by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography(MEEKC) in comparison with micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography(MEKC) and capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE). METHODS: The electrophoretic electrolyte was composed of a 1.0 %(w/w) SDS,6.6 %(w/w) n-butanol,0.7 %(w/w) n-heptane,91.6 %(w/w) 25 mmol/L borate solution(adjusted pH 9.5 with NaOH solution). RESULTS: The MEEKC-FP had good precision, stability and reproducibility with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of the relative migration time less than 3.4 % and the RSD of the relative peak area was about 6.3 %. CONCLUSION: This method provides a standard for the better quality controlling of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Puper.et Maxim) Harms.than MEKC and CZE.
8.Comparative research on the enhancement effect of two different bed-moving modes and their relative parameters in children's chest CT checkup
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To explore the enhancement effect of two different bed-moving modes and their relative parameters in children's chest CT checkup. Methods:The enhancement of out-bed group was studied with the in-bed group as control and the mean data of the major parameters were acquired. Then the enhancement effect and the major parameters were analyzed to make clear the differences presented in the two groups. Results:No difference was found between the two groups in enhancement effect and the data of major parameters. Conclusion:For each bed-moving mode, enhancement effect relied on the reasonable determination of the integrative parameters, but not a single one.
9.Relationship between AQP9 expression and formation of ischemic cerebral edema in the rats
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(09):-
Objective:To study the role of AQP9 and its mRNA expression in the formation of ischemic cerebral edema in the rats. Methods:MCAO models were established by occluding unilateral middle cerebral artery(MCA) of the rats with the suture method. The morphological changes were observed with HE stain and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Brain water content(BWC) was measured by using wet-dry weighing method. The expression of AQP9 and its mRNA in the edema brain tissue were detected with in situ hybrilization(ISH) and immunohistochemistry(IHC).Results:The space around the neurons and perivascular space became larger. Some neurons showed necrosis phenotype, and the number of the neurogliocyte increased. The expression of AQP9 and its mRNA were up-regulated in subfornical organ(SFO)、choroid plexes、brain cortex、supraoptic nuclei、hippocampus and other regions, and reached its peak at 48~72h after MCAO.The brain water content(BWC) in ischemic cerebral tissue reached its peak at 72h.Conclusions:the expression of AQP9 and its mRNA were up-regulated following the brain edema. The results imply that AQP9 might play an important role in the formation of ischemic cerebral edema.
10.Study on Influencing Factors of Quality of Life of Staffs in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Objectives: To find out influencing factors of quality of life(QOL) of staffs in Centers for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC),whose results would be taken as theoretical evidence for government policy-makers to work out strategy of health human resources. Methods: The WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF) was employed as the assessing tool for staffs of CDC who were in a city and its neighborhood counties. Each subject was asked to complete a spot self-assessment.Results: There is no significant difference of QOL of staffs between city and neighborhood county.Working at different departments was one of the influencing factors on psychological and social domains.Harmonious family relationship, good appetite, agreement to work competition, and confidence in working institutes were influencing factors to the total score of QOL.Conclusions: Scores of QOL of CDC staffs were relatively low with various influencing factors. It is necessary for leaders of related departments to take countermeasures to improve the QOL of CDC staffs.
