1.Process of neovascularization in mediating regulation of parathyroid hormone on metabolism of target organs
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(4):351-354
Neovascularization plays an essential role in the process of renovation in tissue damage, tumor growth, and hormones action. Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is one of the basic hormones that regulate the serum calcium, phosphorus, and bone metabolism. In recent years, studies involving the neovascularization-mediated effects of PTH on metabolism are becoming more and more popular and wider. Based on recent researches, the purpose of this paper is to summarize the changes of angiogenesis while PTH interacts with its target organs, especially interacts with osseous tissue.
2.Consideration on the Doctor-patient Dispute Under the Principle of Justice
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):574-576
Beginning with the principle of justice, this article analyzed the reasons of medical disputes due to the lack of the principle of justice from four aspects including patients, social media, medical institutions, and medical staff. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on the causes of the disputes: fostering cor-rect consciousness of medical treatment, persisting on objective propaganda and creating a favorable environment, strengthening the construction of medical ethics and increasing health investment, strengthening the professional competency education for medical staff, and setting up medical dispute mediation organizations dominated by the third party.

From May 2009 to February 2012, five patients with traumatic lower limb arteriovenous fistula were admitted in our department .Four patients underwent endovascular stent grafting , and one patient was given fistula indwelling , deep femoral artery-superficial femoral artery end to side anastomosis , and femoral artery-superficial femoral artery artificial vescular grafting .Four patients were cured, which were followed for 3, 5, 3, and 3 years, respectively, without recurrence. One patient with endovascular stent grafting failed to isolate the fistula effectively and a second stent grafting failed , too.Endovascular stent grafting is an effective method in the treatment of fistula, with less bleeding, small trauma, and rapid recovery.By using the technology of through the hillsto isolate limb fistula, the covered stent might not be released when the fistula is located at low position and at the same time the left iliac artery bifurcation angle is small .

Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine 2011;50(4):295-298
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous cefmetazole in the treatment of patients with aspiratory pneumonia. Methods A multicenter, prospective and open-labeled trial was conducted. A total of 1522 patients were enrolled at the beginning, and only 1324 were evaluabled at the endpoint. The duration of treatment was 7-14 days. During the treatment and follow-up periods, we recorded any unexpected symptoms and abnormal laboratory tests. At last,we evaluated its efficacy and safety. Results The total effective rate of cefmetazole was 79. 8% (1056/1324). The total bacterial eradication rate was 75.0% ( 342/456 ) . The bacterial eradication rates of klebsiellar pneumonia, escherichia, staphyloccocus aureus and anaerobic bacteria were 78.2% (97/124), 80.8% (80/99), 89.0% (81/91), 9/11,respectively. Conclusions Cefmetazole is effective and safe in the treatment of aspiratory pneumonia.

Objective To evaluate the expression of Srvivin mRNA in the occurrence and progress of prostate cancer. Methods The inhibitor of apoptosis gene Survivin mRNA in 45 prostate cancer cases and 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) cases were detected by hybridization in situ technique. Results The average optical density of prostate cancer groups(0.4232±0.0085)was signifi cantly higher than BPH groups (0.3303±0.0834) (P=0.001 ).Among the different pathological grades [G1(0.3401±0.0474), G2 (0.4270±0.0074), G3 (0.4560±0.0883)],the difference was statistically significant in the expression of Survivin mRNA (P= 0.004).It was found that there was positive correlation between the transfer of lymph (0.4557±0.7921)and the expression of Survivin mRNA in prostate cancer(P=0.005 ).Conclusion Survivin mRNA is overexpression in prostate cancer. It presumed that Survivin participate in genesis, development of prostate cancer and closely correlated with prognosis.

An automated on-line solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ( on-line SPE-LC-MS/MS ) method for the simultaneous quantification of six endogenous phytohormones including abscisic acid ( ABA ) , indole-3-acetic acid ( IAA ) , salicylic acid ( SA ) , jasmonic acid ( JA ) , indole-3-propionic acid ( IPA) and indole-3-butyric acid ( IBA) in rice tissues was described. Plant samples were extracted with methanol and on-line SPE procedure was performed with C18 SPE cartridges. Analytes were eluted to C18 analytical column with mobile phase and further analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The performance of the method was fully validated. Linearity showed good correlation (R2≥0. 99). Limits of detections (S/N=3) were in the range of 0. 1-0. 8 μg/kg. Recoveries varied between 71. 2% and 126%. The method was rapid and sensitive to determine multiple phytohormones in rice young panicles and the results were cross-validated with the off-line SPE-LC-MS/MS phytohormone analytical method. Finally, the method was applied to monitor the changes of ABA, IAA, SA and JA in wounded rice leaves. The trends were in accord with plant physiological processes.
8. Effect of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides on activation of murine bone marrow dendritic cells via Toll-like receptor 4
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2011;42(1):118-123
Objective: To explore the mechanism of immunomodulatory activity of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides (PPS) on murine bone marrow dendritic cells (BMDC). Methods: BMDC phenotype and the function indexes were observed by 3H-TdR incorporation, ELISA, and flow cytometry. Results: Compared with the negative group, PPS could increase the co-expression of CD11c and CD86 molecules on dendritic cells (DC) surface and the production of IL-12 and IL-10 in a dose-dependent manner. PPS also enhanced matured BMDC capacity of T cell initial activation and decreased phagocytosis of BMDC. Anti-Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), but not anti-TLR2 or complement receptor 3 (CR3) monoclonal antibodies inhibited PPS-induced production of IL-12 p40 and blocked the combination between fluorescence-labeled PPS (f-PPS) and BMDC. Conclusion: The data demonstrate that PPS could promote the activation of murine BMDC via TLR4 and maturation of immunomodulationy activity.
